I've rented multiple times from Enterprise for trucks. Their rates have gone through the roof! I rented from you guys, as an experiment to see if I could save money renting the trucks I need on average of every 4-6 weeks. This last rental saved me a bunch, but if there could possibly be a slightly better mileage rate for a 2-3 day rental, I'm committed to you guys! Let me know if I'm a "regular" customer, could I possibly cut any other corners, then, I'm in! Thanks!

Tried 24/7 truck share and it did not work at all. Head to wait for the location to open to get truck

I went to another location where I had my reservation, the door was locked and no one would open it to allow me to pick up the truck. I sat in the parking lot talking to customer service, who redirected me to this location. Went to this location, picking up went great. Dropped off the truck and the keys were out in the drop box at 6:00 pm the same day, 7 hours after picking it up. I received a phone call the next day at 2:00 (they left a voice mail message which I still have) threatening me to call the police reporting the truck stolen. I am beyond pissed!!!!!! They later realized that the truck and keys were there...BUT THEY SHOULD check their keys drop box first thing in the morning. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix your reservation process. I had a reservation in casa grande- called to confirm and they said they didn't have what I needed. Rescheduled my reservation with your customer service team for chandler. When I got there, they didn't have my reservation and didn't have what I needed. They called a number to check on all availability in Arizona and they didn't have anything until the next day and didn't have what I reserve until two days from then. My dad ended up calling right after we left and found us one in tempe. The store in Tempe was very friendly, very helpful and they are obviously not to blame for this. But seriously. Get it together.

The uhaul was dirty in the front and the Sun visor was broken. In Arizona that's a must to have, so driving was a pain. Lastly they asked me how many miles I was going to drive and I gave them an estimate then he put the mileage at 20miles under what I said so of course I went over that then they wanted to charge me $120 because I went over when I told them how many miles I needed. That's just wrong and complete robbery. I'll never rent from them again

It was a horrible experience! We came from our of town with a heavy load and were forced to climb 3 flights of stairs!!! Ridiculous! I cannot believe we were stuck with this unit. Had to hire homeless folks to help us because of the poor service and lack of communication.

Everyone was superb, equipment good , wish they would try and meet up to the Reservation requests better , I ordered a 4by8 ended up with a 5 by10 , I gave them 3,weeks notice to . They said not available, almost got stuck with a 6by10 , finally a 5by10 came in . But otherwise Great place , the people T the Hubs are wonderful.

I returned the truck and it was not checked in. It is not possible apparently to contact the location directly so I sat on hold with UHAUL for a ridiculous amount of time. They weren't able to reach the rental location either so I had to waste time and gas to return to the location and wait in line to clear up the situation. 15-20 minute hold time is not acceptable and locations should provide contact info

The young woman who helped me was excellent. However, she was the ONLY one there. She had to do EVERYTHING including hooking up the heavy trailer. This speaks of very poor management for one person having to do everything!

I was a little unsure how to operate the truck. It's older, so turning on the cabin and the cargo lights were difficult. The drop off location (whether to leave the truck in the equipment lane or in a parking spot) we're also unclear to me as a first time Uhaul user.

Rented a car dolly, and one of the ratchet mechanism or take me down the strap over the tire well worn out barely worked. Second one of the elite LED lights only had two bulbs in it working. Not very Happy with the way the equipment is maintained and situation handled. They didn't seem to care about the lights or ratcheting Mechanism.

There was only one attendant on a Saturday morning! It was busy, but he was efficient and we did not feel neglected because of having to wait. It seemed every customer had a problem of some kind, but he handled every situation and gave his best. Good employee!

If I would not have looked inside the truck, I wouldn't have gotten the utility dolly I paid for with my rental. Additionally, the man working that day did not put the dolly on the truck, I had to go inside and put it on the truck myself. The truck also turned off while in motion.

I showed up to this location at 8am to pick up a mobile order that I had difficulty using the mobile app thank God because I was on the phone with customer service and in my friends car and parked with the car running and two homeless people popped out of the back of my truck that I wanted to rent. They urinated in the truck and it smelled awful. I had to wait for the store to open to rent another truck. So it was a rather interesting morning on top of the ridiculousness with the customer service I had experienced earlier over the phone the previous day. There wasn't much that I could do. With this location so close to light rail apparently homeless people sleep in the trucks all the time.

Even after 'moving out' they stole money from my bank every month so I had to spend hours on the phone each month to get them to return my money. MAKE SURE THEY CANCEL CC AUTO PAY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
