Nothing to improve but the dude that helped me was so great. I wanna say his name was either Caleb or gabe but the main thing I remember is that his last name is Dies and I remember being like damn that's a metal last name. Very cool dude. He asked me where my trailer hitch was and I thought he was being condescending and asking if I knew the location of it on my vehicle so he could have a mansplaining moment until I got out and realized it literally wasn't there. I straight up just didn't have the ball. I was baffled. But he let me rent one and was so nice about it. Thank you gabe/Caleb for making my experience 10/10

I was unable to reach the pickup location by phone after multiple attempts. I never received a confirmation phone call. I was not made aware that there was no guarantee the size truck I reserved may not be available until the day of pick up.

The staff did not properly strap my tires to the trailer. I realized that I drove four hours to Mississippi with my car not properly strapped. Also they wrapped a chain around my brake line. That's a no-no.

So intially I was good there weren't any dollys available, I wasn't charged . We picked up out pre reserved truck and there was a dolly inside . We weren't charged for the dolly intially because they didn't have one and we didn't use the one in the truck where as the storage facility had one . The lady who inspected the truck still charged me . Also we added to much gasoline to The vehicle and all the last could give us was a “thank you” female was rude and COULD NOT ANSWER my simple questions . There was always somebody sitting behind the desk that looked like they just finished a line of dope and was strung out on heroine 🤏🏾😩. This is downtown Chattanooga and these employees look dirty and BERY unprofessional. Do better .

Experience was awesome. Made online reservation and everything was as reserved. The text messages and emails were very efficient. Staff members that helped us were very nice and professional and made us feel like they appreciated us using their store.

Unfriendly and unwilling to help. Plus had equipment to make adjustments to order but refused to do so. Tried to swap the dolly for an auto trailer and refused. Created another whole issue for us to switch it out having to drive to Gadsen where the staff was great. Also you customer service, scheduling and road side assistance people are horrible and I needed 4 hrs to get to anyone that had a clue to resolve my issue. Should pay Stephanie more as she was the only person willing to assist and knew what she was talking about.

Owner was friendly checking us in, but staff on the lot were irritated and rude. The parking lot and storage entrance was not wide enough to accommodate multiple families moving in as well as the Uhaul pickup/drop off traffic.

After this visit, I will no longer use uhaul ever again. All employees were rude and uneducated. Service was slow and y'all scammed me out of more money than agreed on. I will take my business to Penske from now on and will make sure my company does not use uhaul again either.

I had a transport that had to be dropped off before the truck, and the gentleman who helped me with that was in the middle of a swarm of returns, but nonetheless took time for me and was very friendly.

Great experience! My only challenge was calling to make a reservation. It rolls to the national phone, which was a seemingly perpetual hold. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I hung up. Since I live nearby, I drove there to make it physically.

Booked truck for pickup on 5/26. Not available until 5/27. Delay cost me an additional $110 to stay in hotel an extra day. Stated truck was at 3/4 level for gas. Actually 5/8. Only one person working. Waited over 30 minutes to get truck. Truck windshield was dirty and had a crack.

Truck was clean, but I cannot attest to its maintenance. It broke down during the move, which resulted in me losing the help of the movers that I had to pay for anyway, and then resulted in me having to carry the items from the truck up my long, uphill driveway because the wrecker couldn't tow the truck all the way to the house.

I overfilled the tank thinking I would use more gas (half a tank at $51). I returned the tank 3/4 full and asked the young man if I could get credit for leaving $25 worth of gas in the tank and he said I would have to contact U-Haul on line. Dori Simpson dorigirl65@gmail.com

No major issues. Customer just needs to be aware that U Haul gives you the truck with whatever amount of fuel was left in it by previous driver and you bring it back with that amount. Works fine - except during a regional fuel shortage. A moving truck without a full tank is not particularly useful. I did get to know my truck really well while driving all over town to look for gas.

My issue is with the service over all. My reservation was at another location . They did not have the vehicle at the appointed time. I was sent to another location farther away with no compensation for the inconvenience or added mileage . I am also upset regarding the additional fees charged. I would not recommend using either of the locations. Not customer friendly at all.

The person who had me drive my car and load it onto the trailer had me pull too far forward which allowed my front bumper to hang over the trailer. I was unable to unload my car at the drop off location.

We were sent off the property with an industrial padlock left on the trailer and before bringing it back we went and bought very expensive bolt cutters but still couldn't get it off. When we brought it back to uhaul, they couldn't get it off with their bolt cutters either so they just switched out the trailers. I would have like to have been reimbursed in some way for delaying us and making us drive all the way back for their mistake.

My experience was great! This is my 2nd time renting a uhaul and I must say hands down I give the team at Broad street in Chattanooga, Tn . Everything was explained well and I felt confident that if there was any issues they were available. That means alot for me being a woman making a move. I will definitely recommend them.

Well run business-I've used them twice and the vehicles were pretty clean (very clean inside) and pretty well maintained. One had a broken sun visor and both needed cleaner windshields-neither had windshield fluid on board. Will continue to use them, though. Friendly, professional, convenient.

There was a African American guy there. He was absolutely helpful. Now there was also a new guy there (red he'd-not trying to be rude). He was terrible. He was arguing with me and my family almost the whole time. The facility and everything else was great. But maybe you all should let him go. He was very unprofessional!!!
