After I checked the vehicle, there was a discrepancy with the fuel, there was only 3/8ths of the tank left. I went inside the Uhaul office, and showed the woman at the desk a picture of the fuel gauge and she changed the amount of fuel on my physical contract and then initialed it. I guess she never put that change into the computer. But I should be refunded the $18.45 refuel charge because I brought the truck back with the exact amount that was in it when I initially took it.Jeremy R.
I had to return my rental 6 hours early because of transmission issues. I was NOT offered another truck, nor did my rental rate go down due to the inconvenience. I was not able to complete my moved as planned due to your inability to provide a truck that was properly maintained, safe, and road worthy.Henry G.
I originally had a 17' truck reserved. When I was on my way to the rental, the truck had gotten canceled. I spoke with the customer service team and they had apologized and told me they reserved a 20' truck at a 15' truck rate for me at this location but when I showed up they did not have a 20' available. My biggest complaint was that I received the email to pre check in to save time onsite only to get to the location and the young lady had to do everything over because the reservation was in my name and the company credit card was in my managers name. Wait time of 40 minutes is unacceptable. Staff was unfriendly and no help or guidance for the process. Arguing with customer in line. One customer handed me the payment for his purchase because he couldn't wait any longer....he was there 30 minutes for a part under 5 bucks. 3 days later uhaul double charged me for my rental and calling to dispute was no surprise 50 minutes hold time. Still unresolved. Last rental...did not reserve my order as promised and the 50 dollar guarantee....of course never happened. I have renter trailers, dollys and trucks in this location. The "owner" as his name tag is so rude and discourteous. Last occasion, he yelled at me because his employee told me I was good to go with the trailer I rented after it was hooked to my truck and when I came back he yelled in front of several customers stating that I failed to follow his instructions although I explained to him what his employee had told me, then he proceeded to charge me 3x times and continued to be rude and loud when I was calmly explaining what happened. Honestly I will never come back to this location and I was not the only customer with concerns while I was there.Cesar A.

I have to say this visit was an Expirience of well customer service I had reserve a truck at evergreen St Baltimore Md while I was checking my email I came across that they change my location to this address above and send me a email for self checkout I unable to get it to work so I went inside to ask for help he check his computer and didn't see my reservation and he didn't have what we order because everything was booked but I don't know what magic Power he had and with lots of patience in his behalf he was able to squeeze me for a truck but he said he needed to clean because it just came I said I don't care about the clean truck I'm just happy you took the time to help us out if I will do this all over again I will Definitely go back even if it far from where I liveBenito I.

My experience with this pick-up is 100% dissatisfaction. My pick-up location and pick-up time have been changed without any notification. Uhaul 800 phone number was 15 min busy and after that disconnected, repeated several times - absolutely useless. I have rented a vehicle 3 days ago for 11 days and had no issue when I tried to do a new reservation they change the rules for whatever reason and wanted everyone to pay the $300 Collision fee that was ridiculous I canceled my reservation I won't be using U-Haul in the future because of that stupid rule.VANCE Z.

I had a reservation for a 15 ft truck and was told that I was 100% guaranteed, and then when I was called with my reservation confirmation, the location for me to pick up my truck was over an hour away, so they sent me here and I had to settle for a 10 ft truck instead. When I arrived at this location, since I was using the after hours phone process, I had called Uhaul, and after a 20 min wait, was told that the staff FORGOT to leave my keys in the lock box. They then sent me to another location where I still couldn't get into my lock box...the key pad had letters and the code they sent me was four numbers. This was a terrible experience, it set me back almost 2 hours behind schedule. If this is how you do after hours pick up business, I would not recommend.LaShell G.

Some of the staff members made me feel like they did not want my business they were super passive while I was trying to figure out how to pick up the online order that I placed. Instead of trying to help me figure out how to do the online process they pushed me away. I had to call and speak with someone online so that they can help me get into my U-Haul.. Drop off in MD was fine. Moving help in MD did not show up in the morning and kept having excuses until I finally told them to not bother. Pick up in MD was suppose to be between 12 & 4. They did not show by 5 and couldn't get ahold of anyone at uhaul because they close at 5 on Sundays. Driver finally showed up at 7:30 Sunday night. Delivery at FL home was a day late and suppose to happen between 12 and 4 the next day, but the the gentleman I talked to said he would try to do it from 10 to 2. The truck showed up at 4:45. Since the moving help in FL took 4 days to return my call, after he told me he would call me right back after he was done whatever he was doing, I canceled him. Overall the people I talked to at uhaul were very nice but all of the information they gave me was wrong.Keith L.

I will never ever rent from uhaul again, I've rented from uhaul several times, and dropping off the vehicle is suppose to be the easiest thing, and the lady was the rudest person I've ever met! I am easy going and don't expect people to bend over backwards for me, but I don't want or need an attitude or someone act like I am hassling them just to return my rental. Strictly for the pickup location, the units arrived on time and I had enough pads. However, I entered a drop off date which automatically generated a pickup and delivery date. But I was called by a Uhaul rep asking if they could pick them up earlier than the date I selected, which wasn't an option. As a result the pods had to be picked up later, thus delaying my delivery date. I understand that things happen, however, I entered the agreement under the premise of delivery and drop of being a particular date, preselected by you, only to not have that happen.Dimitr S.

I don't know why U-Haul asks people to fill out these surveys. I've provided my honest feedback before and nothing seems to change. The people who work here are nice and everything, but this location is in desperate need of more staff. I always have to wait around 45 minutes just for my car to be hooked up to the trailer I rent. Also the last time I rented the trailer I had to stop on the side of the road and redo the chains since they weren't put on properly and became loose during my trip.michael V.

The front desk counter at the U-Haul was very courteous, professional and understanding when I requested for a storage room on the first floor. With no one to assist me in doing this, I didn't want to be lugging heavy furniture and the like up stairs. I'm very appreciative of them for helping. I would recommend this location to anyone...
