Windshield was so dirty it was hard to see in sunlight. Wipers didn't take care of the problem because dirt was on the inside of the windshield. Truck was difficult to control at highway speeds, to the point of it being dangerous at 55 mph. It felt like the front shock absorbers were totally worn out. Any dip or wave in the highway made the truck bounce severely.EDWARD C.

I rented a 15" truck on Friday, 3/26/2021. I rent once a month, so I know approximately what the cost should be. On Saturday, I called because I had been charged $150.70 for the rental, that should have been about $80.00. I spoke to Dejuan, he said I had been charged for fuel and a dolly. I told him there were two dollies in the truck when I picked it up. I did not request any dollies. I also told him I spend $14.39 to put the gas hand back at 1/4 tank, which is where it was when I picked it up. He was going to speak with Lewis the Manager and call me back. I have not received a return call yet. I am asking for my account to be credited the $64.00 in fuel charges and the $7.00 for dollies. The rental contract number was 24570233. Over the phone I was quoted a price of 7.99 when I arrived in the store price was 10.00. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and was scheduled to return equipment next day. Employee scheduled me to return equipment at 745 pm which was after business after with additional 10.00 charge. I rented a dolly and didn't think I should just leave it outside. When I returned equipment explained that to employee and was taken care of with no hassle.yolanda P.

Originally we had reserved the cargo van from another U-Haul location. However, we were not able retrieve it via U-Haul mobile. At first, we had difficulty with the mobile app. The office was supposed to open at 10 but nobody had come when we left at 10:30 am. Then, Alfonso, a customer rep, helped us get around that hurdle. The code given did not unlock the lockbox. Alfonso, was able to get us another van at the Bellwood location. Luis was also very helpful for getting us in and out fast. I will never use the Brekeley, IL location again. Alfonso and Luis saved the day. We had to make a delivery by noon.Dawood B.

The container was delivered a week later! Some rugs inside were wet: probably the container wasn't waterproof. I had an unpleasant discussion with Mrs. Chas Brown, which reclaimed that my English is not correct when I said that the container was retarded 1 week: I think UHaul is active in the transportation business and should take care of it, to respect the delivery term!RODICA B.
People were courteous; Place was generally clean; Van was quite clean and no troubles. Except when I was trying to refuel the gas cap said only E85 fuel. I was not by any E85 stations. Called Uhaul and she said 87 regular is OK. Caused me some anxiety I'm OKDavid D.

My experience with uhaul is and was great my problem is with there web site I had a hard time with after hours return I and my 24 yr old son both had to use our phones to get through to web site and take pic and upload and down load which took 20 minutes other than that it was a great visit to your officejerry N.

I am extremely disappointed by my experience. I went to the original location and it didn't exist. The location or their phone number. I went to the second address provided, also didn't exist. The third one was 20 minutes away and then I got double charged on my credit card. Not happy.Mallory M.

The experience was a little different, the agent that checked me in was not pleasant and didn't greet me appropriately. However I was able to pay for the rental use the truck that I would be reserved and bring it back in the condition it was given.
