I did a reservation for a trailer and I end up leaving with a van because the door on the trailer wasn't working properly, I end up spending more time at the location and also I end up spending the triple of money due to this problem. They need to check the equipment ahead before the next person show up to pick up the rental. I will not recommend this location.Miguel F.

I didn't like how first my order was placed at oak lawn. Then switched to Bridgeport. Then switched to bridge view. I had to call to find out where I was supposed to get my rental. Only to be told I had to go to Alsip. Once at Alsip I'm told my rental was not in, so I was sent to 40th and Pulaski. That I do not appreciate.Armando Z.
I lost all my driving lights after the second day. All the lights were checked before leaving. I paid a mechanic to troubleshoot the problem. My GMC Yukon trailer plug, and wiring were 100% ok. The mechanic told ne the driving light on the trailer were not working at all even with voltage present at the trailer plug. I was not able to drive at night. Easter was the next day and Monday I could only use it during daylight hours. Please make adjustments to cost.MICHAEL B.
The truck was dirty, the cab smelled of Marijuana and the truck seemed to have very loose steering and the gear shift works but needs some attention. Also, the return app doesn't give you a choice of indicating that you returned the truck as you receive it when you receive it in a dirty condition. The app tried to charge me extra for cleaning. I was also charged a $20 fee for returning after hours even though the sign says I could avoid that fee if I used the online check in. Also, rentals are for 24 hours so why should I be charged extra if I'm returning ahead of the 24 hour period.Chris A.

The truck was not prepped with the utility dolly I requested in my reservation. As I was being given the keys, I asked if the dolly was in the truck and told Yes. I decided to double-check before leaving the lot and it was missing. I am glad I checked before driving off. Having to take the snow/ice off of the hatch to check was not expected. I completed my reservations online and was given a call to confirm my reservation @4000 W 40TH ST Chicago@ 7am. When I arrive the young lady tells me I there are no reservations for me at that location and the only reservations she saw in the system was a location on on E 95 ST AT 11:30. I have no idea how they changed my reservations. I was never given a call back. i was DEVISTATED!!! I hired movers that were waiting for the truck to start loading it. The young lady said all the trucks were reserved. At this point I wanted to cry!!! I had already invested a lot of money I could not wait till 11:30 and go to a even Further location that i was never told about. I called the UHAUL number and was on hold for about 45 minutes when finally the lady at the desk tells me a reservation had not showed up and she was going to give it to me. it was also a 26 van ... what I needed. I was delayed 1 hour but I was finally on my way. The experience was HORRIBLE I did everything I had to do on my end UHAUL really disappointed me. I also want to add the young lady at this location was very helpful.LILIAN V.

The customer service was horrible. I booked online for an easier experience and it was not that. The car seats were ripped up. I was over charged for the service eventhough I was told if I extended my time it wouldn't be any charge. I was charged an astronomical amount if money for gas I put back in the truck. I did not recieve my refund for the cart I paid extra for, just the mattress cover. For the seemingly convenient setup from the website, my experience was not satisfactory by any means.Frederick J.

I rented 26 feet U-Haul truck twice in this year but both time trucks had some issues. one time it had flat tire and another time I could start the truck after loading. I called Roadside assistance but line was never taken and I had to wait over two hours on the line until someone answered my phone call. it was the most terrible thing.HWAYOUNG Y.
