The unit had no rear left turn signal especially on a trailer. I would like some compensation for this major inconvenience I experienced in your rental it was unsafe & I won't rent from uhaul if this continues to happen

JUDITHE J.No complaint about the location at all my complaints is thati did a reservation for a location ahead of time and I got a call wed that they didn't have , location was changed to another yesterday I got there and they didn't have any I went to others that the uhaul told me to go and they didn't have until I got to the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cambria Heights 207-05 Linden Blvd Cambria Heights, NY 11411they had and helped me out and was accommodating.

Nile E.I was charged $10 more for the same vehicle because I was late to pick it up. I was told they had giving my 15" away and the only thing left was 17". There is no seized written on your vehicle. I came with a friend of mine 2 weeks ago and picked up a 15". So I know I was not giving a 17". I also checked the paper work, didn't see any seize on it. The Staff does not know how to read the mileage. If the mileage said 12345.0 and you drive 12345.3 they said you dive 3 miles .

Dingzhou Z.Clean your trucks before renting them. I rented a truck in which I transported new vinyl panels which I removed before returning the truck, The truck had not been cleaned by the previous renter or employees at this location. I mentioned the facts to the employee who checked in the vehicle and yet when I received my e-mailed bill I was charged $60.00 for cleaning. I now have been on the telephone for customer service for well over an hour. I would have cleaned the raggedy truck as it was only3:49pm and the truck was not due back until 7::23 am the next day.

Andrew R.Employee at pick up verbally tells me I can drop off truck anywhere although I stated for confirmation that I was droptruck off in Laurel MD. That's where the reservation agreement was established in the reservation. Counter man tells me I can drop it at any uhaul. Son on deadline day drops it closer to his new home in MD. They tell him $400 charge for wrong drop off location and now there will be an extra charge for a day late at Laurel. New home, new baby and job makes this verbal misinformation a difficult schedule in addition to the financial infringement. Called Cambria Hts. N.Y. the rental site in question. They simply recited the drop off policy repetitively. Very annoyingly redundant. I understand agree with the policy but site the impact of your rental employee redirecting me, my son and complicating this simple rental. I have rented from uhaul before without complications.
