I was charged for fuel after filling the vehicle. No one would respond and no one would call me back. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

The manager was very helpful but the equipment I was assigned to was missing lug nuts on both wheels. I did my own inspection to discover the issue AFTER my trailer was attached to my vehicle. Again, the manager was able to rectify the situation but I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't inspected the trailer myself.

Price $$$$ hike⬆️ during a pandemic is my only complaint had a 10x10 inside went from 135 to almost 150 a month 😲 Got a 10x10 outside access for 105 a month 🤗 From another storage facility 🤙

There was a cup of blue cheese in the cup holder of the truck prior to my use. Cigarette ashes in the ashtray. The service at the desk was outstanding but the cleanliness of the truck was garbage. During a pandemic you would think that this would be something of priority.

The Equipment was not cleansed at all. I had to get lysol wipes to clean the seats dashboard and around the steering colum. This vehicle was not Covid-19 ready! once you drove over 25 mph the truck shakes not a good experience. I asked to speak to a manager we will see.

For one there was an excessive amount of mice droppings all over my stuff..My stuff was ruined because of it purses got chewed up,a mouse died on top of a dresser of mine leaving it stained.They should of told me about the infestation so I could have better protected my belongings..Apparently the ONE black box wasn’t enough....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Employee working was friendly and helpful, but location was understaffed and he was overwhelmed. Truck was not clear of snow which took considerable amount of time to remove. Snow on top of box truck was unable to be removed, so I was unable to take highways for fear of falling ice. This extended my mileage and increased my overall cost to use

I made my reservation with a female named Lauren on the telephone for 8 a.m. Saturday morning for a 12 foot open trailer . When I received my confirmation email it said my pickup time was for 6:30 Saturday night. I called back and corrected it with her. The following morning I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 8 a.m. the store called me and said that there was a miscommunication and they would not have my trailer available for me. I needed it for 8 a.m. he told me it would not happen. After going back and forth with him he was extremely rude and said that I could have a 12 foot enclosed trailer for the day I said all right and he hung up on me

All the employees including the supervisor/manage seem loss. They were joking and playing around while customers are waiting to handle their businesses even while in front of them. Items/questions that could have been taking care of in a couple minutes, took 15 minutes to half an hour. Also, there is a lack of training on products and installation.

They gave me a truck that right side mirror broken and when driving truck it was had to keep in road cause it would pull toward the left. It was a deaf trap cause I almost crashed a few time. Couldn't see anything out of right side mirror backing up or going forward . Then I was told if I drop truck off before they close the same day I he would pro rate some of the money. That didn't happen. Then when I called to report the shit truck I received and the pro rate , I was hung up on by the second person I talked to. The first person I talked to on the phone was very professional but that second person who didn't want to give his name when I asked for it hung up in my face.

Over a period of two days, I rented two different vehicles. The first one was a 25 foot box truck with a van style front. This vehicle needed work on its transmission, it took a long time to change gears and it sounded like a much bigger diesel engined truck. I would also say that vehicle needed an oil change. The second vehicle that I rented was a 15 foot box truck with a van style front. This vehicle was a little better than the first one but not by much. The first thing that I noticed was that the fuel tank was empty. This vehicle drove and sounded better than the first vehicle. Just before I turned it in, I noticed that the right front tire had a lot less tread on it than the other tires. Overall I will go back to U-Haul. The two associates who I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Plus, this U-Haul is the only U-Haul location for many towns over.

Might be a thought to revise the return procedure a bit at this faculty. There is a rather large area in the sides and tear of the building in comparison to the rather small area in front of the building. Yet, we're instructed to return equipment to the front area. I returned the trailer around 830p and the front looked like a crowded parking lot. I tried to be conscientious by carefully weaving around the haphazardly customer- parked vehicles so as not to add to create a gridlock
