Customer service was great. I really appreciated the respectful and helpful attitude of the staff. The vehicle performed very well, but was very dirty, making it difficult to see through the windshield in the evening sun (the windshield washer and wipers couldn't remove all the grime).

The app didn't work and allow me to finish picking up the van, the seats were ripped, the visor broken, dents not marked with an 'x' and the drivers wiper not working and had to switch vehicles. Lost 1/2 hr of my time when picking up a box truck with my app should have been quick and painless. Guys are the desk seemed like I was bothering them when having to go in over 5 times...Been a customer for many years, but will now switch to another location.

Overall my experience was very good. The only thing that I would say is that the truck I picked up only had 1/4 tank of gas. I would prefer to pick up a truck with a full tank, or at least more than 1/4 tank so that I can get done what I need to do before having to stop for gas. Many problems with original truck. Had to take it back for another. The oil light was on, the suspension system was bad, the engine sounded terrible. I tried to turn off the lights and the entire light assembly fell into the dashboard. Corporate should retire the old junk. If I would have been moving furniture that night and been stranded somewhere, I would have been seriously angry. No equipment should ever go out that is not operating correctly or unsafe. Unacceptable. The personnel there rectified the situation quickly. But corporate is the ultimate judge as to what equipment should be kept or replaced

This was a perfect trip that started with reserving the pickup a few days ahead of time. My questions were answered to my understanding. Customer service was top notch! I was running late on the morning of pick up and I got a call asking if I still needed the truck and not assuming that i didn't need it! Dropping the truck back was quick and easy as well! Well done!!

This is the second time we have used the online pick up, and this is the second time the system gave us the wrong truck number. So after walking around the large parking lot in the freezing cold, I clicked on “cannot locate my truck” and it gave me another number. The truck was parked all the way in the back. Then I find out I have to go all the way back up front & inside to get my key. What exactly is the point of the online pick up?????? My time is valuable and this is RIDICULOUS! Then the drop of is extremely confusing.

Was charged for 4.5 gallons to refill. Odometer shows that I drove 17 total miles. My estimate quote was based on 25 miles, so the difference in mileage should have offset the additional gas charge. Instead I was charged an additional $8. Very concerning and disappointing. I shared the reason that I didn't fill gas because I was almost 10 miles less than what I was originally charged

When I arrived, the self checkout form did not work. I had to go in and answer all the same questions again at the front desk to get my truck. When I got to the truck, the interior of both the truck and the back were dirty. In the on-line checklist, I was asked the condition and I checked dirty and took a picture of the dried, spilled coffee on the seat. I also swept out the back including the clumps of dirt left for me, but when I returned it, I was asked by the online return form if the vehicle was clean enough for another family to use. I said no, since it wasn't for me either. But then the final bill stated I would be charged a $25 cleaning fee? That is ridiculous. First, why would I have to pay to have a returned rental cleaned up? Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, etc. all do some cleaning before re-renting a vehicle. And with Covid, I can't believe you are not cleaning them. That is negligent. Second, I noted in the app that it was dirty when I picked it up and provided a picture. So now I have to pay to clean it? Nonsense. So to avoid paying for cleaning up someone else's dirty mess, I have to choose the "it is clean" option in your app? Why would I ever rent from you again or ever suggest someone else should. Very poor job Uhaul.

They gave me the truck with half a tank so I returned it, when I went to return it they told me that everything was fine, and when I got home they charged my card for 61 dollars, (I think it's like 2 tanks full of gasoline) supposedly for “GAS ” , they are thieves, I recommend to take photos of the gas tank and everything so that you have evidence because in the end they take the money from your card anyway

I was given blankets from the pickup location and when I dropped the truck off i was charged a cleaning fee for them when i never even asked for them in the first place! When i drop the truck off no one got up to assist me even tho i was the only customer there.. all 3 people stayed behind the counter and the guy sitting down asked if he could email my receipt.. poor service and charged for shit i didnt ask for

I never complain and always try to provide the benefit of doubt to people, but this was the work customer experienced that I've every received. Your staff working yesterday were extremely rude and unhelpful. The lady who took my order acted annoyed that she had to wait on us and didn't want to give me a quote to drop off on south side of Indy. Her response 'Its like $100, $150, maybe $200. Too expensive for you, you gotta bring back here.' The guy walked up and had a small hint of politeness about him, which made him look like a saint in comparison. Though, he could not help provide us an exact quote to drop it off on the nearest 46237 zip code. It was 12:07pm and the same lady who checked me in said you have it for 4 hours, so you better be back here by 3pm. I said 'ma'am it is only noon, 4 hours would be 4pm. She said 'whatever.' The whole time I was trying to work with this lady, I heard her coworker next to her abusing the customers next to me. My lady was kinda rude and very unhelpful. The other female employee was over the top rude and almost abusive to everyone around her. She kept talking about how this is only a part time job, etc. etc. So we go get in the Uhaul that the male employee brought around for us and the check engine light was on. We were not provided another box truck. We hurry our move to make sure we had it returned by 3pm and here where it I made the decisions to write a feedback. The lady who did not check us was coming outside when we pulled up. I park the vehicle in the proper place, stepped out of the vehicle and asked her if we need to be checked out. She yelled at me saying 'KEEP THEM KEYS IN THE VEHICLE AND RECEIPT WILL BE EMAILED. GOD DAMN YOU STUPID!' I said, 'Ma'am, I think I may have misheard you because you were screaming through a mask. Can you please repeat what you would like me to do so I can leave?' She told me just to leave. I left shocked, appalled, and saddened by the world. One of the females working borderline abusive to customers.

The app features were not always functioning which created some confusion and frustration. This lead us to operate meshing some of the online features with in-person service. Everything worked out the staff was very prompt, professional, and helpful. There were just some delays with confirmation and receipts as a result.

The customer service representatives were less than pleasant to deal with. They were more concerned with who was drinking whose mountain dew and texting while I was attempting to pick up the rental. I seemed to be a burden to the staff when I came to pick up.

Rental Tax? 18% across the board? Taxed on rental charge, taxed on insurance coverage, taxed on mileage, what the heck? $44 is more than half of the $79 total rental fee. And the way the invoice reads, I was charged $37.cx for gas. It already lists $35 for the gas. This will be the last time I use UHaul. Then charged $5 for a roadside charge when that was supposed to be a part of the safemove insurance. Nickel and dime the customer to death. Not cool, not cool at all. Very unhappy. Very very unhappy.

I only had my trailer parked there for about 3 months but on multiple occasions I arrived to find someone else’s items all over my parking space. There had to be moved before I could access my trailer. What made me cancel the space was when my trailer was vandalized and locks cut. The last time I was there, the main drive to the units had a fair amount of broken glass on the ground. This should have been dealt with immediately. Secondly, although it is not your policy, I think when a renter closes out a unit, the monthly prorated rent should be returned. Thanks.

I really enjoyed having somewhere to hold my things for a year while downsizing. Before moving my things in storage the unit was clean. My unit was easily accessible even with a huge truck. If you don't have a lock they can provide you with one at a discount with the purchase of the storage unit. Great Experience.

Don’t ever use this place for UBox storage or shipping. They only have one person that handles that portion of business and it is like pulling teeth getting in contact with them to access your stuff!
