The service I have experienced in this store was completely unprofessional and they clearly have staff believe its alright to talk down to customers in an extremely rude and condesending manner. I have called in my complaint to your 800 customer service team but i take this matter very serious. I did return the vehicle late, understood but i do not deserve to be berated in your small store in front of your other customers. Furthermore, as they were checking the truck in outside they had just tried to charge my card on file $92.40 that charge was declined because my card has been disabled by myself. When i went into the store to get my invoice and to check out because I paid the $100. cash deposit I was now told that my balalance was $144.XX or amount similar. When I questioned the two different amounts being charged that is when I met issues. I was told i could not have a copy of the receipt, and to just pay it. Then I was told that and i quote "Its like when you go to walmart sir, you cant get a copy of the receipt before purchase." No you cant, however, if I went into walmart and placed a cash deposit for $100 and took an item out of the store and returned it, there would be a receipt to show what moniey is out and what money is in and what is balance owed etc.. This man talked so much crap to me at the store then told me to get out of his store he said you dont owe us anything just get out of the store because they were busy and had customers waiting. I again said i simply woudl like to see what I am being asked to pay. Was told no again and asked to leave store. I was not told he would still try and bill me and i refuse to pay anymore than I already paid and find not only now is uhaul trying to collect both a balance from that rental as well as a collections fees is not happening. I'm just upset i was overcharged on miles. rang up an extra 22 miles for some reason. prior to getting my rental i had a reservation that was misplaced. the truck had already been rented so it was a false hope. they downgrade my option as it was all that was there so whatever, i take it. do what i need & even give a notch more of the gas meter before return. the final receipt was just a ridiculous charge.

No one assisted me upon arrival, I finally completed the return online and couldn't find the return key box. I finally found someone to drop off the key to, they had to see me on the cameras searching the building for a return key box. I believe it was on the garage door; which was full raised up, so no access to it.

I read reviews on this location before renting, so I anticipated some rudeness. I was not disappointed. I reserved the truck last week and went in yesterday to pick it up. The rep at this location (Derrek or Darrell) was probably one of the most rude people I have encountered as a customer. I pulled into the lot and saw someone that looked like an employee sitting in a u-haul truck. I went inside and there was no one at the counter. I waited for a while and then went outside to find help. He just happened to walk around the corner of the building and was about to walk past me without saying a word. I asked if he worked there, even though he was wearing a u-haul shirt. I told him I had a reservation and he told me I would have to go inside. He did not say hello or ask if he could help me. He said nothing while checking me in. This guy seems to have a genuine hate for his job or for people and has a mean look on his face. He did not say thank you, have a good day, nothing. Not sure what his problem is but if he worked for me and I saw him treating customers the way he treated me, I would fire him on the spot. That being said, the truck was clean and drove and ran good with no problems at all. The interior was a little beat up with ac vents missing, but everything worked and the price was fair. I may rent another truck this weekend to finish moving, but I will not return to this location.

Daryl I believe is his name, should receive "customer service training" He tells me not to do check and go ahead and leave. When I leave I noticed the gas was not at the level it showed on contract. It showed 3 quarters of gas on contract, when I'm driving out of parking lot I saw 1/2 tank. So I took a picture of it. I returned on time with less miles they said I used but forgot to see how many miles it originally had. So he stiffed me with 54.00 more for miles I didn't use. It was a horrible experience. From the beginning he didn't smile, when I said hi, he looked at me and said nothing. When I returned it, he saw me driving up waited in area for about 20 minutes, then I decided to go in, then he got up and shuffled to truck, not a greeting, no acknowledgement nothing. Then when he told me my gas was less, he didn't say anything, he was just going to charge me $50.00 for gas! I said hold up, it was not 3/4 it was 1/2, he said you got picture...I said yep I do. Then it took me awhile to go get my phone but eventually showed him picture, then he says yeah! He didn't say thank you or yes ma'am- nothing just "yeah." He didn't have a good attitude so I had to tell him, "You know you are rude, you didn't even tell me thank you for renting the truck, nothing." "If you treat everyone like this, I don't know how you still have your job." He didn't apologize or anything, he just said ok. Bad customer service, nothing was good about the experience. I will look on contract today n see if he overcharged for miles for sure n report it. A $19.95 turned into an $100.00 plus use!

Picking up the 5x8 covered trailer, Diamond was very Professional and polite and offered products to assist in my move, all went smooth on my move of my daughter's bedroom set across town and upon my return Mr. Darrell was also very Professional and polite. U-Haul did not designate a drop off location for the one-way trip from Austin to San Antonio, TX. In fact, they said to drop it if at any location and to call the number to let them know the drop off location. Then, 3 hours before the turning deadline, U-Haul sent directions to drop off at a location 30 minutes away. When I called and spoke with Scheduling, I was hung up on after expressing the inconvenience of the late notice and change of expectations. I've never had such a poor experience with U-Haul. I do expect bettter!

Employee #1 tells me to wait for employee#2 who just stepped out to pull out a vehicle for a customer. Employee #2 returns starts helping me then stops to socialize with another customer who walked in after me. Employee #1 then starts helping another customer who walked in. Service here was horrible on this day.

There was zero customer service! The employee that issued me the trailer didn't check the functionality of the trailer at all! I barely made it 10 miles before I found out that the drivers side tire wasn't good. I lost an entire day of travel because I had to wait for the tire to be replaced. The worst uhaul location I have ever used!!!

I was waiting for an to pick up my rental when I was in line Troy decided to help some woman who complain about the wait and help her before me when I was the next in line He was rude Threw my credit card at me and when I expressed to him that He was rude ti the wrong person and shouldn't be rude to me , I told him I was going to make a complaint to corporate and he threw me another card said he take it I said no I would call call corporate myself I'm sure there are cameras to show the rudeness and unprofessional behavior every thing I said he gave me negative feed back they also blocked my car in after hours I had to move the trailers by hand myself to leave the location in a area that is high risk at that time Im sure you can review the camera once again to show how I had to move your equipment to leave the location I'm so unhappy and embarrassed that I had to be apart of the kind of work ethic that should never take place in any situation
