The truck was not clean on the inside somebody’s lighter was in the door handle, that ashtray was full of cigarette ash the cupholders were full of debris. The fan belts also made a lot of noise when put to work. Ie running the air conditioner. Also when returning the unit I was charged for fuel refill and 7 gallons of gas which is in accurate. When I drove the vehicle off the lot 2 miles later The consul lit up and said 50 miles until I’m out of gas. When I return the unit to the lot it said 48 miles until I’m out of gas. Math does not add up that 4 mile difference would equate to 7.7 gallons. My contract stated to return it under a quarter tank of gas which I did. I believe that I was charged this because I dropped the keys and left them with the clerk and did not wait for the check in clerk to process, this equated to $62 dollars in charges that I do not feel I should have incurred.

Customer service I forgot to check mileage in the vehicle but I know I only drove 15 miles but the mileage read over 40 I asked them can they do soemthing to fix this and they said only in the beginning of the rental and didn’t even try to help me out I’m a single mother so every penny counts and I was not expecting to spend almost 100.00 for 2 hr rental

The service reps were not attentive, the vehicle was filthy and looked like it had been smoked in. No one did a walk around and I had to ask for the blankets I rented.

Trailer had a bad tire, would think these things would be checked before renting. Pickup location told me I could drop trailer at any location in Spokane, when I went to drop trailer one block from my office they told me when I picked up trailer they scheduled drop off at the north division location which was way out of my way.

The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, even though it was quite busy and there were many people waiting on a Saturday afternoon. With what they had going on, with difficult customers or complicated returns/renting, they performed it with smiles on their faces and not showing the frustration many people may show. The location is somewhat difficult to navigate or get in and out, but the staff go above and beyond what is truly required of them, willing to help where they see the need.

Make sure the transmission is working properly (this one was rough and would jolt the truck as it shifted), and that the a/c is working. This one worked for about 10 minutes, then petered out. After shutting it off for about 15-20 minutes, it would work for another 10 or 20. Very annoying.

We were given a trailer with extremely bald tires. We asked about getting them replaced and the guy said he didn't do that there, it was the last of that size left, and if we wanted the tires fixed, we needed to call roadside assistance. He knew we were driving across country, he didn't care. When we returned the trailer to the location in our new state, they were apaulled that another location would send someone with a trailer in that bad of shape.

Was hoping the storage facility was 24/7. Staff polite, unit clean.

The facility is in a cramped location. The staff was not responsive to my concerns or request for help. Trailers and or trucks parked in front of the door from the storage. Did not honor free month

Even though the workers tried to be very helpful the computer system was bs so they claimed and the staff not giving enough help it took us 5 hrs of waiting to get a storage unit

One of the U-Boxes had been apparently dropped and many items had been broken. Shawn, Misty, and Anthony were profoundly helpful and understanding in their support in managing the broken U-Box.

On more than one occasion I waited (along other customer) on the line for more than 20 minutes, in order for me to get them to open my unit. I don’t know if they are understaff.

My only concern was after 3 YEARS of paying for storage there was no prorate for the month. I paid for all of June and expected a bit of a return. Hardly seems right. No I wouldn't store w/UHaul again

No one answered my calls also transferred me to a national call center s when they finally did (the transfer made no sense.) My u-box had forklift HOLES in the wall. Took ONE HOUR to give me access.
