There were too many boxes in store. Staff were great.
I think the manager's name was Greg. He was amazing. He had a store full of costumers, in he was the only one there. An irate customer came in and was abusive. He handled him and the rest of us very well. He also is very professional.
Explain random charges on credit card
Make sure after drop off, you ask about your deposit back. I was suppose to get mine and I never did. So make sure you talk to the staff about any deposits you may suppose to get back
i was charge more then it supposed be i know how i return the truck cheaters
They didn't give me the truck with have of tank it was almost on e.
It's too expensive for one day.

Get a faster system so the computers stop crashing and customers can get checked in and out quicker

The staff were very rude and ignorant. Also neither one of them had a mask on which I'm VERY disappointed about. I will not be returning to this location.
My experience was very good @ this location, I wouldn't change anything. The employees were very well manner & had a positive attitude.

Professional and extremely helpful
I have been to this occasion 4-5 times in the past month, and despite having plexiglass at the register and distancing decals on the floor, NO ONE ever seems to be wearing a mask. When I came two weeks ago, the attendant at least put his mask on when I came up to the register (two other employees standing nearby did not). This time, the attendant had a mask right at his checkout but still did not put it on, even when he had to come around the plexiglass to hand me materials. I had my mask on, but it seems likely that employees may get sick if they don't follow MA health laws. The employees were otherwise courteous and helpful, so I don't say this to get them in trouble - their good service is why I keep returning to this location! But I assume there must be a culture of lax mask-wearing at this location, since it seems to be true of almost all employees each time I have visited.
Every employees at this Brockton location goes above and beyond accommodating customers. The ease of renting a vehicle and returning it was so pleasant and you are made to feel like you are a celebrity. Thankyou, I wouldn't go anywhere else

I didn't receive my 10.00 credit for the gas I put in. Received rental on empty. Gave me a link that didn't work so I could claim the credit.

The service in this location was emaculat. From the front rental to the mechanic bay . Great all around professionalism.
Brandon was extremely helpful and very nice. After a very long trip, he was able to check is in quickly and answer all of our questions.

Both the Stoughton and Brockton locations had excellent staff which made the experience 100 times better. Your products are top notch and your staff guarantees I will never look anywhere else for my storage solutions. Thanks!

rented a van the inside smelled like a wet dog (animal hair all over the floor)- gas tank had less than a quarter tank.

I was charged for fuel after filling the vehicle. No one would respond and no one would call me back. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.
The manager was very helpful but the equipment I was assigned to was missing lug nuts on both wheels. I did my own inspection to discover the issue AFTER my trailer was attached to my vehicle. Again, the manager was able to rectify the situation but I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't inspected the trailer myself.
Price $$$$ hike⬆️ during a pandemic is my only complaint had a 10x10 inside went from 135 to almost 150 a month 😲 Got a 10x10 outside access for 105 a month 🤗 From another storage facility 🤙
I never made it to the drop off location. The wheel less trailer had to be towed.
Put gas in the truck
There was a cup of blue cheese in the cup holder of the truck prior to my use. Cigarette ashes in the ashtray. The service at the desk was outstanding but the cleanliness of the truck was garbage. During a pandemic you would think that this would be something of priority.
The Equipment was not cleansed at all. I had to get lysol wipes to clean the seats dashboard and around the steering colum. This vehicle was not Covid-19 ready! once you drove over 25 mph the truck shakes not a good experience. I asked to speak to a manager we will see.

For one there was an excessive amount of mice droppings all over my stuff..My stuff was ruined because of it purses got chewed up,a mouse died on top of a dresser of mine leaving it stained.They should of told me about the infestation so I could have better protected my belongings..Apparently the ONE black box wasn’t enough....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

More staff
Employee working was friendly and helpful, but location was understaffed and he was overwhelmed. Truck was not clear of snow which took considerable amount of time to remove. Snow on top of box truck was unable to be removed, so I was unable to take highways for fear of falling ice. This extended my mileage and increased my overall cost to use

Horrible horrible horrible..... HORRIBLE !!!!! on line booking experience ..... leading me to decide to use Home Depot for my next rental. You should shut that on line reservations web site down ASAP if you want to keep costumers !!!!!
Tried using app for everything. Not user friendly. Go to Hertz. They have the online process rental down to a tee. Luckily for me it wasn't busy so didn't have to wait in line to meet with a representative

I love this storage.the staff was friendly,very clean,I was surprised to see the bathroom so clean in a storage place. I will definitely go back and recommend it

Very friendly, professional, would recommend. I was new to renting a Uhaul and they were very patient with answering all of my questions. Great customer service.
Be up front with the price of the mileage they never told me how much it was up front and they don't even credit you when you put bring back more than what was in it for gas
Got the job done for a fair price.
I made my reservation with a female named Lauren on the telephone for 8 a.m. Saturday morning for a 12 foot open trailer . When I received my confirmation email it said my pickup time was for 6:30 Saturday night. I called back and corrected it with her. The following morning I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 8 a.m. the store called me and said that there was a miscommunication and they would not have my trailer available for me. I needed it for 8 a.m. he told me it would not happen. After going back and forth with him he was extremely rude and said that I could have a 12 foot enclosed trailer for the day I said all right and he hung up on me

Dirty, smelly, rat infested building. Unsecure. Overpriced. My property is missing with no accountability. Bad overall experience and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
For using this Facility for almost two years, I never regret making that choice. 5 Stars all the way for the Staffers, cleaning and safety.

U-Haul is a great company, but the people there is very unprofessional. Vagabond off-the street.
I want to let you know that Alex, Zachary n Gene make a great team. There is another young man there not sure of his name he’s also a pleasure. Very knowledgeable helpful and very friendly making the experience quick n professional. Thanks again UHAUL.
Some minor issues with mouse droppings, however my things were safe and secure.

It was stressful to coordinate all of the events in the move from another location, as I had to do so alone. All involved worked out for the better, and I am appreciative to Kyle to help organize.
The services met my expectations.
This place is soooooooooo unprofessional! They charged me insurance after I specifically said NO. I called and ask to speak to the manger and he would not talk to me. He refused they are all rude!!
They are just there to help you going through your day . It’s an easy please nothing complicate good job guys I will come back in the future and I will send friends soon

I cancelled my unit because the facility had an issue with pipes bursting and water damage and I have never been compensated for my furniture that was ruined. I plan to contact corporate.

I been a customer since 1996 and went into the facility to go through my items in 2018 I had mouse and rat droppings around my belongings my daughter was injured due to break in attempts to my unit
