Over past sever as l months I have rented 2 storage lockers at your facility and I also very recently rented one of your trucks. Everything is good overall but I have noticed the front desk employees often seem disinterested or not very friendly. As a 40 retiree of a large telecommunications company that worked in customer service exclusively I feel I can evaluate customer service fairly well ! Lower your prices. It took my entire life savings to rent this truck. Can't recommend your business to anyone. You need to increase the milage allowance when renting a car trailer with the truck. What If I want to drop off the car before loading/unloading? So in addition to taking my life savings, you also burned me on the deposit for going over your stingy milage allotment.MICHAEL M.

I was told someone was outside to check me in. I was unable to locate anyone. I went back in the store 3 times and was told someone was outside. On the 3rd attempt, the person behind the counter pointed to a man on the way out and said he is who will check you in. I went outside and he was around the corner of the building working with another customer. He basically ignored me for 5 minutes until I asked if I could park the trailer. He said put it over there. Once I unhooked the trailer, I stood for 10 more minutes until he said he would check it out when he was done and I could go.RANDALL N.

Terrible service. Rude employees. Sent me out to the rental van talking about â€œthe keys are in thereâ€. Went to the van, no keys. Van not parked in the space they said it was in, even though they pointed right at it. Said, it's in space â€œJâ€, when it was really in space â€œIâ€. Mind you, we're in Minnesota, the temperature is in the 30s. So I come back after this while goes chase for keys that aren't there, in a van that's not parked where they said it was, to have to wait in line 15 minutes for them to get back to me then take another 5 minutes to find the keys, while I'm short on time. Hopefully this message gets to someone who cares. Because the guys at the Brooklyn park uhaul sure didn't.PATRICK N.

Not really a complaint just a suggestion. The return process was kind of vague. I understood to drive to the return lane. I didn't know if someone would come out and take it off, did I have to go to the front desk to notify someone, do I take it off or ??? I ended up waiting in line at the front desk for 15 minutes and then was sent out. Someone had already disconnected the trailer. A simple sign by the return lane would have cleared up the confusion. I truly enjoyed all the staff at this location superior service. Amazing. I was so impressed I even filled up the tank past the 1/2 tank when I picked it up. its our appreciation to you. I'm horrible with names but there was a gentleman there older man glasses. He helped extend our time without a question. That man deserves an acknowledgement for his true sincerest kindness. He took the time to explain plain everything even when he didn't need to. I felt very welcome like home. We have no words to express the gratitude your entire staff has extended to us. Thank you thank you thank you. Coming from a service professional myself I am a big critic at noticing any flaws in customer service and for the first time in 15 years this is the first time I could not find one thing wrong everything Including the store was well organized, clean easy to understand. I had the truck for 2 days did not get a chance to move it at all because my place was not ready so I just basically used a truck to load all of my items on there and came to the u-haul to give a storage room to spend the rest of the day unload the truck into Yao storage room and I was charged for 3 days instead of 2 days. Not happy with the service cause I was there on the 3rd day unloading the truck they know they should never charge me for a 3rd day because they knew my situation.TYANNA Y. | First Impressions
