Nothing because the store got exelent people
NELSON RThe representative was excellent. Courteous, professional, and handled the transaction quickly and efficiently. The only negative, which was handled immediately, was as I was leaving, the representative stopped me to give me the dozen blankets that were a part of my order. I wanted to put them in the trailer, and when we opened the door, there was wrapping material and shipping trash left inside. It was quickly removed, but I would have really been upset if I had gotten home and found out. Again the representative was excellent and took care of it immediately. I think a process should be in place to check the equipment before it goes out to avoid any problems in the future.

ROBIN ANot very happy or satisfied with the service I received at this facility at all.... I was locked out of my storage room on Sunday 8/25 when I already made my payment and was all caught up, then Tuesday 8/27 I returned to the unit and was finally let in I seen the worse thing no customer would ever want to see and rats were nesting in "MY THINGS!!!..." This was the worst experience EVER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORAGE EVER!!!! I took pictures and will definitely be posting them along with my experience to let everyone know now to rent from y'all because y'all have rodent problems and it doesn't even end there after taking my stuff home there were rats in my belongings and I have about to mice in my freaking apartment .... I am so disappointed with this location and what I have to go through on top of that I had to leave some of my kids things behind because it had rat feces all over them so now my kids lost some of their toys and gained a nasty rat in their home..... The only good thing about this location was Flor the sales rep who helped me out so very much by checking on me constantly after I told her what was going on but besides that I would never recommend anyone to this "NASTY" location "EVER...."

THOMAS SWhen the size truck wasn't available at the location closest to where I had to deliver something, someone from UHaul called me to tell me that it was available at this location. When I got there, I was told it not available at this location either. What I don't understand about UHaul is why I have to pay all the extra mileage incurred to not use the closer location. The best thing about this rental was how professional and nice Sheila was. She's a big asset to your organization!

Josue R | Overall ExperienceI had a 12:30 PM pick up time when I arrived on time the U-Haul computer systems went down. It was nobody's fault at the location. They were very apologetic. They tried to give me an estimated time I might be able to pick up my equipment. I had to wait over two hours to be able to receive my equipment because of U-Haul's computer systems not functioning properly. That made it very difficult for the workers at the location. They handled it very well and accommodated me as soon as they possibly could.

JOYCE TI would recommend it to somebody if they were just going to put their items in there and if they had help doing it. just leaving it there until they were going to move it somewhere else like into a home or something. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. They would have to find out what place is better for them in regards to pricing can the pace places it very well air conditioned. And if you're moving items from one place to the other always recommend a truck and not a van.

TRACEY-ANN B | Overall ExperienceThe "workers" locked the doors at least 30 minutes before close on a Sunday. I had a question about accessing the facility that could have been answered in 5 seconds, but the employees decided to not answer the phone and when I knocked on the door during business hours, they yelled "we're closed". After they were walking out of the building and I have been on hold with customer service for almost 15 minutes trying to get assistance, I asked why they didn't help me while they were still open and they lied to my face saying "it was after 5". It was 4:45 and it's all on camera. Worst service I have ever experienced, but also not because I didn't receive any service at all. Congrats on making your company's already rough reputation even worse.
JOSEPH RThe worker or attendant that was their was very unprofessional and ghetto. Very rude she made the experience a nightmare. I wished she had stayed in the uhaul and not come out to help me. What saved me was the lady I called at the 800 number. She was very professional and she helped me get the move done. That experience was a nightmare from now on ill only do self check ins and self check outs.
Daniel HUpon pick up there were two individuals working (female) neither were very welcoming. I understand certain circumstances may make the work day difficult however the female individual walking around said loudly 4 times " you don't listen" I had no idea who she was talking too. The female individual who completed the transaction did not welcome me, told me I could not rent the utility dolly that I had a reservation for and overall maybe was just having a bad day. Not a great way to start the college move in trip with my daughter. Upon drop off the male worker was very professional. Not my best U-Haul experience.

linda sI must honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. The staff went above and beyond when I first checked in to the time I left. I'd for sure recommend this location to many other people. Keep up the good work you guys! Please give them a raise.
Laquisha SMy rating has nothing to do with the Staff they are amazing friendly and great! The Manager Angelina is amazing and kind. I just experienced something which I am sure does not happen often. But I am grateful that I was able to store and keep my things in the unit while I was in transition. They worked with me and they were patient!

JAMES RI was very very unhappy with my rental there was lots of damage to the truck when I had picked it up and had to stay at the pick up location for anouther 30 -40 minutes after to wait while they went around the truck and put star stickers all over the damages the truck did not have the same amount of gas that the papers said ! The miles were also over I had also let them know and they said that they would edit and notify who ever and I still have not heard anything

Sharon GThe ghetto of some of the workers is unacceptable. I got the wrong size unit I need a larger one and that's not easy to fix. Also KFC across the street poor. Also you're very busy at times and we can't get in to talk to you in person. The place is very redneck meaning it's really for truckers and it was actually originally delivery building where truckers would drop off whatever they have. I wouldn't say it's very consumer friendly it's a humongous building. I have to try and make an appointment to change my unit size which is extremely little compared to what I have to bring. Vans high powered too high-powered and I can understand a truck being that powerful but those vans are powerful altho fuel efficient enough. I did not end up liking to drive the uhaul. It wasn't easy to put items in and take items out of the van altho cheaper than a uhaul moving truck an no dumpsters.building overly warm. Good recycling if a building.

Soaked my materials inside and the GM didn't even care. Now I have to deal with claims and submitting dispute. Wasted 3 hours trying to get a replacement truck. Awful.

It is very dust if you store your things inside and rodents may pee or poop on your stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful so that's a plus. And the place should definitely have a dumpster on the property. I had to take my broken/soiled items and broken boxes with me and find a local dumpster to get rid of my unwanted property.

It was absolutely disgusting and it looked like my unit was their hub when I also didn't have any food in my unit. Staff was so help at all and I was paying my monthly unit to basically have my stuff slept, peed, pooped, and eaten my nasty bugs, mice & rats. The staff always had an attitude with any issue or concern I brought to them or even if I didn't have an issue or concern.

I would never stairs my things here ever again !!!

We also had a terrible experience where someone let themselves in through the garage door and ignored our demands they swipe their access card at the entrance door. That made us feel very unsafe and we called the police to investigate. Otherwise the facilities were well designed and easy to use with indoor loading bay area and nearby access to our unit.

When we discovered they were doing construction in the building and all of our stuff was cover in a thick dust layer. When moving out we noticed so many mouse droppings as well.
