No need for any improvement, this location is the best experience I have ever had a U-HAUL. When I picked up the truck DeAndre helped me with everything. He was very kind, and he made sure all my needs were met. When I returned the truck I was helped again by DeAndre. I want you to know from a customer's perspective that DeAndre does everything with excellence and he treats your customers with honor. He was very polite, and very conscientious! She kept getting interrupted which was very difficult for the flow of the check out steps. With the rental van It was very dirty And the rubber mat was completely torn up, But she told me that they were selling it so they weren't concerned about the floor. I was moving mattresses though So it was really uncomfortable Putting them on the dirty floor.

Jennifer C. | Overall ExperienceFirst vehicle stammered when you pressed accelerator. They tried to say it was only loose muffler and would go away when getting to highway speeds. I was travelling to Chicago; I did not want to risk that issue was more serious. they did eventually offer different vehicle, but why would you rent truck with an issue to long distance traveler. If issue was as simple as associate said, why didn't maintenance just tighten the muffler and provide customer confidence. Vehicle I took to Chicago was ok. Had to slam door to get it to seal properly.

The customer service was very nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like is how you can’t pull vehicle up to the storage unit. It’s a real inconvenience having to load your items on a cart and take to the unit. I like the old method having the storage units outside and just pull up to the unit

Paul C.This was my second rental in 1 month. The first time the truck had been involved in a fender bender and my time was pushed back and had 1/4 tank of gas. 2nd rental which was yesterday. Again my pick up time was moved to 10:30 am. When I arrived the truck wasn't ready. The General manager said the truck would be cleaned. When I approached the truck to check conditions before leaving the lot I found the truck to be very dirty and dusty as if previous renter had a dog that had been inside with dog hair, dirt and muddy paw prints all over the seats, both driver and passenger seats and none of the hard surfaces like dashboard inside doors or windows had been wiped down and disinfected. I asked the representative if he could go over the vehicle with some sort of liquid cleaner like sanitizing wipes. He stated he did. The general manager said they had no other pick up trucks available and no one to thoroughly clean the truck before I took it out which resulted in me asking for plastic bags to place over the dirty seats. Since this is my second experience with this location and won't be returning. I have used U-Haul many times for landscaping projects and have never had these issues.

Was told I could only rent it out for for 7 hours have never been told that and I had to pay an additional rental fee to keep until the next day also was told the truck was due back because it has been reserved for next day which I had already reported that it was operating poorly so I suppose they was going to ignore my complaint which makes me think they ignored any complaint that had been reported on the vehicle I rented. I need to be contact by a representative about this experience cause I don't believe this is good customer service and I think I was over charged

lacreisha m. | First ImpressionsI’m highly disappointed with the staff member on duty Tuesday evening of 2/21/23 around 6:30pm. I made reservation hold online and didn’t accept the company insurance. Upon completion it asked that I provide my renters insurance information when I come in. I came to store with it on this night, b/c I wouldn’t be present or available Wednesday morning 2/23 when mover was bringing my items. He also took 2 IDs along with Insurance. Wednesday morning I being disturbed by numerous calls saying I don’t have a reservation and this a Store Manager. Extremely illiterate employee and waste of time and gas, trying to be proactive.

I was not notified about this, and when it came time to retrieve items, I was not able to do so. I had paid for a mover to move my items that day and was unable to retrieve my items because I was told that I would have to pay for a locksmith. This was a very stressful ordeal for me. I ended up speaking to a manager, and ultimately, Uhaul did cut off the lock which I am grateful for. But unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to others.
