The manager Jarret was very kind just ad he was the previous time I rented from his location and each staff member was courteous and helpful and brought me a chair to sit on while I waited for a cab as I am on oxygen. Their service and attitude cannot be improved upon!

the original drop off location that i was assigned was a very unsafe place-no signage, dark and very dangerous. I can not believe that you would direct someone to this place. I even got charged am extra $2.14 for excess mileage because i had to drive around Tucson sear ching for a drop off location. The original drop off spot was unsafe!!!, next closest was no longer in business from google maps and finally location #3 was great- The reason i ga]ve a great rating is because of all the nice people i dealt with at U haul and i love your company. I should have rated drop off HORRIBLE due to the extremely unsafe original drop spot -

I received a raggedy trailor that was dented and beat up. And it wasn't until I got pulled over that a state trooper let me know that the trailor lights wasn't even working. It's Uhaul's job to make sure all equipment functions right before the customer leaves. It didn't happen

The only issue I found is with the truck itself. You might want a mechanic to take a look at the suspension. With an empty load the truck would shake violently as I reached highway speed. at full capacity there was less shaking but I could still feel shaking at certain speeds. Feels like a loose u-joint or something similar.

This location has been the best by far we've done business with. After dealing with the El Paso, Texas TM, I vowed to never do business with uhaul again. This location made is feel welcomed and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage and rental needs.

I waited outside for 15 minutes for someone to come and let me return my vehicle. One guy was inside on his cell phone. The other was inside sweeping. When my ride showed up they finally were ready. The on the phone guy came out and asked me if if the keys were in the truck. Very Rude! Pick another location.

Don't screw people over tell people IN PERSON that we have to take a picture of the mileage or else it's on you and they'll be more than happy to take your money. Very disappointed with the people working there as well very unprofessional, takes too long and will talk back at you.

There was a break light out when I hooked up. Turns out it was not hooked up, so an easy fix. Probably should have been caught before I got there.

I had ordered an appliance dolly to move a large refrigerator. I did not receive an appliance dolly, instead a utility dolly. When I called to correct the discrepancy the person was extremely rude and told me he would help me “rephrase my response”. He gave me other locations that had an appliance dolly but that did not fix the issue of not getting what I had ordered online. He also did not give me a refund of the dolly that would do me absolutely no good. I will not recommend the U-Haul location on Benson Hwy to anyone unless they don't want to get what they ordered.

Full service with storage area. Basically a contactless turn in so didn't really get to evaluate the staff ... except that when I went to unhook the trailer a helpful guy came over immediately to take over for me.

I wish they would have had my stuff for my storage unit. They literally had to ask everything again which wasted more time. It was incredibly frustrating. I had it all done online. I know. Wasn't their fault I'm assuming this was the uhauls fault like company policy thing. But it still sucked.

the person that waitedon me on pickup acted like he was doing me a favor waiting on me when returned as i walked in the door he walked out the side door an never returned. the person at the desk had a line waiitng to be waited on. i ended up disconnecting my trailer myself. lack of help or lack of wanting to work at this location. thwe person there when i returned trailer was doing everything he could to take care of people

Had a scheduled pickup at 0730 and the truck was never staged the night before. I had to wait until the location opened at 9am to get my truck. I had movers at my home for a whole hour before I arrived with the truck which I still had to pay for. Customer service rep confirmed this was negligence by the employees to pre-stage the truck the night before like it should have been.

I called to confirm my storage was on the ground floor. The representative said it was. When I got there it was the basement and they said thats what we reserved. Fuck you all.

Check engine light was on, told it was ok just a gas cap issue.... not true, whenever I gassed up the truck... fuel would spill out all over on the other side of the truck. Pretty dangerous !!! I reported it when turned in

The gentleman helping me did not introduce himself, didn't bother to give me a copy of my contract, didn't bother to walk/observe the equipment before taking possession. Just very rude and uninviting. The truck was beaten up, scratched, and began violently shaking when I tried to go over 55mph. The vehicle clearly hadn't been properly serviced. Roadside Assistance sent me a link (by mistake, I'm sure) that showed all roadside claims for the vehicle. The truck BROKE DOWN a month prior to my using it. How can you put your customer in an unsafe vehicle????? This is disgraceful.

When my truck was pulled to the front for me, in Tucson AZ, the employee was not wearing a mask, nor was any visible attempt made to sanitize the “high touch” areas of the interior that the employee had just touched (steering wheel, shift column, door handle etc). My husband stopped me from getting in and handed me a wipe to clean the interior myself. It was not reassuring.

The self pickup process was horrible! I had to fill it out multiple times. It wouldn't recognize my drivers license (presumably because it was getting dark outside). The text help wasn't helpful. I couldn't get my key. I had to go inside and stand in line, even though the app said I could go to the front of the line. It was basically a total cluster f***.
