Extremely rude an combative employee when I questioned my final rate and why I was charged a $5.00 Safe ride Fee when I had never even been asked about this fee and if I wanted to accept this fee. In a very loud voice he asked the other agent " what is this one complaining about". I was not complaining I was asking about my bill total, and stating that since I never agreed to the safe ride fee I did not want to pay for the safe ride fee. I had already purchased the collision insurance to cover any damage caused by my actions, and I feel that if anything mechanical ( including incidental damage that might be caused by a mechanical or tire failure on the vehicle should be U-Hauls responsibility. It is U-Haul's equipment and U-Hauls' responsibility to keep it in good working condition and safe operational condition. If I accidently lose a key that should be covered by the included Road Service that is provided with the truck rental Just like if I lose my key or lock myself out of my personal vehicle it is covered under my personal road service policy. I guarantee you if I was injured or caused an accident due to failure on your equipment not caused by my actions your would be being sued for all costs involved. I had an ok experience with U-Haul in general, but the fact that you allow employees such as this one to be SOOOO rude and combative with customers is totally unacceptable. The time before this that I rented a U-Haul truck I did have a tire blowout that caused me to swerve across the road fortunately there was no traffic to run into and neither myself or the other person in the truck were injured. It could have gone very differently had I been on a major DFW HWY instead of an in town lightly traveled road. I also asked this agent for a copy of the receipt where the refund was processed, He stated that he would process it and it would show up in my card account within 10 days. I finally gave up waiting on the printed copy as I had other stuff to do that day instead of wait around on rude people to do their job. The other agent was pleasant enough, but obviously not the management or lead employee. The employee name on the emailed receipt is Aaron Crooker.

The unit itself at ( 2315 W Division Arlington, TX 76012) no complaints however the building advertised climate controlled at around 60 degrees Fahrenheit yet the thermometer where the sign and the thermometer are read 97 degrees Fahrenheit. I went to the office but it was after hours on Sunday so only the unit was accessible. I called a few days later to make sure they were aware of this issue and the front office worker became extremely defensive saying I could move out when all I was doing was ensuring they knew about it . I asked when it would be fixed he pretty much said never . Therefore I asked if us customers would receive some type of credit or discount until the issue was corrected he was very rude and said no because the plans to control the temperature haven’t been approved and to just move my things out after I already told him I didn’t want to . I think it’s because the insulation in the building is rotted hot and falling down into peoples units … I have photos / receipts to support my claims . Everything was good. Van was brand new. I've rented from this location previously. Only issue I had was a few hours after I dropped off the van, someone called me asking where it was! Needless to say, that gave me quite a scare. Not sure how it was overlooked that I had returned the van and was told I was good to go.

Best Uhaul around!

I made reservations online with the mobile option but it apparently didn't apply it correctly. I had to go in to the store and check out. I am a little OCD so the cabin could have been more clean but it was decent. Other than that it went smooth. I sat for about 15 minutes waiting for a Rep to do the return but it was a quick turnaround once he showed up. All in all, I would use them again.

I could not reserved 2 dozens blankets. I could not drop the truck in a different location and the customer rep. at the location had a rough attitude.

I had an appointment for pick up but when I go to location they told me that truck will not available the time my appointment. It was not professional at all.

One stop shopping for truck, supplies, storage unit. The only downside is that the storage units say they are kept under 85 degrees but when I was lugging boxes up the stairs I checked the thermometer on the wall and it read 95 degrees.

In a day time of “self service”, it was great to have a more hands on approach. I could not find the truck I was assigned, so another associate found the truck for me, turned on the AC and pulled it to the front door. When I returned the truck, he checked it back in for me. (Unfortunately, I did not ask his name)! But, well done my friend!

The original pickup location was horrible. They did not have the truck that I paid for and no Appliance dolly. I had to drive a distance to another pick up location. I had to cancel the helpers I paid to help load to the next day. I am not pleased.

The rate to travel one way approximately 550 miles was way overpriced over $1,000. Vans are not for lease to cross state lines all I needed was a van could not get it ended up paying a large amount of money for a truck

What a great group of people and soooooo helpful !!! Aaron and the other staff went above and beyond! I have been using U-Haul to rent vehicles and store extra stuff (or for households in transition) for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. This was no exception, and was actually the best experience I have had with a U-Haul location so far.....I would recommend them without hesitation!!

I had a horrible experience with Uhaul in Arlington TX I had my brand new camper parked there, and somehow someone snuck a camper into the gated area where the larger vehicles and campers are parked and they managed to smash into my camper tried covering the damage to mine and repaired the damage to their camper. Uhaul never removed the trespassing camper from the lot and I had to file a police report that did get me the help I needed to charge the other person with the damages and I had to file a claim to get my camper repaired at a cost on $10,000 in damage and it won't be available until after summer 2022. Uhaul did nothing to help me...

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service ♥️♥️ Wouldn’t go anywhere else for these type of needs in life. From the two young men who greeted me, the manager who did some special stuff for me, they rocked! We arrived hot, tired, and hungry, there was an issue with the storage unit availability for the 3rd time, using the corporate reservation system-allowing us to reserve large units that were not even at the location, but the local staff worked very hard to resolve. I cannot remember the young lady's name, but she was empathetic to our situation as she had recently moved from Louisiana to Texas. Because of her customer service and kindness, we felt this ended in a positive experience. Nice to see nowadays, all of the staff were very helpful. We would like to thank everyone at 2315 Division Rd, Arlington Texas, that helped us. A great way to start our new home in Texas.5 Star customer service. Thanks again!

Many issues the uhaul units were not available our outdoor trailer parking was not available when we arrived but the staff worked hard to help us out-corporate uhaul needs to communicate with the individual dealers to guarantee reservations not wait til someone arrives with all of their belongings.

I used this facility to store some household goods while selling my house, to move those items to storage and to rent trucks one way for a long distance move. customer service lied about what unit was available, did not received climate control. The unit she gave was 30 miles where I lived, because she said they was the only ones that had climate control unit the size I needed. that was not true. We passed up many other company that had climate units. I am very upset and will not suggest U-haul to anyone.

Dirty, super unfriendly staff, the bathroom door was always locked when I went to my unit, horrible parking, very expensive for a small unit that doesn’t even have lights inside. Super friendly manager though, his employees should take lessons in customer service from him. It’s okay to smile and make small tak when people are about to unload their entire life into your facility.
