The online reservation systems is very easy to use and the reservation did not charge my credit card immediately. Upon picking up the trailer, the personnel at the facility was very friendly and more importantly willing to go outside into the very cold weather. There is only one reason I did not rate this a 5 star; when we returned the trailer the clerk entered the wrong return date. Thus the automated payment system charged my credit card an extra day. It seems odd that I picked-up and dropped off on the same day that the clerk would enter a return date in the future. I confirmed my reservation also had the matching pick-up/drop-off dates. Because of this mistake, I had to phone the office to get the problem resolved. The clerk promptly recognized the problem and said it would take 3-5 days to see the refund on my credit card.SANDRA K.
The representative was so mean. He did not answer all my question. Also I got extra charge for what reason I don't know. There was not enough gas in tank to go far. I had to put gas before service.BAWA S.
I was very disappointed that the location did not have the utility dolly and moving blankets I had ordered. Fortunately I was able to rent them from another location, but that took about 45 minutes out of a very busy day I could have used otherwise. There was some problem with seeing my order online. The technician was not able to see that I had ordered a roll of the 5" stretch wrap. He gave me one anyway, but odd he could not find it. Otherwise, check in and checkout were handled professionally and speedily. JFDale F.

This situation was a nightmare! First when we picked up the UHaul our blankets we asked for were not in the truck. Then we to wait outside and contact customer service for help to return the truck! The manager wasn't answering the phone. The head company answered and directed us to Uhaul company itself because it was after hours. I was furious, overwhelmed and so done! The lack of customer service on their part was too much. Not to mention that we were not given a discount or even an apology...4/10 do not recommend. Luckily they did not charge us the late fee for returning the truck late. That would have been the day I returned in person.Michelle H.

The associate who covered darks was rude. There wasn't a van in the parking location sent to me. There were others , good thing I picked up when office was open! Told when I got there that they didn't have the 24 blankets I reserved. They had 12. He brought them out and they were wet. Couldn't use. This was after running my card. The service was labored and unhelpful. The vehicle was filthy. Food, hair and debris coated the seats. The vehicle reeked of something foul. The windshield was so grimy I cannot possibly comprehend how it became so. I was upset that I received a text after leaving to peruse the vehicle for damage. Why not before I left the premise? Fortunately, the damage had been marked before I left. There were substantial scraps and dents. In addition, having less 3/4 of a tank upon pickup was frustrating. To be honest, you probably want a manager or owner to contact me. I reserved a U-Haul online and this location allowed my ex to pick up the U-Haul without speaking with me. When I called to cancel the reservation, I was advised of this. The reasons given to me were "I tried calling, you didn't answer." 1) I was at work so unable to. Which I'm pretty that's how it is for most businesses. Not to take personal calls while assisting others. 2) I tried calling back more than once and placed on hold with no comeback. I have proof. Next reason the man I gave me, for allowing my EX to pick up my U-Haul, was - he knew my name, number, and that I had a reservation. I'm sorry....of course he knows, after 13 yrs. I would hope so. I could keep on, but to make a long weekend and story short, I was charged almost $300 for a U-Haul for less then 48 hrs and it wasn't in my possession until yesterday afternoon around 4 pm. And that's only because I threatened my ex of calling and reporting it stolen. I hope you contact me in the morning to speak with me about this. If not, I will use my legal skills and knowledge from there. I want my money back.Staniel H.

If people are picking up their equipment contactless, that experience should actually be contactless. I still had to go into the store because the keys were there instead of in the lockbox. Also, I walked around looking for the truck for quite a while. Maybe there can be designated parking spots so customers can find their spot easily.Melissa M.

Dropped the truck off, did what it said, put keys in drop box the night before it was due in. STILL got a flippen call the next day, leaving a msg saying they will give me grace till noon, to return the truck, then they will charge my card for another day!!! Wait, what@?! ITS IN THE LOT!!!!! ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜ ðŸ¤¬ SO, here we go again. I spend the better part of an hour, ON HOLD, to make sure they can see the big uhal truck and mach the numbers with their keys. Yes, yes he did find/see the truck after he called me. Sorry for the confusion...... HE couldn't have called me and let me know that tidbit of information???? He, from what I was told, was even the general manager for crying out loud. This WHOLE experience from start to finish with uhaul was a nightmare ðŸ˜«.Becky M.
