The light didn't work inside the truck. I tried it many times and had others try as well. Moving the dial up on the cab The miles from pick up to drop off didn't even cover the distance. That didn't allow any "extra" miles from picking it up and going to pack up. It took so long to get the truck. 20 mins to pickup the truck.

The guy who actually helped us was fantastic. The first guy we talked to told us there were no trailers in the size we needed. So we left, rented one online and picked it up at the same location! Not happy being lied to but the guy who helped us the second time was great and the return was super easy.

Só many hidden fees! It's ridiculous. The side of the trucks say $39 for moves in town, but with fees and crap it ended up being $133. Never using again!

I have rented from this location multiple times, and their customer service is always phenomenal. Earlier the same day, I tried a different U-Haul location (on 700 S in Springville, UT), and the owner was so rude that I walked out and canceled my reservation. So, I drove down to old-faithful -- my friends at UHaul of Bulldog Blvd -- and in MINUTES they had me set up and on my way. So easy, so friendly, so clean, so professional. I think the young man who helped me was named Brad, and that guy deserves a raise. I don't think I'll be going to any other locations. Bulldog U-Haul has my business. Period.

I arrived early for my trailer pickup- and was helped immediately. She finished up a few items for my rental, hooked the trailer to my SUV, and I was gone in around 15 minutes, Check-in once I was done with the trailer was also painless- the young lady was very direct, yet also personable. Overall, I would recommend this dealer and will go back again.

You charged me 20 bucks plus tax to drop this piece of crap u-haul truck that would not go faster the 65mph even downhill with the gas pedal to the floor. You disgust me. I was told that it would be free to drop it off after hours and now you are charging. If there is ever a next time I will be sure to park it blocking the entrance to the lot instead of a parking spot.

The employees that helped me load my car to the trailer were amazing. I was stressed about the process but they handled it easily. The truck/trailer made it 1700 miles with no problems and in good condition. Very pleased!

Took 1.5 hours to finalize the rental of a car transport. When I dropped it off the emailed receipt of drop off didn't come. When I called it took 15 minutes to get someone. I asked for a return receipt and she sent a copy of the contract. I hope the whole company isn't run like this.

I called ahead and the Provo U-Haul were the only ones that would accept by trailer that we just moved things from Washington with. When I arrived an employee greeted me checked me in with his phone unhooked my trailer and said you're all checked in. Thank You. Nice people so easy. Gracias

There were only 2 minor issues: the truck wasn't in the location that the system said, and there was an advertising cardboard windshield thing that I had to take down and carry around in the cab because I picked it up after hours. Other than that, it was easy, and a great value!

The Provo location was perfect! But Uhaul's systems failed us, through two other locations. Communication internally is the big issue. We had requested a truck through the Lehi location. We were moved to the Bluffdale location, for 24/7 pick-up, but when we tried to get the truck, the Uhaul system said we had to wait until 9:30. And that's 2 hours and 30 minutes after our pick-up was. But then we were told by another agent that the location wasn't opened that day. And we were moved to the Provo location. We got our truck 2 hours late. It messed up our entire day, because we landed purdah our, based on our truck pick-up time. We appreciate the Provo location being there for us. But we are very disappointed with Uhaul, as an organization.

The truck mirror was broken and kept slipping while on the freeway. We picked up some tape and ended up taping it. It wasn't a huge deal just something to check for next time.

The light signal kit installed here in conjunction with hitch installation two years ago was broken because they installed a non compatible system with mi minivan. I had to replace it with an external electric mecanic store.

U-Haul on Bulldog is an easy-to-access facility. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rates were extremely reasonable, especially coming from a larger urban area! The parking lot was easy to navigate for a U-Haul facility (none of them are super easy).
