Arrived at 7am and first person to get my reserved truck. There were tons of trucks on the lot and it looked like there were a few started and being warmed up. I was given a truck with 1 inch of ice on the windshield, the locking mechanism frozen, and the back door frozen shut. Thankfully I checked before leaving. Upon voicing my concern, I was told to wait and I would have to redo all of my paperwork to get a new truck. 30 minutes after arrival, I finish up everything just in time for the manager to arrive late to start his work day... As I get to my destination, I look over to find a clipboard with tons of paperwork and mail from the Uhaul office. Everyone had unapologetic attitudes like I was the problem. I will never rent from this location again and will definitely consider other options before Uhaul first.

The manager/owner has always been really helpful but when I picked up the truck it had less gas than what was on the sheet and we didn’t notice it until we already left. When we dropped off the truck the lady was less than friendly, it was like we were a burden & we asked for an email receipt which we never got so I have no idea what I was charged for.

Ordered 5 blankets to protect item I was moving. Noticed too late Uhaul forgot my blankets and I was charged.

I was given a cargo van with a tire pressure sensor that was broken. When I asked about it I was just told “Oh yeah that one’s broken, tires are fine” That van shouldn’t be rented until fixed. But the worst part was the ridiculous after hours return process where I had to stand in the cold taking pictures of the van (because if I didn’t I would be charged $20) Threatening me with a fee so you can get me to do your employees work is despicable! Absolute garbage! There’s no reason the truck couldn’t be checked by an employee in the morning. Whoever came up with this policy is an idiot. I will never use Uhaul again.

There were a couple mistakes made when I made the original reservation that I caught when I reviewed the confirmation email. For example, I requested an 8:00 am pick up time but the confirmation email indicated a 3:00 pm pick up time. That could have created a major problem had I not caught it. I called UHaul back and it was corrected right away. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Very bad experience. I do not recommend returning vehicle after hours. I spent over 2 hours (website and calling) attempting to return. Actually longer as I woke up at 7am to ensure keys received. The mileage was wrong for mileage out so when returning had major problems. Being on hold was extremely long. No exaggeration- 2 hours + may be low balling it. Customer Service did make notes but I was advised to settle it once office opened. I would only recommend if vehicle return options are improved. I do not think it is a true reflection of the local branch.

Customer service was horrible!! I had to go find my truck, by my self. In pass experience I thought they was Supposed to do a walk around the truck to make sure everything is ok. That did not happen. At least when a customer walked in the door say hello, everyone in there look like they was mad and did not want to be there.

Need to split the moving boxes in the front area so you don't have to go so far around to get to the counter. It makes you approach the front service area from the side and you cannot see the agents that can help you for the displays on each side. I you entered the area from the front door straight on to the counter you tell if anyone was at the counter to help you and who to go to.

When I was standing in (a somewhat long) line to return the van, one of the men at the desk noticed me and asked if I was returning a vehicle. He told me to just leave the keys in the van and they would email the receipt. I appreciate him caring enough to notice me and save me some time.

The check engine light was on - and they told me it was just gas cap sensor - ok; the shocks are really no good on this vehicle - bounced all over the place. I've rented this same style vehicle probably 20 times in the last several years and I never had a vehicle that I felt was unsafe until this one.
