Yesterday, 3-25-20, was my first time being there/renting a van there. I arrived around 10:15. There were 5 sets of people there, each with two people, except for me. I was alone. The two ladies were managing fairly well and multitasking with the customers. Although I understand social distancing, I didn't like having to yell my personal information over to them while others were in the store. Although I figured it out later, I wish someone had gone over the basics of the truck with me since I had not rented before.

Upon arrival only 1 employee helping customers in lobby, 2 of us waited approximately 15 mins to be helped which pushed. My 4hr rental time behind schedule. The van that I reserved wreaked of WEED, so much so that it was as if someone just finished smoking in it. I told them that I needed another can since the first one smelled so bad. It's been a while since I've rented from uhaul and I'm not sure that I would rent from you again!

I made a reservation for 2/29 @ 9am when I got there they told me they did not have a truck for me and that I would have to go to another location pay for extra mileage that was NOT in my budget. I had PAID movers to move my items at a certain time and for this to happen is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD!!!! No one cares the attitude is "oh well who is next" I pick that location due to it being close to where I was moving and not have to pay for additional mileage. This company needs to re-evaluate making a reservation. Whats the point of making it if you are still putting people out of their way and making it an inconvenience to them?? This was one of the worst experiences, especially for people that have other things going on. I know this is falling on deaf ears because I've heard of this happening and you all STILL have not done ANYTHING to fix this problem.

I was greeted and asked for assistance when I stepped in the building. The associate was pleasant and explained the process and the price of everything. The truck was in excellent condition. When I brought the truck back, the associate was pleasant and the process was quick. I would highly recommend them.

I was one mile over the estimate and was charged for it. Even though I put more gas in the vehicle that was in it when I started. Seems to me I could have gotten a break on that one mile.

The young Lady that assisted me wasn't very pleasant. The credit card equipment wasn't working properly. Debit card Info had to be entered manually. Equipment BP3230Y AJ64760-AZ, Had a default. The engine would shut down while stopped at Intersection and restart upon brake release. Intake Attendant was informed upon return. Unable to use truck for time intended. Returned after 5 hours in my care.

Truck which I got is stinking with cigarette smell. While dropping off the vehicle I have reported this to the agent. Even he acknowledged the same that the truck is smelling. Since I was in a rush yesterday and I had 2 hours only to move my house I didn’t had a chance to report.

You charges way to much. I reserved it for 4 hours...brought it back in 2. Gave me the truck with 50 miles to E..I used 30 miles I put $10 back in the tank and it put more in the tank than what you gave it to me on. I ended up paying $92 for 2hrs..Absolutely ridiculous..then you charge me $13.50 for gas...WTF!!...Never again.

we Rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer to move house goods and light furniture. Customer service was great-renting and return. The trailer had surge brakes and pulled like it wasn’t ev n there. A very good experience.

I was told i could update my drop off location later then was hassled by some othe Uhaul representative everyday to update my drop location immediately. I paid for appliance dolly and it was broken. It took 6 hours on the phone to finally get in touch with a manager who delivered one to me. Otherwise this would of been a 3 star review.

Uhal sales representative offered 50 dollars..... Also when I called and also if the trailer is returned for 2 or 3 days out of 5 days they promised to give me refund. Later nothing was offered to me .. Also I payed for dolly and it’s not provided with the trailer . I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by uhal .

Clone two of your employees-Sheree Haymes and Robert Lovick because they both went out and beyond to help. I watch them while I was waiting and they treated everyone the same with A1 superb customer service. Uhaul have come along ways and it's all good.

Better customer service. The representative acted as if she didn't know anything about my reservation and was not that personable. The price quoted online was more than what I had to pay in the store. The truck I ordered online was not what I received when I got to the store. The truck smoked and spewed out fluid the entire way to our destination and had a bad smell on the inside.

Very difficult to find the location. I would suggest making sure that mapping apps such as Waze, Google Maps, etc have your correct actual location with a turn to get back to your location. Also, a sign for those of us who are traveling south on Statesville Rd. I only saw the sign when I turned around and was coming back north.

My boxes were left out in a large rainstorm upon their delivery from the origin point and the staff didn’t inform me for two weeks. Inadequate # of delivery drivers led to poor scheduling.

I rented Uhaul storage cubes. I would like to share that Lisa did a fantastic job throughout my storage period. She was always on time or early, and provided excellent customer service at every turn!
