The team was very helpful and after waiting a short while I was able to get the truck I rented and get on my way.
IAN MVery reliable and kind personal during the entire process. Also the partnership with movers companies is fantastic they were prompt and friendly :) and the duo worked well as a team .
Norkys MWhen I returned the van, there was just a note at the counter with a number to call because the attendant wasn't available. I thought that was strange. So I called, and was told to just leave the keys at the counter.

I really could not believe it. The female customer service representative (name unknown) could not have been nicer or more efficient in seeing me off in the truck. I truly appreciated this extra effort she provided in customer service. I was really pleasantly surprised. Please thank her again for me. She was truly exceptional!

LISA VEveryone I spoke to was wonderful! I got my UBoxes in NY and they were shipped to the Post Road in Warwick RI where I now live. I hired a man that my boyfriend hired for his move and he rented a UHaul truck that was a perfect fit for the contents of the 2 UBoxes and brought the truck to our apartment. The contents of the UBoxes were mostly in the same condition as when they were loaded in NY, so that was awesome. I would recommend UHaul to everyone I know as a trusted brand and cheaper than moving companies. Thank you UHaul!

JOHN DEverything about the process was easy and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a dresser being scratched but that was on us, next time we'll be more aware of how things are placed in the container. Will be using U-Haul again when we move the next round of stuff to our new home!

KEVIN MThe box truck was not the greatest, the transmission was very sputters and sometimes took a while to shift into the next gear. I had the guy who worked there hook up the trailer to the box truck so nothing came back on me for anything. Overall I have a good time with this location I just wish I had a better box truck. Or the actual pick up truck was available to use with the trailer
CHEYENNE ARenting a U-Box was the best decision for moving out of state. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a large move; especially if you choose not to drive a truck yourself. Everything arrived on time and not one item was moved or damaged. Customer service was excellent and texted information, as well as called to make sure that we were ready. We were very impressed!

After getting a positive check in at the drop off location with no idication of an issue we were charged extra fees and charges after the fact totaling almost 50% of the original quote with zero explanation. Continued attempts to speak to someone about the charges go unanswered.
CHRISTIAN BRob and tyrieke were phenomenal, very well spoken and even helped me through the process with patients. Being my first time using U-Haul they made my experience top notch, I look forward to seeing these two in the future hopefully they are running the place by then. U-Haul got two EXCEPTIONAL workers.
QUINCEY LBooked online with rep however when I got to facility there was an isdur with the order and needed to be processed again. The manager quickly assisted wirh fixing . Facility is clean and dry. Rest room and carts were available.

Steven MI was having difficulty with getting my vehicle and Robert was so helpful walking me through the steps of what's going on..I picked the wrong storage unit and he was able to walk me through the different ones and change my unit. He was great I appreciate the help alot

Luckily we were able to find something but I don't understand why the workers at this location 1. couldn't see the opening 2. couldn't tell us to go online.

Stacey P | Overall Experience1. My box was picked up on 7/15. Then done Warwick employee canceled my order on 7/22 with all my stuff in it? 2. I was told by UHaul in Warwick I would be credited for $50/day that my order arrives late. Well that was a lie! I later learned he never put the request in for $50/day late credit. They didn't credit me. I had to pay in full and then wait for the money to be credited to my card. The U-Haul box arrived 15 days late. Yet I was only credited $600. The latest UHaul guy said they only need to credit me how late it arrives in the Palm Bay facility instead of to my house.

GIOVANNI SPick the trailer up 30 minutes down the road, they need to replace an out of balance tire, once the trailer was loaded found out the brakes didn't work on the trailer. All the lights worked on the trailer when I picked it up . 4 hours down the road the running lights didn't work only had break lights. I have a dispute in with your company now I'll reach back out depending on the outcome!
