The pictures sent for me to approve for inspection we old and not current. It showed the right front tire rim bent, however it was not bent when checked out and verified before be connected. Otherwise, no problems encountered.Howard M.

Reservation was easy. The assistant that hooked the trailer did a good job, but the wiring connectors came apart during the drive to load the trailer. The Large non-insulated connector was damaged but I was able to get enough connection to have lights. No other issues. Return was quick and painless.HAROLD E.

I was extremely pleased with each staff member. From my initial encounter to make the reservation to the pickup process. Due to my move being out of town the staff at this location kept me up to date with my reservation and called me to confirm with me that my truck was ready for pickup the following day. ðŸ˜ŠJOHNITA F.

Cleanness and Customer sevice.They called me twice saying I had the wrong truck and I felt rushed to bring it backUBAYDULLAH M.
I had a deadline to finish moving and assumed the damages would be logged in a computer system, as there were already claim stickers on the truck, but not the trailer, so I packed up and left without taking pictures. After the nightmare of picking up and driving my uhaul and trailer, I took it back, cleaner than I recieved it and with the full tank of gas, that I did not have when I picked up the truck. I was told that not only was the fender busted, but the main hitch of the trailer was bent, the main safety chain for my car was still attached to just the trailer, so my car was held on by just one front tire and the back safety chain, the trailer was clearly in an accident and hadn't been inspected since mid July. I was told that I should not have received that trailer. Everyone there was baffled with what I had experienced and very sympathetic. The place where I picked up the equipment has old, blurry pictures, that make it very difficult to see any damage, if they were taken after the damage had occurred, so now it's my word against theres.Emily M.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the afterhours checkin process was a nightmare. The app didn't work, the website didn't work, and there was no support available so I was forced to incur additional fees by not "checking it in" after sitting in the parking for 30 minutes trying to get the website to work.Sydney R.

I had a reservation for a 26 foot truck at 0900, 14 AUG 21. When i arrived, there was one 26 foot truck available and ready for me, but an employee (Anthony) tried to tell me that he promised the truck to someone else that was not even present--this was very frustrating. Another employee stepped in and stated that i had a reservation and i was present so i should get the truck. Anthony continued to argue the point in front of me, it seemed like he was doing a personal favor for someone. Nonetheless, the employee that stepped in was able to get me the truck that I reserved, but I was delayed an additional 30 minutes because of this conflict. The truck was not full of gas when I received it, I also rented a dolly and a dozen moving pads. I returned the truck with a full tank of gas, moving pads never opened, and the seal on the dolly was never broken. i was told that i would be reimbursed for not using the rented items. I was fully charged for all items. i don't mind if this is policy, as i rented the items, but don't promise what you can't deliver. Likewise, if someone has a reservation they should have the truck ready to go and not trying to do favors for someone who is not even present--frustrating and very unprofessional.MICHAEL S.

The truck was old and outdated; it had two cigarettes (one whole and the other was just a cigarette filter) on a passenger door but these aren't really a big deal. When I first met with the clerk to pick up the vehicle, he told me the half dozen rags that I requested is in the back of the vehicle. It is obviously my fault for not checking the back of the truck to make sure what he told me was true because by the time I brought it to my place to move, they weren't there. The mileage and gas meter stated on the contract was not the same as the actual reading on the truck that I received. Again, it was my fault for trusting others to do their job correctly and not verifying all these info myself before I took off. Thankfully I had taken a picture before I left so I was able to remediate the wrong charge of additional 105 miles that I've never driven. In conclusion, as long as you double check the contract and ensure everything is correct before you leave with the truck, this location will work.MINSUNG K.

My overall experience with uhaul was excellent. Sharon, the manager at the Wrightsboro Rd. location , was exceptional. Her friendliness and professionalism made my rental check out easy. Her knowledge and recommendations for our moving needs proved to be helpful. From my experience I hope that uhaul recognizes her as a valuable employee. I will never use this facility again. After 10 years of trucks and storage i must say this was the worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Not only was the staff here rude and unprofessional especially the GM but the pbone reps were rude too. I have used UHAUL probably 7 times and I've never had poor customer service until this time. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. When I asked for a supervisor (more than once) they said "there wasn't one". My unit was robbed and the employees acted unconcerned. I was told "Ok" and the police were called. She then said they'd meet me by the locker. That was it. I then walked to the unit. Poor, poor customer service. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!Steven M. | Overall Experience
