When I rented my unit I didn't fully understand (nor would I have agreed to) that by letting my daughter be a person they could call and/or get authorization from for abandonment of property purposes, not did I understand that if/when those papers were signed that uhual could start removing my belongings immediately, hence loosing several homemade/handmade blankets and a air conditioner to whomever they hired to clean the unit. The staff and the property were there when I needed them and allowed me to get what was left of my belongings, and for that I am forever thankful and grateful to them.

This location was good. Truck pickup in Denver went poorly. Reserved 26' was not available anywhere within 200 miles. Rented largest available 20'. Filled it. Had to rent a second truck and find an additonal driver for the 700 mile move. No significant discount offered for the extra truck and diffficulties. Ugg!!

A bit tight to navigate around the yard. Lights on first tow dolly inoperable but a replacement trailer was quickly provided. Great customer service!

Again, the RSVP system is awful. We reserved a 26' truck for an out of state move and 2 days before the move we were told that it was not available. So we ended up have to rent TWO trucks and pay a ton more money because of a U-Haul problem. We are very disappointed and unhappy. We will never use U-Haul again.

When I arrived, no one was in the office, and it was unlocked. Anyone could have come in and stolen something. I tried calling the office twice, and a cell phone rang inside. After a couple minutes the employee came back in. She was unable to explain why the charges were the way they were, and I was on a time constraint and already running late due to having to wait. All in all, the van rental was just fine, and ultimately the charges went thru accurately and without a problem, but the employee was fairly disorganized. However, I did notice that the van had a new back window; there was broken glass under where the van had been parked. Clearly someone had busted up the window when it was parked there. Not super reassuring for safety of location. When I returned the van after hours, as a young woman alone, I was very glad there were still some workers in the office even though it was after closing time. I'm not sure I would have felt safe in that area alone.

Tyrrell was great. He was friendly and professional and helped me get the perfect size truck.i reserved a 10 foot truck and I told him what I was hauling and he said I would need a 15 foot truck. He was right. Load fit perfectly in the 15 foot truck.

Try under-promising and over-delivering. I did not get the unit, the size, or the drive up that I wanted. Also, for $20 cheaper, I got a unit twice the size, literally around the corner, at a much cleaner facility.

I received a call that my uhaul was given away on 10/30/2023 I asked to get one for 10/31/2023 arrived to pick me uhaul up at 3:50 pm for a 4:00 pick up I didn’t not get my uhaul keys until 4:27pm. I was then notified that they were out of dolly which I had already secured weeks prior I didn’t get a call notifying of any issues with my rental. I’f I would have been advise prior I could have planned on how I would get a dolly for my move. The dolly was well needed which was very inconvenient. There was no apology, explanation, or discount. After leaving with the truck it was black and grey smoke the entire time, on top of that the uhaul leaked a lot of oil in my previous driver way and in my new drive way. This was the worst uhaul experience ever.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your storage cause they take your lock off after having your storage unit for 9 days. They then will put one of their locks on it and then you have to chase them down to get them to go unlock your unit so you can get your stuff back. Then another thing is I had found that my stuff had been rummaged through. That’s crazy cause this is an U haul place at that. This was my second time trying to use a storage unit here in Oklahoma City and I do know this I’ll never never use another storage unit place in my life.

Overall, Equipment was clean and well maintained. Cab smelled heavily of smoke, and there was a drink spill under the center console. All equipment wroked as expected. I did not have a good experience with the mobile check in/ check out. App would not load on pickup or checkout - would not allow upload of "disputed" pictures. Pictures provided at check in were not comprehensive and did not show existing damage.

Over priced honestly.. was charged one fee when I reserved a vehicle and picked it up.. then used it for a couple of hours and returned it back cleaned and more gas in it than picked up and they charged my card another fee that wasn't supposed to be charged and on top charged a a return fee. This is total BS. I called them numerous times about this and nothing ever got done. I won't use U-Haul again

Lobby smelled heavily of marijuana, customer service was extremely poor. Customers waiting in line had to wait for a break in kanisha’s personal phone call to get a few seconds of very rude service. I had to retrieve my own dolly from the maintenance shed that was in such bad condition that it barely worked. Keep in mind that I had reserved the truck with a dolly 2 days prior. It took me an hour to get what I had already paid for and completed all the steps for on the app. Worst u-haul experience I’ve ever had.

