The payment machines wouldn't work for us as the screens froze and the staff had to manually enter our information. The customer service was lacking, somewhat understandably so as they were both getting frustrated with the inadequate machines. It took over 45 minutes from arrival for us to get our equipment. The equipment itself was fine.

Came in on saturday and was told you had nothing my area so I reserved a van for sunday only to return on sunday to be told that the system was down and you have no backup in place to deal with a loss of I.T. I had to make a reservation early monday and was later in the day finally able to get a van. Taking 3 days and 3 separate tries, 2 of them reservations, before getting a van definitely falls in the "below average" rating.

Your "quick" mobile pick-up program sucks ass. It was total confusion, our truck was blocked in, no one was masked, I was made late to my appointment because of all the steps I had to perform at the pick up site... taking pictures, uploading pictures, blah, blah, blah.

If the tank of gas is returned with more gas than originally when pick up, there should be a credit towards the final balance due. Because U-haul always charge for gas if it is less than when pick up u-haul truck.

Was told that it was an option to drop off in the evening. Also, was told an attendant would unattached the trailer for me. Wasn't informed that I would be charged $20. I keep receiving emails with extra charges that I wasn't told about. A little heads up would be nice so that could be avoided.

I got kicked out of my unit and evicted even so there's no reason for eviction. As I was always on time and in full all payments due for renting unit. I was also harassed as though I was a suspect and a burglary that had occurred in the same storage facility though I was exonerated not guilty of anything except being aggravated at being locked out of my unit when I needed in my unit for my tools for work. I lost money because of their incompetence. Never so much an apology for trespassing on my business by locking me out when there was no proof that I had anything to do with their security breach. I I was left with an eviction letter on my unit door with no reason as to why I must leave. Then after I left three days after I got said notice I had started to receive late payment notices failure to pay rent and threats of locking me out from my stuff even though I had already moved everything out. I would like to know that there is some sort of checks and balances for customers who are loyal and spend more time and earnings with the contingent that U-Haul Nationwide provide. I have thought about PR but it's also thought that two wrongs don't make a right I'm going to try and rent a truck from you guys tomorrow again but not from bricktown of course but where I move to the other side of town American Storage in Oklahoma City number 3 have been the best they could be as Representatives of U-Haul and it's family tree.

Did work with me on a payment plan and still got charge for late fee after explaining my situation. It was hard to speak to a manager. I requested to speak to one never called me back. So i had to moved my household goods to another storage and that was cheaper that I coukd afford.

At the 100 SE 2nd St location i had no issues. BUT i had earlier made a reservation for the NW expressway location which is closer to my house. I did not have a mask in my coat and was told by the man that i must leave. (He was wearing his mask below his nose). I believe the manager woman walked in(not wearing a mask) and told me that i must leave. I said i had reserved the truck and wanted it. She told me i could go outside and get the truck online( it was 30 degrees with a good wind blowing.) I was dropped off and my car was not nearby. I asked that they either rent me the truck or text me something showing that they had refused service (because i was afraid that i would be charged anyway for the rental). Both employees refused to do this. The woman told me to just get out and was totally unreasonable. SO i went to the Bricktown location where i was told that my reservation had been canceled.. The Bricktown location(100 SE 2nd S) was very friendly.

There was a significant time delay in picking up and dropping off the equipment. Only one employee was working (she was nice), however the location was very busy which resulted in a long wait (half hour) to return the equipment. More staff need to be at this location to improve the experience.

The representative who assisted me could have been friendly and a bit less abrasive. Also, the security guard needs to be less assuming in his actions. My partner and I felt very uncomfortable when he came around the counter and stood near us during the whole transaction. When I came in right after the previous customers, he had remained behind the counter. Please mention that. Gracias.

The staff at the Bricktown location was fantastic. They were polite, courteous, and professional. Why I rated the experience as average is because this location did not have an appliance dolly. We requested the truck and the appliance dolly because we were moving appliances. It does not make sense to allow customers to request the items if you cannot guarantee they will be available!!! Also, why would you have a system that sets your employees up for failure? The staff was apologetic; they did not have the items we requested but did allow us to use a furniture dolly at no charge.

