Bill was very helpful.

They do not actually give three days to pay the bill, only two. I have left a horrible review on Google and will also on Yelp. I am also contacting my bank. I will be moving out as soon as I can. Very rude and unhelpful people who obviously need to cheat others out of $I6. Matthew was quite nasty as is, apparently, the manager who would not give me three days to pay, but only two. Have fun dealing with my bank. Even the lady at the 800 number agreed that they only gave me 2 days, as did Matthew until he backtracked when he saw the manager onkly gave me 2. If it's due on the 28th of the month, I have until the 3Ist. to pay. They only gave me until the 30th and then charged the late fee.

The whole process was very organized and well thought out.

My reservation was not recognized in your system. On Oct 15, 2020 I made Reservation #: 858045-00110689, Storage Space, Reserved: 15' x 40' x 99' RV/Boat/Vehicle/Parking. This was not available. I needed this for 3 vehicles. Now I have a non-covered 12’x33’ which is not enough space. On multiple occasions I confirmed my reservation. Each time my reservation could not be found unless I provided this number. Each time nothing was available. Yesterday, the only spot available was this smaller non-covered space.

The staff at Anthem UHaul made our arrival in AZ very pleasant and easy. Highly recommend the storage facility!!

We all can use improvement and this is why the rating. It is excellent at the Anthem location...keep up the great work.

I was very disappointed with some of the staff at this facility especially the woman who does your billing. Her tone was snotty and demeaning and she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. I have always had great customer service with u haul until my experience at your anthem location. However, I needed to rent a truck recently and I was hesitant to use this facility but it was the only one with the truck I needed. Matthew was at the office that day and he was exceptional. He was so polite and helpful and personable. I was happy with my experience for that day. But overall I would not recommend this facility nor would I use it in the future.

The key pad at the entrance to the storage facility needs to be fixed or replaced - it is way too difficult to get your card read. It is obviously broken because it never used to be the way it is now.

Perfect for my temporary storage need. Will use in the future, if needed.

I only rated average because I have spent 5+ minutes failing to check into my unit and checking out every time. I would have to swipe my card over and over again. In our AZ heat it's extremely frustrating and I'm so glad it's over and I no longer have a storage unit.

I made a reservation for a 10x15 room and guarenteed it with a credit card for 8-3 when I arrived on 8-5 it took them over an hour to find it. And when they did they said since I wasn't there on the 3rd they didn't have the room anymore. So they gave me rooms to make the same size as a 10x15 but my belongings don't fit. I ask them why didn't they keep my reservation and start charging my credit card, which is what they said they would do and all they could say was "I don't know". 't know.

Your facility people were most gracious and helpful. Superbly polite. One gentleman, Matthew (?), was checking me in at the end of my visit when I turned in my trailer. He was awesome. When he didn’t know the answer to something, he simply brought me inside and asked his coworkers questions. He didn’t try to make things up, or argue with me, or anything. He wasn’t too big to ask for help. Love that in employees. Ask questions when you are not sure something is right!! Thank you for a great staff. I have had it too many times with people who make things up and only end up being wrong. This was great.

Staff was awesome! What wasn’t is that my entry clicker still doesn’t work. It took two hours for me to get in and drop of camper. Then we were stuck in the complex. Again the staff was awesome but you need to fix your tech.

I was a little upset when I reserved a trailer and they called the day before when we were leaving to go to Anthem and said it wasn’t available after all. We rented from up here in Lakeside was a lot cheaper!

I know you do not care, however, I just had to say we have rented from your facility since we have been in North Phoenix for soon to be 13 YEARS! We have spent over $20,000 during that time and NEVER ONCE did we get a call from ANYONE at U-Haul saying thank you, your a piece of s--- or anything. Just a BILL that in the last several years has steadily gone up almost 10% a year when inflation has been around 2%. When I did call twice to bring this up I was told that is not our decision and basically if you do not like it, politely pound sand! We have also rented U-Hauls and got no special consideration for having a storage facility, etc. Good luck with your future business as we will not ever be renting with you again because YOU ALL DO NOT CARE! Rental truck was older with high mileage I would of liked a more modern truck with power windows and mirrors. I was charged to load my car on to transport trailer which to me should be part of the rental not extra. The online reservation system has bugs and when I thought I had booked a reservation I found out later it did not take place so had to do it all manually,

Prompt, helpful, friendly staff. The 10x10 unit was clean and ready for our daughter to transfer all of her one bedroom apartment belongings.

Although the customer service was excellent, the website is not. I reserved a unit in which the website clearly states that it will fit a two-bedroom 1200 square foot home. When I got there to check in yesterday the customer service agent asked me to please look at the size of the unit to make sure that it was going to be big enough for what I needed. When I did I was shockingly surprised. There is no way that 1200 ft² of home would fit into that unit it was the size of a walk-in closet but 10 ft tall. She also informed me that I am not the only one that has said that. Apparently it happens all the time. So I was technically forced to go up to the next size which is an extra $50 a month. At that point in time I had no other choice but to go with that. If I had had more time I would have taken my business elsewhere.

When you can contact a company two states away and trust them to completely supervise a temperature controlled unit for you by holding the key, maintaining who accesses the contents and controls moving out without you ever being there, that is the company I will choose every time.

Uhaul makes you go online and dispute damage made by someone else before you take the truck. No more uhaul for me I will go with a company that inspects vehicles themselves vs putting it on the custom

Facility is nice and clean. Manager seems to care. Security system is old and glitchy. Usually not a problem until it is. We decided to close our storage there because we were not able to access.

The crew swarmed the truck to check it in and had me on my way in no time.

It's how you finish not the in between. We left an expensive tool behind after cleaning out our unit. We received a call letting us know it was found and we could pick it up anytime.

Over all GREAT! Thank you! The only problem that I can see, is that over time the parking lot became increasingly difficult to maneuver due to an influx of uhaul trucks and trailers.