After I first move in to U-Haul I was put in a unit that had a bad leak and was told I had insurance because about 900.00 ofmy belongings gotrunied due to the fact that it rained my unit leaked and fluded on one side ..a claim was put in and pictures were taken. Both by me and a lady worker ..that was 6 months ago. Never got moved or rembursed..they lie and lie some more don't make anything right I want rembursedfor the personal item that got ruined from no fault of my own

Young lady was so rude I took my belongings out of the storage unit and found a different company to go with. I explain to the young lady that I needed an extra day to pay for the unit which was the next day which I got paid but she advise me that my belongings will be up for auction and that was her final answer. No empathy no ok we can help you with that. Just Rude. I will not be using any other Uhaul facility due to this matter.

I was surprised at how small the 10X10 storage. I had moved out of a 10x10 a month earlier and it was much larger. Other than that it was all good and easy except renting the truck to move out when the apartment was finally ready.

Storage unit wasn’t well lit, meaning there were no lights inside and it was always dark in the back half of the storage even when the sun was out. There should definitely be a light or lights added, especially during winter when the sun goes down at 5:15pm. Other than that, it was all good. Thanks

Only comment is that the row of units didn't have any electrical power for lighting. When i asked about it, they said they wouldn't fix it. They said if I'm in there after dark, that I'd have use a flashlight. I told them I was paying for a unit with lighting, they were not interested in fixing the problem.

La verdad nos toco vivir una muy desagradable experiencia, hicimos contrato de mes por mes a la hora de firmar nos ofrecieron una garantia una, desafortunadamente era la primera vez q yo necesita de estos servicios y pir mi poca experiencia, nos paso lo q nunca crei, se metio el agua a el contenedor perdimos 1 recamara la mesa del comedor, 1 television lo mas desagradable q a la hora del reclamo, nos comentan q hay 2 tipos de garantias q por 10 o 17 dolares mas hubiera cubierto hasta 15 mil dolares, desafortunadamente yo no lo sabia, asi como no sabia q se nos hiban a dañar los muebles y lo peor q la respuesta fue q fue mi culpa por no haber preguntado, y yo creo q quiza no estan capacitados correctamente, me hubiesen informado q existian diferentes garantias, por supuesto hubiese optado por pagar 17 dolares mas y asi no hubiese perdido la mitad de mis muebles, desafortunadamente llegamos a buscar casa, trabajo, y lo peor pagamos camion para traer todos nuestros muebles y nos salen con q ni son seguros los storages, y q no estan capacitados sus empleados... Cero recomendables

The gentleman that checked us in at 8 am was not friendly at all. Gave us very little instructions and sent us on our way. When we returned the Uhaul the staff was there cleaning the drive and one guy ran ahead to lock the door. He instructed us to leave the key in the drop box and leave the Uhaul under the canopy. We asked if we should lock the back since there was a dolly and he said no just lock the doors. We did as he said but was nervous the dolly could be stolen. We had no issue with the Uhaul truck and will use this facility again but hoping the staff is happier and friendly to their customers.

I rented a unit for 39.95 I believe and it ended up being to small. So I called the office to get a bigger size. Which she did. Yet when I got there I didn't recieve the gate code. I had a new unit with the old i it gate code. Out of desperation of getting in with trucks loaded...I had to but another unit. Customer service said once the office opened the next morning it would be straightened out. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to get straightened out. Meanwhile, I'm charged 39.95 + 94.?? For another unit for 1 month. When it should have been free with the promotion offer of renting a box truck get 1 month free storage rental.

The management is extremely rude. You would think during a major power outage they would have a little more comparison to people and their needs. That someone would be available to open the gate that was not electronic. Also a black lady that was there had been coming every day for a week and she wouldn’t let her get her stuff but she let us get ours.
