The communication skills of this staff are horrible. The guys that set me up in the morning were intimidating. No complete sentences. No eye contact. No smile. The guy that I checked back in with at the end was literally on the phone with a girl the entire time and he maintained an 80/20 split the entire time. Didn't tell me I'd get an email. Didn't say he was done with me. Just stood there and tuned me out as if I was not even there. Can you say Management and culture meltdown?DONALD K.
Only had a few issues during the almost 2 years we used. We were unaware the facility closed and there as no after hours availability and we switched payment types and gave them the information via phone 2 times but it didn't register in the system. Hello, I rented from your location this weekend and I am highly disappointed in the price fluctuation that I have received. This is deceitful and misleading in so many ways. Attached is the following 3 different prices that I received when picking up a 19.99 u-haul that I only had for exactly 24 hours, with the recommended amount of gas and in good condition. Attached are the following prices that I received from the time I reserved the u haul to returning and closing out. Paying $200 for a u haul was not the plan and I could have found an alternative had I'd know my actual spending cost before picking up. Please feel free to contact me and make this make sense. I was asked to estimate the time I needed the truck for, so I picked 6 hours. Because of the rain and an accident on the freeway, we were going to be late and they were closing. I was told that if I had picked 24 hours, the price would have stayed the same, but since I chose 6 hours they charged me for an extra day. We ended up just keeping it over night since there was no reason to rush after already being charged. They should mention that on the website, it is not an estimate of time, it is what you will be charged, who would not pick 24 hours knowing the truth?TODD N.

What the absolute holy hell fuck?!? No gas and low oil when I started. And I arrived back before 7pm...in fact I arrived at 6:20pm but still charged an after hours fee. U-Haul was one of the good ones.BRION H.
Unprofessional customer service. He had his hand in his shirt, scratching his belly, most of the time. He was also spending time on his phone while helping me - clearly not fully engaged. I love renting at you all this is a business for me the new changes letting me know that I can't leave my truck the second or the moment I'm about to get out of the truck was not appreciated not sure why the change suddenly I feel like it's bias not sure will be watching closely because I'm sure there's going to be customers that need to leave their truck and told to leave the truck on the street doesn't make real sense when there is plenty of spaces that you can leave a truckBILLY T.

None of the employees wear a mask. Not sure if this not a mandate in this location. That needs to be enforced here, but there's a sign for customers to wear one, so that makes no sense. This is the second time I have tried to use Truck Share 24/7 and again it was a failure. When I arrived at Uhaul, I logged into the website as instructed, entered the information, then waited for over 15 minutes while they were supposedly verifying my information. Finally I walked inside the store and started the process in there, which required me to give all my information over again. Then it came to payment and the equipment failed, so we had to move to another station and again give all my information, then it took 3 tries to get the credit card machine to work. After 45 minutes we finally got our truck. My husband drove the truck and I drove our car to our home, then I got in the truck. IT REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!! My husband has no sense of smell so he didn't notice, but I am asthmatic so I definitely noticed. We were running late because it took so long to the check out the vehicle so we didn't have time to go back to exchange it. Could only imagine the hassle that would have been. I immediately called the 800# to let them know about the cigarette smell. Wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for it since you aren't supposed to smoke in the vehicles. She was very understanding and apologetic. She took down all the information, told me the manager would probably be reaching out to me. That never happened. The cigarette smell was so strong my mother could smell it from the sidewalk when we parked the truck and opened the door. This was horrible service and I think I will have to go someone else to rent vehicles in the future.ronald Y.

Upon returning the vehicle, I was told just to leave the key and that's it. But to satisfy my expectations or to assure me that all is good and there will be no surprises, please at least look at the equipment. I do understand if you are doing something very pressing, but give me the attention and my customer satisfaction so that I can truly state that I was extremely satisfied or that I was given the excellent customer service.ALBERT N.

Don't just dismiss a person when they had a complaint. The person who I assume is the manager, spoke not looking at the me, talking too the computer, shows little to no respect for my business. True he was helping someone else when the person that was helping me asked him, and I probably should be thankful I got an answer. I would have to talk the the store I got the truck from. When we called the Lincoln location the guy in the office said he didn't have what we needed. Be more careful with checking truck after drop off. Odometer was misread and we were charged for over mileage. If was a good thing that we took photo prior returning the truck.