Let people know when the office closes. I had a trailer booked for return at 6pm. Got there before 6:00 and the office was closed. The on-line return procedure for mobile devices was clunky and a bad user experience. The office personnel should have let me know the office was closed and alerted me to the need to use the on-line return procedure. And that procedure needs a re-design.

Although it's been over a decade since I moved in to the Bricktown - OKC facility by chance wanted to go to Southern California hoping to find work but, didn't have the complete financial means to move across the US with the U-Haul trailer & truck! I'm glad I did and was able to pay my lien off slowly but, surely over time. My greatest wish about that warm March day was how friendly the staff under Lonnie was and under Roy continue to be. Thanks for the U-Haul equivalent to PODS, U-Box! Because truthfully I really need this product in the past and present and someday as an empty-nester for the future! Thanks and hope to retrieve my belongings soon and get what's left of them after the fire and water damage in a slightly good condition. If, not no fair no foul: forgot about changing weather in OKC and the southern Great Plains! Thanks and hopefully will be there in person sometime in mid to late 2021! At least tornado season here as well as there! Thank you for all you have done for me it well appreciated!

Upon arrival, I was told that my reserved truck was not on the premises. The unhelpful associate (Shawn), who was wearing an NRA hat and seemed annoyed that I interrupted his conversation on his cell phone. After telling me that I might have to drive quite far to a location with the same size vehicle, another customer arrived with the same issue of his reserved vehicle no being on the premises. The other associate was quite helpful and immediately offered that customer a free upgrade to a larger vehicle that was on site. I had to make the same suggestion to the associate helping me before it dawned on him that he should do that. The appliance dolly I reserved was also not on the premises and I had to drive 10 miles out of the way to retrieve it. A thoroughly annoying experience with an otherwise solid company. The associate who helped me needs significant retraining in order to perform his job effectively.

Roy and his staff are FANTASTIC!! They went Above and Beyond at every turn to make things easy for my family. We arrived with Three loaded Trucks that each had a car hauler behind it and they got us right in and set up with storage in record time even thought they were short handed that day. They even let us use a pallet jack for some very heavy items and helped with a forklift to move a couple safes. And, when it came time to move our belongings to the new house, Roy even assisted with backing the truck up to the loading dock for my niece. All-in-all, They made a very stressful move that much easier for us and I Highly recommend them.

The upfront reservation and storage experience was great. People on the phone were courteous. We had arranged to store our college student's items , with the 1st month free option extended, and someone local brought the items to storage on our behalf, in March. Upon arrival, in August, to remove the items from storage, it was a frustrating experience. We had a 4pm reservation to pickup a van. We had to look outside to find someone working. The van wasn't available. The person working was not courteous. We were told we could have a small truck for the same price, but ended up having to pay more for insurance. We said we hadn't been there, so we weren't familiar, and so were given a map, and had to figure out everything on our own. When we came in to check out, after getting items, the employee had earbuds in at the desk. We had to ask/figure out what to do with the ramp at truck bay. Overall, that day was frustrating.

I rented a Uhaul vehicle in Texas to move my things to Oklahoma City. I was promised free storage in Oklahoma for 1 month and thereafter pay 74.95 monthly. I received my first statement for 84.95. Spoke with the headquarter and told them of the deal that was offered to me. Headquarter did honor the initial deal, but I continue to receive multiple letters in the mail every month saying that I owe delinquent fees.

I arrived on a Sunday morning to move my items out of the 3rd floor climate controlled storage. I was informed the power was out and would likely not come back on for several hours. My movers and I agreed to reschedule for Monday. Upon arrival on Monday the power was still out with no indication of when it would be back on. My movers and I rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Again there was no power. In fact it wasn't until Wednesday that the power was back on. Thankfully my movers were flexible and willing to adjust and I didn't have to take off of work to make this all happen. However the fact my climate controlled unit wasn't controlled for several days is also frustration. Thankfully non of my items were damaged. Overall I am disappointed with my experience with this Uhaul storage.

Everyone was way nice. There was a unit I needed was available and in a perfect spot for me. The dock setup really helped me unload the truck by myself. I really enjoyed this experience.

Often there is nobody in office when calling and ringing doorbells for assistance at elevators and locked doors. One freight elevator often is not available. Then wait times for elevators every time.
