Truckshare needs it's own designated area with large signage. Key box needs to be in same area, and public parking for those coming to Truckshare needs to be near this designated area. Too much having to walk over here and there to get steps accomplished.

Kyle K.Communication from UHaul was absolutely terrible. A few days before my box was meant to be in Vegas I checked the portal and it was still shown to be in Pennsylvania. It took several calls to different customer service numbers and finally reverting to the Pennsylvania contact that I found out it had not shipped on time. I understand problems arise, but communicating a delay would have been appreciated and should be part of business practices. It finally ships and I hear nothing. I go back to calling all the numbers and through much difficulty, I find out that my box is lost. The man that told me said he would find out what was going on and he would contact me right away. He never got back to me. This process repeats itself over weeks and I'm the one initiating contact every time. Once again I call the Pennsylvania location and they tell me they are waiting on a truck to ship my container and will let me know as soon as it goes out. 2 week go by and I hear nothing. I received a partial refund and at this point I'm unsure if it is because my order is canceled or what. I go through the process of calling and waiting again to finally find out it is at the location in Henderson. Throughout this whole ordeal I remained respectful and understanding. At no point in time did anyone follow up like they said they would numerous times. Each person I talked to was nice, but the lack of follow through made this a terrible experience and I will not use this company again. Don't say you will follow up if there is no intention of ever doing so, especially after messing up so many times. The location in Henderson was very easy to work with and communicate with and that is why that specific location is rated well. The overall process would be rated much lower.

Michael S.There was a little issue with the autopay not working on your end. I'd get a notification we were past due, that autopay had failed. I could manually pay using the card I had set up for autopay, but it would not work under autopay. When having to call the store, or to call the store back, the phone tag was horrendous. I seldom got through directly to the store, would get routed to a call center, and if I called back I'd go back to the call center, etc. Otherwise, the facility, staff, etc. was great.

After trying to swap me into a 10x10 had to drill a lock that customer left there. Waited for 1 hour and 30 min because a grinder couldn't be used. Jason was super helpful but if you're gonna advertise a 5x5 unit at least make sure the units are actually 5x5. Worst experience of moving I've ever had to deal with

But if I was patient and asked for a manager the problem was usually solved mostly to my satisfaction. Sometime earlier access hours would have been convenient but this was not a big issue. One thing that was an issue is when I rented this spot was it was implied coveres were being installed for sun and element protection but that never occurred. Overall a fairly positive experience at a reasonable price which is why I stayed for several year. I have moved and at the price of gas, this lot became too costly.

Turns out I don't know that answer because I left after sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes. I drove home to make an appointment (I made the huge mistake of allotting 30 minutes to pickup a trailer I already reserved), and returned a few hours later to wait in the lobby another 30 while the six people in front of me were attended to by a single person.
