This is the best facility whether your renting a truck or a storage unit. The manager Devin is Excellent. The employee Natasha is very polite and helpful. Just an all around excellent facility to do business with.

The truck wasn't clean and we didn't like how they gave us a truck with a quarter tank of gas. We spent an extra $55 for gas assuming we would need a full tank to drive to southern Maine. It would have been helpful if the receptionist gave us info on how much gas was needed, and it would have been great to have been given a truck that was clean and ready. I think it's ridiculous that we can't be reimbursed for gas, especially when we didn't use all of it.

Fast friendly service...look forward to using this location in the future. Only thing I question was price for rental. When I made reservation online I was quoted under $20 a day and was charged $24.95...a little misleading

Uhaul was good no issues with them personally but I don't reccomend letting long term( longer than 6 months) in the normal storage. My stuff got moldy and rat droppings and chewed on some stuff but again my key was lost and the people I stayed with neglected the unit. Not uhaul's fault.

I had a really good experience this year in setting up the rental and taking possession of the bay. The staff member did an outstanding job making me feel at home. He is a great asset to your business.

When inspecting a truck to go out it should be 2 person. When I got to my son's new home could not see behind me very well. My son informed me the back up lights didn't work.

I really don't have any complaints at all. I had to keep switching my rental date and they were very accomodating. The truck was clean and very nice and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

It is beginning to get VERY expensive to move. I reserved a 26' truck only to pick up a 15' truck when it came time to move. I understand availability issues and all that, but I was anticipating a certain vehicle but then was let down when it came time to rent. It would have been nice if I was compensated the additional miles and gas I put on the vehicle because I was given a smaller truck and therefore had to make more trips. Not a huge issue, but I would have appreciated my needs taken into consideration a bit more than they were.

They were very pleasant to work with a the store and they were even able to accommodate a change in return time. I would recommend this place to others

I have rented here a few times in the last weeks. The gal that waited on me was great. She efficiently got my reservation looked up and installed the trailer to my suv. Upon return, she was coming out the door as I parked making the return process super fast. Thanks!

The website reservation was half the actual price of the rental. If the reservation could reflect an estimate similar to the actual charges, I think people will be more likely to rent from U-Haul.

Very helpful in getting me a small unit at the last moment, e-bill was nice and easy. Nice people on the phone both at initial contact and when I cancelled.

Again, the website was clunky. I was unable to return online and had to leave the vehicle overnight and 'return' in the morning in person. I feel that the website should be an area of concern. It was unable to 'verify' my location even after i had signed in to the locations wifi connection.

Customer service is always awesome at this location. I pulled up and park the trailer I had rented. I didn't go in right away because I was on the phone with my mother. While I talked to my mother some came out and detached the trailer. Put the trailer light cable in the trunk and gave me a thumbs up. It was just amazing, I was able to catch up with Mom who lives far away and we do not get to chat much. Thank you very much!

Trailer door locking mechanism was misaligned on the right side door, made the trailer doors very difficult to shut and lock.

More accurate billing. I was charged 80 more than quoted on the website. Website would not function to check in and was forced to pay MORE because of it. I turned in a cleaned fueled unit! Will not be renting Uhaul again!

I have used this location on multiple occasions for both truck rentals and storage rentals. The staff are always exceptional, helpful, and very accommodating.

My experience with the Old Town location was excellent!! Great customer service. Everyone that I dealt with was very polite and personable. Very clean and organized establishment. Obviously this location has great management. I initially only needed the trailer for one day and ended up having to carry it over to a second day with no questions asked. I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

Not a big deal but I had originally asked for a 15' moving truck and payment went through for that. A few hours before I went to pick it up I noticed on the app that it had been changed to the largest moving truck. When I arrived and inquired, they said it was because they double booked it. I do not feel comfortable driving something that big and was not notified until I entered the store of the change. They were able to change me back to the 15' and apologized for that.

I first wanna say the guy at the front desk was super nice and very helpful so what I’m about to say does not reflect how I feel about him cause I’m honestly a little up set nothing serious but when I reserved my unit I was told it was an out side access unit and its not, it’s a unit inside of a unit and I was supposed to get a lock I believe and I did not but anyway the unit was fine and I had a lock already. Just telling it how I saw it. Thanks

The units were dirty and the only employee who wasn't rude to me was the female with the short brown hair. We had nothing but trouble with the automatic payment system, and ended up way overpaying.

When I came to move in on the day I had reserved my storage unit, the ONLY person in the store told me he was unable to help. I was doubled charged too and even after refund was charged again.

Only choice moving from rural nowhere to a different rural nowhere. Truck cabins are cramped, with my dad driving, I ended up on the floor since my dog didn't fit. Hard to cancel storage if forgot.

Have used U-Haul several times and this is the best well kept facility with the most knowledgeable and professional personnel I have encountered. The facility is clean, well lite and monitored by CCTV

Although we didn't give them much advance notice, Dustin and staff took good care of our storage needs (including a "loaner" lock and key). Clean, well-maintained facility with great people.

You need to remove the many, many large spiders outside bldg g door

The electric gate was left open all the time. I know that you have cameras onsite and someone was at the facility at those times, but the gate should stay closed.

The concrete or tar had collasped in the road to my unit and there were pieces of it in the lock.I had to get attendant to unlock it.Many of my boxes had fallen down.Big inconvinence.They need to fix
