When we made the reservation we were notified the day before pickup that the location did not have the truck. They then moved us to a second location which it turns out isn't open Sunday. Then they moved us to a third location - REALLY?? The equipment was clean but the truck reeked of smoke and while the guys were great they had no idea about issues with toll roads.Alejandro C.

Service your trucks after each return. Explain to the customer what's wrong with truck without customer finding out after it's too late. Have manager return call when unsatisfied customer have a complaint. Don't give truck with quarter tank of gas expecting customer to return on full.DETRICCH M.

The payment process of how I was charged didn't see right. I had 2 different transactions deducted from my account, they didn't let me know about certain hold that would be placed on my card. I called the store and a gentleman answered the phone, he did explain to me what it could be and broke it down for me. But honestly it dosent sit right with me. There was an issue finding my truck using the 24/7 service through the Mobil app. I had to scan the back of my license. Apparently the app didn't do it correctly but it still went on to the next step of the process. Never did it notify me that the back of the license was never scam which lead to me not being able to finalized the rental. Luckily, the store was still open and I was able to go inside and get help. That's how I found out that my license was not scan. Although they did tried to help me somewhat, the staff was a bit rude. They also had to assign me a different truck and they provided the wrong information such me having to returned the truck with a full tank. However, when receiving the truck, it was not full tank. Also, there was tire pressure issues with the truck and one of the headlight did not work. The workers were so ready to go that didn't care to address this issues and when trying to upload a picture through the link provided to verify everything before leaving the parking lot, it was having issues and my picture was never uploaded. I tried to email the customer service but haven't had a respond. The drop off was very straight forward but the picking up was a hassle.LEONELA S.

We called a day prior to confirm this was the drop off point. They could not check our AT in and we must have been there 30 minutes standing at the desk waiting for 1 guy to give us something showing we were returning the AT. Finally I said they could sign the res. sheet I had and I took a lot of pictures of us leaving the trailer. Ridiculous. I doubt we will ever do business with uhaul again.Howell H.

The equipment was clean, but not well maintained. The front end made a clicking noise and the gas gauge seemed stuck on 1/4 full, then would suddenly drop to near empty. The sales person was nice and the service person checking me in was extra nice. I only buy U-haul boxes because of the handles.Henry G.

I will never use this facility again. After 10 years of trucks and storage i must say this was the worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Not only was the staff here rude and unprofessional especially the GM but the pbone reps were rude too. There were two young male employees that were rude, sarcastic and dishonest when I went there 3-22-21 to reserve equipment. They were the same way when I dropped off equipment. One of them initiated a confrontation with me in front of my family that could have resulted in a confrontation had the other one not intervened with a whispered insult about me that they laughed at before being dismissive to me in completion of the contract.BARON S.

The parking spot for customers was occupied by a car and the employee was talking to the inhabitants for about 20 minutes. She acknowledged us and said someone will be with us and carried on her conversation for 15 more minutes, before assisting us. That process was quick, but the wait time unnecessary.Yung D.

I have used UHAUL probably 7 times and I've never had poor customer service until this time. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. When I asked for a supervisor (more than once) they said "there wasn't one". My unit was robbed and the employees acted unconcerned. I was told "Ok" and the police were called. She then said they'd meet me by the locker. That was it. I then walked to the unit. Poor, poor customer service. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!Steven M. | Overall Experience

The owner/manager was very helpful when he had the time and ability to provide assistance to customers. The other representatives, particularly the women at the desk, had bad attitudes, did not provide customer service in a timely fashion, and failed to address the needs of customers. This was my personal experience and the experience I observed other customers undergo. Additionally, the reps do not respond to the phone and often put customers on hold when they call in and never get back to them. I found this out when I called then saw this action when I went in store. Poor customer service is not worth the trip to this location.Andrew N. | Overall Experience

Believe me coming from a sales manager for a fortune 500 company of many years you should be very proud to have these two gentleman represent your company. It was difficult to communicate with the staff at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 location. I was constantly threatened over the phone live and via voicemail and in person about how I was stealing the truck and the police were notified by the agent at the store, who is no longer working there. The person who arranged my rental before her convenient departure said her cell phone was turned off for weeks thus I could not inform her continuously. I also had sent an email but received no reply to that either. She misinformed me and my truck was taken back by the new staff without my knowledge. Now I have no possessions which were put into storage without my knowledge or my permission. I owe money for holding to the truck for too long while I have no personal property except the clothes on my back. A few days ago, I visited the store to find out what happened to the truck. The property that I parked the truck on and the police had no information. Sharon Gresham was allegedly not working that day but was giving instructions to her employee to relate to me. She was not willing to work with me yet I was told that if I told the store what was going on they could have helped. I called customer service and their reaction was the same. Everyone claimed it was not their choice but that UHAUL demanded it that it should be handled this way. I told the store staff everything from day 1 including where the truck was and that I was waiting to move into my unit but the complex I am moving into had an ownership change so it took longer than expected. The tenant in the unit I will move into was evicted and it added 30 additional days for the vacancy and a few weeks more for the repairs. I was accused of abandoning the truck but I did not do any such thing since my entire household was in it. It was a series of manipulative transactions which could have been prevented but nobody offered me any help and I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone.Tina S. | First Impressions
