The storage facility is all very very clean and climate controlled which is awesome , the big garage bays are awesome for loading and unloading as well as the free use of the carts , i was also able to buy a nice lock and all the boxes i needed to help move right there at their shop. Was billed for 5 months after moving out. Had 7 different conversations over that time and nothing was resolved until legal action was being initiated. Staff was unprofessional when it was brought up that someone had previously called. Was billed for another family members storage unit. My family member was billed for my storage unit. Lastly, it’s disgusting to me that with as big as the organization is and as much as members of the military move, a military discount is not offered. I personally own six different companies with locations across the US and strong ties to the military and I will ensure Uhaul is not utilized for any of our 450 team members, business associates or friends storage needs. Nick Cumpston, General Manager, was absolutely no help on any situation. He should not be a GM. He has no empathy to customer situation and not very friendly at all. He is very condescending. He doesn't provide any solution to help or support the customer. When checking in at night I tried to use the app to check in and the app wouldn't work at different stages on my iPhone. I tried the chrome browser and was able to get all the way to where you take a picture of the mileage and it would switch the camera and just go black. On safari it wouldn't let me share my location even though I had went to the little Aa in the top left corner and enabled sharing like shown in the help section. I just think maybe you should have someone check into these issues.RICHARD R.

I ordered my hitch 5 months ago. 5 months ago, somebody called me to schedule the install. I drove 30 minutes for the install and was told the parts weren't there. Had to follow up multiple times before I finally heard that the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, I got a call asking whether I wanted to make an appointment. I explained that I already had an appointment. I was then asked if I would move my appointment. I said no. Finally got the hitch installed. When I got home and checked it, I found that the hitch is so far under the car that it is unusable. I called to resolve this and was essentially told that I am out of luck. I said I wanted to remove it and return it, but was told that I could not. Despite the fact that it is useless, I was told that uhaul had done everything properly.Nathan A.

We were given a quote with a reservation but upon arrival the amount increase by $150.00, they have bad customer service.. Upon returning truck it had a low tire but nothing major but the guy was a jersey about the whole thing and charged my card extra $64.42 to air up a tire. The phone calls would never get answered at this location. The truck was not well maintained. The fuel service charge of 30$ should at least make the customer receive the truck with full tank of gas not less than quarter of a tank. The charge for 1/8 of a tank is doubled. It's a real rip off. I was very impressed with how swift and efficient the check in process was, kinda blown away honestly. Walked in and was sitting in the truck in less than five minutes. All within that time Jeff explained everything clearly and concisely, and still managed to squeeze in some tips on how to get better fuel mileage. The drop off process was also super smooth. We returned after hours and the mobile checkout process was easy to understand and worked flawlessly. I received a trailer that had the handle broken off.... Very sharp edges were exposed.... When I brought the trailer back and brought it to their attention they told me they knew about it.. they did not seem to care that a sharp edge could cut somebody... I had to remove the trailer off my vehicle a couple times and it was very hard to do without the handle... The trailer is probably still sitting there with the handle broken off for the next customer.....5'x9' motorcycle trailer.William W.

The drop off was at Beaver Valley Mall and the genitman there was nice & very understanding. He agreed the truck was unsafe & recommendation me to notify U-Haul corporate.Leonard U.
We rented a 15' uhaul. As I followed my husband home from the uhaul rental place, I noticed that the right tail light was not working. I called the uhaul rental place we had just left. They said it was out of their hands and passed it off to the maintenance website. The website was not working well. I was on hold for 54 minutes with the phone number to get road side assistance to come to our house to fix it. I was told they would arrive in 1 hour. It took 2 hours. So our move was delayed by 2 1/2 hours due to your uhaul being rented out to us unsafe to drive. We are very disappointed. Uhaul, we always believed, used to be a trustworthy company. We were so disappointed. We should have been given a discount for our inconvenience. We made sure that your uhaul was safe to drive. We were delayed doing your job. Nothing I can think of with regard to the service location but the online system for finding, equipment, locations and reservations can be a bit confusing and unduly complicated. After a career in IT, I can get frustrated with system that are not intuitive and easy to use. This is neither of those. The location staff was top notch.Barry O.

It's kinda hard to figure out where you actually go to pick up the trucks since the location is so freakin big and has faces on like 3 different sides of the mall. A big â€œuhual pick up this wayâ€ sign when you first pull into the mall's lot would go a long way. The manager looks like he hates his life. That had no bearing on my good experience, just an observation. The girl washing he trucks outside whose name I forgot sadly was very nice and helpful. I originally reserved a Uhaul closer to my location, my reservation was moved 3 times and when I finally drove 45 mins out of my way to get the uhaul I needed the brake system was bad and I couldn't drive the uhaul. I had to get a smaller uhaul than I reserved and was still charged full price for the uhaul. I could have got a smaller uhaul at a location closer to me if that was the case. I should have just drove the uhaul and if we wrecked the damn thing just sued for a failed brake line+!Terry C.
