Ordered a two wheel dolly, 4 wheel dolly and packing sheets and all were not available. You shouldn't have let me order and expect to have the equipment available. I had to spend another 100 dollars to purchase equipment. The truck was dirty and ac didn't work either.

Uhaul is just as bad as a title loan place that takes advantage of people and their money. I had to put a $100 deposit down to us e my debit card, which makes no sense bc the money automatically goes through- if it's not in the bank it wouldn't work. Also, nothing was mentioned about a fuel surcharge. Online was advertised $25 a day and I had the truck for two days and my bill was $190, even tho it was returned with gas and the employees sat and watched us wile it down and vacuume it out bc they threatened to charge $50 if we didn't. I will never use Uhaul again nor would I recommend.

First of all they made me get a bigger truck because they said that everything was booked I went back to the lot and nothing was move that means they just wanted to give me the truck in particular, there was trash in the truck and I took it like that I thought it was normal later on I got charged $50 for the same fucking trash that was there this is ridiculous never ever ever again .. I call back she was acting stupid and never call me back

1. Make your web-based after-hours check-in functional so that you don't rip off customers by effectively requiring after-hours service fee, because customers cannot check in after-hours on your website. Horrible! 2. Woman who provided our rental was terrible—uncommunicative, refusing to explain processes. Worst I have ever encountered in a customer-facing position. Replace her or coach her up.

Clean the uhaul. Smelled of cat urine. What looked like blood stains on wall too. Better customer service as well. Online quote was not upheld at arrival - was $60 more . Trailer was not at original location so I drove miles to this location - was not notified of the location change. Return time was not in the contract so I was charged for an extra day though there was not specific return time requirement.

I booked for 10' truck but they cancelled my booking as I was a little late because of the bad weather condition. It was a tornado warning. So, they offered me 15' truck which was expensive for me. They shouldn't cancelled my booking. Overall my experience was good.

The staff at this location not only opened the store more than 30 minutes late, but were very rude and resistant to help. The woman sitting at the desk told me she was doing me a favor by trying to find the truck I had reserved that was not back at the store in time for my pickup. Which seems odd since it is her job. The truck finally got there, but the previous renter was told she didn't have to bring the truck back until 1pm even though my pick up time was 7:30am. This store is unprofessional, unorganized, and lacks customer service skills. The woman working the desk's attitude was unwarranted. I will not be using this location or maybe even uhaul ever again!

They changed me for 2 storage when I want to other u haul and they told me that they will give me one price once but a storage if I need more room. They give me 2 small storage when I had a 3 bedroom house and living room and den it wasn't a offer move and I move out on the march 1 and they still charge me to move out I will never came back to U-Haul to order me a storage never again if you only have something small you should give a person one price on a storage I'm only going to order a truck from our

Advice: I think that every U-Haul truck should have something to lift furniture and etc. If someone takes and doesn't return the dolleys, they should be charged $50 per day towards there reserved amount (the amount that need to be paid to drive the truck, if not returned!

Uhaul should tell people when they are only accepting major credit cards at certain locations. I was upset that I needed basically a $300 deposit on my debit card and would liked to have known before hand that was happening

Wen i made it to my drop off location the managers insisted I could not the discount offered to me. After 30 minutes I received the discount. Next, I was told at my drop off location I had until 7 pm to finish unloading to turn in my rental equipment. i was done near 6 and the office was still open. As I was standing behind a customer I pulled out of line and told I was not to expect a refund in cash although I paid in cash.i was asked for a receipt but had not checked the Renta equipment in yet. I received the run around. After I stated how I really wanted my money I left the office when I tried to come back in I was treated in a hostile manner while being stopped at the door. The Uhaul company on Union Avenue. The GM Crystal called was very unresponsive.I was stereotyped.i was told I couldn't enter the store due to me being upset with the service.i asked to return the key to my truckand was told I couldn't receive a invoice a piece of paper that shows at least I did return the equipment. I couldn't get any respect unless I was the white man in front of me who's received sympathy for his car being stolen although I had just traveled over 300 miles with two little kids and little no help unloading or loading my home. This is false advertising by uhaul and complete discrimination by the assistant manager who the GM Mom when she called to get authorization to go forward with my first month of free storage. I will never recommend uhaul of Memphis on Union Avenue.they so wish washy and so clicked up you can't get your money back if a deposit was made at least I can't.

The most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever e8. I have never been to an establishment where employees were so out of line. It stinks that these people seem to not like their jobs, but don't take it out on the customer...honestly this location need a makeover with employees or to be completely shut down. I have don't business with Uhaul many times. This experience takes the cake and Iwill be considering other options in the future for my moving and storage needs.

For the price that it cost me to store my items in the storage it wasn't really well kept. I had over $500 in damaged items. There was nice that got into the unit and ate threw my brand new mattresses and urinated on them. They ate kids clothes toys electronics and even toiletries like powder and soaps. I didn't think that having everything packaged in plastics and boxed down would still cause so much damage. I had this unit from July 2019 to Jun 2021 and the price went up and the maintenance went down. This was an awful experience and u-haul must do better. I still have went through everything as of yet but I know there may be more damaged items bsce some boxes are covered in rat feces and urine. Thanks one of your valued customers
