Don't overbook the reserved truck. I ordered a 10 ft but had to take the 17 ftDerrek B.
There was zero customer service! The employee that issued me the trailer didn't check the functionality of the trailer at all! I barely made it 10 miles before I found out that the drivers side tire wasn't good. I lost an entire day of travel because I had to wait for the tire to be replaced. The worst uhaul location I have ever used!!!DANA C.
The location seems to be in a bad part of town and not very user friendly to return equipment after hours. Also it is hard to find the key drop box. if i had been alone i would have been afraid to stay very long.VICKI B.

I was waiting for an to pick up my rental when I was in line Troy decided to help some woman who complain about the wait and help her before me when I was the next in line He was rude Threw my credit card at me and when I expressed to him that He was rude ti the wrong person and shouldn't be rude to me , I told him I was going to make a complaint to corporate and he threw me another card said he take it I said no I would call call corporate myself I'm sure there are cameras to show the rudeness and unprofessional behavior every thing I said he gave me negative feed back they also blocked my car in after hours I had to move the trailers by hand myself to leave the location in a area that is high risk at that time Im sure you can review the camera once again to show how I had to move your equipment to leave the location I'm so unhappy and embarrassed that I had to be apart of the kind of work ethic that should never take place in any situationJANETTE G.

I reserved dollies and 2 dozen blankets, but only after I arrived to pick up the truck did anyone inform me that none were available. I can't move furniture without both items. They put me in a jam. They provided zero help for me to contact other U Haul locations to find dollies and blankets. They were happy to sell me blankets though. I ended up paying $100 for ten blankets. I had to scramble to borrow dollies and blankets from friends. What's the point of making reservations for equipment if you are told at pick up that none is available? Don't wait until then to inform your customers of your shortage. The truck was clean and operated just fine. Drop off was simple.JEFFERSON M.

Worst experience ever. We left a sealed box in the truck by mistake and when we went back to ask for it, they claimed they throw everything found on the trucks into the garbage. We checked the dumpster and found some of the items from our box in there, but no box or the rest of the stuff, which added to more than $2K in value. Needless to say, a Police report has been filed and we will be putting an official compaint.ROSA A.

This was my first and last time using UHaul. I used a 15' truck for 6 hours and was charged a total of $500. I had to contact customer service twice and speak to 2 supervisors TWICE to get all the wrong charges refunded. The person at the counter never recorded that I returned the truck at 6 hours and so I was charged all these fees. That was not my fault and it was out of my control. Worst experience. I will never recommend UHaul to anyone and if anyone talks about getting a UHaul I will make sure to direct them somewhere else.Eliz C.

My experience with the manager was always great but he could not be there during all times of operation. Several other members of the staff were surly and basically lazy. Our storage unit was discovered unlocked in June. Items such as an appliance dolly, 2 step ladder, etc were found missing upon move out. The large vanbody storage units are susceptible to break-ins due to their separate location. There is no fence or gate to protect tenants storage units.Clifton C. | Overall Experience
Make sure inside of the truck is clean and well maintained. Dash board needed to be wiped down and someone left an open bottle of water on the passenger side. When I picked up the truck and trailer it was unswept and the person just back truck up, hook trailer and walked away without doing a walk around or even checking the lights on trailer. On my way from the uhaul place to my house (2.5) miles away the tire light came on so I stopped and added air. Later that night the light came on again and we found a large piece of metal lodged in it. I called the roadside number and that gentleman was great. He had someone out within an hour and had the tire replaced. I believe his name was Ian. That piece of metal was an old Allen wrench. It had been in there for a while. This is a review of the website, not the site where I picked up the truck from. Stop bombarding me with page after page of add ons to my truck rental. It's disgustingly greedy and ridiculously annoying. If you really want to show us those items, put them all on one page instead of multiple pages. This really turned me off the rental, and the only reason I didn't go to a different company to rent was because UHaul was the only one currently available. The store where I picked up the truck from was excellently run. The guys there were quick and I had no trouble picking up.NATHAN N.

When I picked up the dolly I wasn't given any instructions, I had to ask since u had no experience using one, but when I returned the key the following morning that person was excellent, he handed me my receipt and I asked where do I drop the dolly he said it's already unhooked and you're ready, that was real l y awesome he is truly on the ball.
