I was emailed the day before my reservation that the equipment I reserved was guaranteed. I get there the truck is available. The hand truck, appliance dolly nor furniture blankets were available. No call. No email. I have to send someone to get them from another location which was a logical nightmare, as this was a one way trip. Return truck and have to tell them they are under a different name and they can't find it.

They cancelled my reservation when I called to reschedule it for another date and told me everything was “good to go.” I called numerous numbers to try to speak with people and they told me it was “outside of their territory” to handle the incident. There wasn’t even an appliance dolly on my truck. Two other customers in the store were having issues with false information given to them. This set my moving day back back numerous hours and inconvenienced the people I had scheduled to help me move. The guy working at the location when I went to pick my truck up had to change the fuel level because it wasn’t where the paper said it was and said he would email me the change to my order and he didn’t. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul

This was one of the worst experiences I have had renting from here. When I arrived for my appointment no one was in the store. I had to hunt for him outside filling propane tanks (which of course he was having trouble with). I waited about 15 minutes and he was still screwing around out there. I went out and asked if there was anyone else working. I was told there was another employee but he was putting on a trailer hitch and couldn't help for 4 hours but he would be done in 4 minutes. Well that turned into close to half an hour while he decided to hook up a trailer for the guy getting the propane. I then saw him shaking hands before coming back in the office. I asked if he had any hand sanitizer and he said no. Finally after 45 minutes i got my reserved truck. The "Change Engine Oil Required" message was on, the right front turn signal was out and it stank from cigarette smoke.

Reserve a 15’ truck a week in advance and was told the day before pickup That a 20’ truck was been substituted. Frustrated a bit as I did not want such a large truck.

Nice enough service not so happy that as the first customer of the day they had only 1 dozen pads. I had to drive to another location and pick up the the other 3 dozen. Not a great start. Not sure where to review the mover I got through uhaul but Palmetto Movers were horrible. They literally walked away with nearly half the truck still not unloaded. We had no issue paying them for their time (we had 4 hours) but nope on to the next job. I called the local uhaul location I got the truck from and they found another mover who got to us in a few hours . They by the way were GREAT.

It’s not the fault of the location. My experience was ruin when my reservation got changed the day before pick-up to a location that was not conveniently located at the initial pick-up location I also gave a credit card number that was responsible for the reservation but another card on file was charged without consent.

Great customer service. Less than 5 minutes to empty out the trailer, unhook it from the truck, and hand us all the paper work. Would highly recomend this location to anyone.

The guy with the beard (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) wasn’t the friendliest if people. When I first pulled up, I greeted him with “Good morning!” He replied, “Pull to the other side.” No smile. No “good morning.” The other guy, however, who was working there that day was very pleasant and personable.

We were very disappointed with the overall experience we had with uhaul. You sent us to a location that was closed for the day. Then you didn’t transfer over everything that we needed so we ended up needing to go back to our location which was thirty minutes away just to pick up an appliance dolly. Worst experience

For some reason i got charged twice and ive used the same location for years and that has never happened before and also no one reached out to me after i left a box I purchased and called back to have it credited back to my account and i didnt receive a call or email to me thats bad customer service and not to mention i have 2 charges for my uhaul rental when it should have been 1.

Confusing that even with online booking, and online check in, it seems that I still needed to run credit card etc to check in at the U-Haul location. Is there any real advantage to booking ahead? No evidence that it made any difference!!!

“Climate controlled” - unit spent most of its time at more than 100F this summer. “Well lit” - 1 month WITHOUT ANY lights. “Secure” - gate often left wide open well after closing hours.
