Nothing to do with the location, but the app is terrible! I planned to use it for pickup and it is so unused friendly! It asked me to find the vehicle then re verify all of my personal info, my ID number, have a back up contact, etc. all of which would be done prior to getting the truck! Funny thing is if I wouldn’t have walked indoors to get help I’m not sure how I would e received the keys since they were behind the counter! Staff were helpful and I’m glad the parking lot had enough space to maneuver.

The location and truck were very clean but the customer service rep was rude and unconcerned about my needs. I would not go back there due to her attitude.

Your system to check out the trailer was not functioning correctly. I clicked the link to upload my license and it failed to upload then when I and the representative tried multiple times to resend the link it was showing inactive. This resulted in a 15 minute wait of the representative manually doing stuff on their end to try and get your system to work properly... this did not appear to be their fault as much as Uhauls IT system

The Pick Up and Return Process was smooth and easy. The young lady working (Kim) at this location was very pleasant and informative. Would definitely be using this location again.

in returning my rental this morning i asked for a plastic bag so i could put gasoline soaked shoes in ( topping off gas tank, excess spilled), without eye contact and in nasty voice she said, no, i could see plastic trash bags that would work fine..this was my second encounter her, the first time when i pick up the truck, she was short and edgy.. after letting her know my feelings she waved her fingers at me me and called me a racists, in turn i called her what she was a "bitch", and advised her should not be in customer a service job...will not use this location again..

Location is brand new and should not be open yet. No hard wire internet. My reservation was switched to U-Haul Truck Share 24/7, but this location was not set up for this service. The customer rep and to do the rental transaction on his phone. Drivers seat did not move. Headlight switch was broke. I had to pull over in the rain to get the headlights turned on.

The young gentlemen that I dealt with at the new location on West Street in Annapolis was PHENOMINAL. He was very polite, courteous, thorough and responsive. Did a great job getting us on the road and checked in on return. Excellent Service! He deserves a lot of praise as the only employee working in that new store with a lot of traffic. App didn't register rental so that was frustrating when we tried to return rental early since this location is not open on Sundays

The pick up was not made clear. We were told the location/ would be open. We made two reservations both times they were made incorrectly by the U-Haul representative. It took two hours to walk through the process to pick up the truck. I would never recommend for anybody to do it remotely. The price point is great-Isaac made the return easy. I had called prior to getting in touch with Isaac upon return the vehicle and that experience was not good. The person was hospitable but did not give me good information.

Better maintenance on suspension of vehicles, truck didn't handle well. It was clean, so there was no issue with cleanliness.
