This location was excellent. My original location was a disaster. I went on the day of my closing on my home got there and my truck was not there. I had to drive from out west to east to pick up at this location which made me late for my closing. I thanked the guy for at least finding me something but this should never happen. I arrived on time for my rental and it should've been ready for me.

The manager Sam made this whole experience exceptional! When returning my van, Sam went out of her way to correct all issues experienced and truly went above and beyond levels of basic customer service. I felt truly cared for and personally considered in a situation where most corporations or even employees would have been complacent and disappointing. She took a potentially negative experience and transformed it into something so positive I literally had to hug her twice to say thank you! Very deserving of her position as manager and the SOLE reason I will recommend this Uhaul location to anyone.

This place is doing you poor service. They do not have enough space available to be a uhaul provider. They completely left me with no where to drop off the equipment and had no solution to fix the problem. I had to call uhaul directly and fix the problem for drop off at another location myself. Extremely poor service!

They charged me an extra $20 for after hours check-in and it never prompted me to other pages to finish the check-in. I love U-Haul but I will never use the after hours check-in. I felt like I got ripped off...

Truck smelled like smoke. Very, very strong aroma of smoke and the representative marked the fuel incorrectly. I drove 11 miles in a truck that gets 18+ miles to the gallon and was charged for 1/16 of tank fuel used.

I'm not sure who put the stuff out of the uhaul truck and into the Uboxes but they don't care about anybody's belongings. I had broken furniture, broken dishes, and damaged possessions along with a broken picture frame that contained a picture that was worth money. Our stuff was just thrown in and a big mess.

Very impressed with the teamwork of the 2 ladies at the desk. One did Checkout paperwork while other got truck. At check in, the younger one (in her 20s) had my truck checked in and me on my way in 10 mins. Very impressed with their efficiency!!!!

I would like to start by complimenting the agent over the phone, Miranda, who was very professional, friendly and helpful in finding the closest UHaul dealer to help me. At the UHaul location, the staff was equally friendly and helpful, making sure I had what I needed and attaching the trailer to my truck. It's clear why UHaul has been around so long with positive employees as these. Bravo!

I love going to the Watson Blvd location. They are always quick and helpful. Only improvement would be if the uhaul.com would always route me there when I look for equipment. Unfortunately, I started this reservation by reserving equipment at "Lightning Auto Detail" on 1209 S Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, GA. That location was terrible - when I arrived for the rental, no one was at the location, they did not have the right trailer, and then offered no help in making an alternate reservation. I will not be going back to that location. On the other hand, when I started trying to find someone with the trailer I needed, I contacted Uhaul Robins West location, and even though they didn't have what I needed, the agent there searched local locations, found available trailer and transferred my reservation there, so kudos to those Robins West Uhaul folks too.

The customer service was horrible. When I arrived to pick up the truck no one was in the office, the guy outside washing car said the person in charge was gone. After calling the number and standing in the heat for about 15 minutes another guy comes over and ask if I needed the key to the Uhual.

The truck I rented came with a dolly and pads tied down in the truck cargo. I was informed if I broke the tabs on these it would be an additional cost. I did not need these and they took up space in the truck. I have rented many trucks and this was the first one with equipment tied down inside. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. My concern is the inconvenience to keep these in the truck and be in the way of my furniture.

I reserved a Auto Transporter at the 4th st. location for pick up at 8:30am. I picked this location because the website said they guarantee the location would have the AT or 50 dollars off my rental. I get a call at 7:20am the day of pick up saying the location doesn't have a AT. I was then sent to a location on Pio Nono at 9am only to get there and find out they are closed and the AT was locked up. I was then sent to Watson location who actually had the AT but my pick up was 3hrs past my original pick up time and I never got my 50 dollars off even after all the extra time and miles. The employees at Watson were helpful. But my experience overall with Uhaul was horrible.

The people who work there are nice. My issue is about the mobile pick-up process. After completing all the steps, I still had to wait for my credentials to be verified. U-haul has all of my information days before I check out the truck. I do not understand why verifying my credentials took so long. After my credentials were verified, I still had to go inside and wait in line to get the key to the truck. That defeated the purpose of me doing the mobile pick-up. I returned the truck using the mobile return but still have to go inside and wait in line to drop off the key. There was a slot in the door to drop off the key but there was no collection box for the key, it would just fall to the floor on the inside. Boxes were stacked in that area so I was concerned no-one would see the key between the wall and the stacked boxes, so I went in to return the key. Thank you.

I am a sixty years old and I am not that tech savvy and I believe that I checked my trailer in via online check in. However, I was called the next morning and was told it did not upload. I was told that the computer automatic charge me for an extra day. I was told the manager would correct the inaccurate price. However, for some reason the manger decided not to correct my account. The manager knows the trailer was returned on time because it is on security cameras. For some reason she is okay charging me for time that the trailer was not in my possession. The contract states the days are based on days the trailer is in my possession. Not sure why manager is okay with charge account for time she knows is incorrect. I called twice and was hung up on twice. Never had a business to treat me like this before in my 60 years especially since I am a recurring customer. Improve by respecting your customers and charging only for time the equipment is in customer possession.

My moving help was cancelled by the Warner Robins location for a mystery reason, the day before my move. No one was able to help me even though I spent 5 hours on the phone. Thankfully the third party moving company was fine with still doing my move and allowed me to pay them directly. Then my boxes shipped 2 days later than promised and then were dropped off in Hartford and never checked in for 2 days. It wasn't until the awesome staff in Hartford called to double check an entry in the system that looked odd, I even knew where my stuff was. Although make note that the staff in Hartford was AMAZING!!!!!!!

The moving blankets were slightly dirty. I wish the truck had a backup camera and blind spot detector so that it can alert you if there's a car by your left or right when you change lanes.

The service was excellent and Sam Smith at Warner Robins did an outstanding job of getting me set up and answering my questions 🙂 My only complaint is Why don't the trucks have cruise control? I just assumed they would, this is the 21st century for crying out loud! 14 hours on the interstate between Ga and Tx was plain torture w/o CC. Uhaul should be up front and let folks know the trucks DO NOT have CC when we make the reservation.

I told the worker I would be moving out all my things on wed when I came in that mon. My movers took majority of my items but not all. Workers took the rest of my stuff out of my unit and rented it.
