It was not explained to meat pick up time that if the fuel level is below the quarter tank mark, I will have to bring it back at the quarter mark or face charges which are absolutely unnecessary and misleading. You need to end this practice immediately and let your customers deliver the truck back at the same fuel level that it was handed to them. Even when I completed the vehicle walk through, no where did your system prompt me if this secret conditions you guys put on the rental. Can someone comtact me back and help resolve this issue for me?JAMSHAID G.

Overall good experience. Looking to use U haul again. However,Vehicle pick up area was VERY tight and required me to do several maneuvers to avoid hitting the wall. Cargo van located right at the front The card board advertising $19,99 was on the front windscreen on my van. Was a bit suprised as I had to move this. I think better signage would be good as was walking around the car lot trying to find my vehicle. Eventually I saw it at the front. I used the online vehicle pick up tool. It would be good to have an email copy of the contract to confirm how much to fill up when doing the online smart phone pick up. The only document I received was the terms and conditions which advised me to look at the contract for which fuel option...which I could not do as I was not able to access the contract again.Nimesh C.

I was given a " Fuel Credit " on my initial purchase, then when I returned I filled $25 of gas, did 19 miles which is 31KM ( I told them 30KM) and I got charged an additional $18 for not re-fueling to a quarter of a tank. The tank was no where near a quarter when I filled it, so why the fuck would I fill it to a quarter...? Considering this pickup location is BESIDE A GAS STATION, they should REFILL the tank before giving it to a customer, and charge me the actual KM's rate. This was a horrible experience and I definitely feel like they took advantage of me. I did not have the time to argue as I was moving things, so I had a occupied day infront of me. Considering I filled $25 of gas, which covered the amount I used, why would I be charged to fill additional gas to the company. I would like for a U-Haul representative to call me to come to a resolution of what happened on Saturday November 20th at the 511 Taunton Rd E, Oshawa, ON L1H 7K5 U-Haul location. Thank you. The two guys we hired from Uhaul for 730 am we're 30 minutes late snd only one showed up and really did not know how to pack. I have heart issues and did not want to be lifting heavy stuff but had too. The trailer was connected , we started loading then water started pouring inside from a hole in the roof. We then had to wait for another trailer and had to transfer what we had loaded. This ended up causing us over an hour delay. We expect to get half our fees back for hiring Uhaul help. Called the the day before rental to ensure we would get an appliance dolly. Could not get a response...spoke two five different people in various departments. There was an answering service who left message to call ASAP...no return call. The truck was very dirty inside and out. ..windows and mirrors. We were taking it to Hamilton from Whitby and it only had 1/4 tank of gas, making necessary to fill Ito up as soon as we left the lot. We had to rent truck this time because we didn't get an appliance dolly the last time and needed that badly. Staff was professional at the front counter but the condition of the truck was unacceptable and annoying.JOHN S.

I make a reservation two weeks in advance for a 26 foot truck. They didn't have any 26 foot so I ended up with a 20 ft that I got from Whitby. I am moving out of a 5 bedroom house and that was very inconvenient as we have to make multiple trips which takes longer. On top of that I rented a storage and was denied access at mins after 7pm. I called customer service they can't help. I got the managers number no answer. I am still stuck at m house with the truck full of my stuff because no access to the storage that I paid for.very disappointed and I have to close the deal on my house today November 1st at 11:30, still stuck with a truck load in the driveway and I am not finish moving my stuff because of this. Your uhaul website is pathetic. I tried to book and return from the same site and wasted an hour trying to get your system to give me the options I wanted. In 2021 this is the worst experience I have had. The part time uhaul suppliers your system suggested should not be in business. The place I used, is excellent and extremely efficient, too bad I can not say the same about your website. The only thing worse is your call Center. The person who took my call was so uneducated they did not know how to process a credit card. After being unable to process two of my cards and one of my wife's they said we must have a credit problem. The problem was the call Center person could not even read the script as they did not ask for the CCV code on the card so of course the credit card charge was declined. More quality control and oversight is needed. Some of your dealers are excellent but overall you are very difficult to do business with. ðŸ˜•ðŸ˜•ðŸ˜•GERALDR D.

Very friendly, helpful staff. It was a pleasant experience!! Natalie was very helpful. Unloaded my truck and trailer by myself, I was exhausted at the end and needed assistance with my 55' TV. She didn't hesitate and helped me! I was so grateful for her help. She was friendly and gave me excellent customer service, along with the other gentleman who helped unhitch my trailer and inspect the truck.
