They are very professional and I love coming into the facility. They really work hard to take care of you. I would recommend this location to everyone.

The staff at Boxmeer in Charlotte NC was great. My check in was smooth and the staff at the facility was very pleasant. I did not have to wait They answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with everything.
The staff was great and very accommodating. I started with a 26 foot truck but it was too much truck. They changed it to a 20 foot for me. No problem.
Very friendly and convenient
Everything and everybody was nice. Yes I had to wait but I was acknowledge not once but twice and this made me feel irrelevant.
I really had very bad experience with uhaul. Your company changed my reservation and location twice. I had to speak to 5 different individuals in customer service and explain myself over and over. Because they messed up my reservation they gave me a credit but then after I turned the vehicle in and get the bill there were so many in known charges the representative that I spoke to last couldn't tell me what they were. Plus it hit my account for 2 separate charges. This is very frustrating and I'm not satisfied at all. So what can do to get right is better customer service in your booking department. There was only one representative that help and she was the one with reservation and the other was when I picked it up.
Both young ladies were WONDERFUL! Excellent customer service. Bright and bubbly personalities. Very welcoming to all customers that were there at the time I was there. They kept the line moving and reassured all customers that they wouldn't be waiting long. Even 5 hours later, returning the truck, they had the same energy. Both really nice young ladies.

Need to let customer know when picking up equipment need driver license AND credit card present even if doing online checkin
I have been over charged for my order. I went to the store to have this fix, which I was credited a refund, and still somehow overcharged because you guys made multiple charges to my card from the first transaction. I have tried to call numerous times today. I have sat on hold for at least 3 hours alone, been hung up on, and some calls never answered. The one person I was able to speak to was outsourced and said she would be contacting the manager at the store to call me, which never happened.

My miles /package wasn't explained to me well.so I took a pack with mors miles..so I didn't go over..I went 88miles.with no refund..& took a 100 miles package..i was told if you use Less bck mileage than taken..you will be refunded on the card I used. Not pleased with that @ all..fuel was ova full when I pick it up..i put it back way over the full line...
Everything was perfect I wouldn't change a thing.
I paid for 24hr access yet was never granted access by the door where u swipe ur card after 7pm. Moving out was paranoid. It’s dark in the area and right in the middle of the hood. Door had a lock on it when I paid the bill. Overall, I will tell many ppl to avoid this location and recommend any other storage unit. I’ve rented U-Haul storage a few times. Every time garbage
This experience with Ubox was the worst I have ever had. Both sites didn't know what they were doing. My boxs weren't checked in for over 24hrs so it looked like they never arrived. I scheduled my boxs to be delivered and uhaul over booked the delivery guy so he couldn't deliver. Therefore I had to pay movers for same day cancellation because I wasn't informed of the inability to deliver until the morning they were suppose to arrive. Do not use this service it is a complete mess.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all efficient.
Ms Thomas, and her staff, "work together" in ways that are way beyond the "norm." This, when greatly relieving the unavoidable stresses that can happen when storing business and person items. Of which, I've found has not occurred when using storage competitors over last say about ten years.

Make sure to have internet service at the location for staff to use, and allow your 800# agents to assign storage units when the faulty online system isn't cooperating.

I was charged extra fees for truck and extra for gas that I put back on the same gas the truck had in it before leaving.

Couldnt get in contact with the general manager also had issues with locks put on my door from August 20th to sept 4th which I was not accommodated for had been charged for a late fee while being treated in the hospital for severe depression and was unable to speak to anyone who could help me with the problem therefore I will not be using Uhaul storage again

Employee was very rude, condescending, and pretty much called me a liar to my face... I will not recommend u-haul and ultimately did not move-in and will not be. Experience was completely horrible.

Highly recommend this location for your UHaul needs.
If you are dropping off at a out of town location make sure it is not a neighborhood dealer if you payed with cash. Neighborhood dealers do not give deposits back. It has to be a regular store.

I was overcharged and the customer service I have received from the 1-800 uhaul number was even more worst than what happened to me in your location. I would like a call back from a supervisor as my experience was HORRIBLE

From the time I arrived at the location the workers were super nice. The Manager was very helpful and pleasant. She made me feel like every customer matters. She even took time to esort me to my storage unit. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this location!

All was good though I was surprised by my final bill indicating a mileage fee for going over my allotted miles (33) by 0.8 ... and charge of 32 cents plus tax.

Never had a bad experience with you guys until now..... I'm a lil upset that I was charged $132& change, for a truck that I only had 3 1/2 hours. The fuel was not where my contract says, I brought it back @a 1/4 of a tank how I got it..... when I received a email with my receipt I decided to call and I never got a answer . I blame myself for some of the things because I should have taken pictures, but I was really stressed out trying get everything thing I needed within a certain amount of time. Nevertheless it's ridiculous that I charged so much,
The people that operate this UHaul center were extremely helpful. From the time we pulled in, until the time we unloaded our UHaul into one of their storage unit and left our UHaul with them, they provided us with outstanding assistance. I highly recommend this location for your UHaul needs.

Alicia provided amazing customer service! When I arrived, I found out the U-Haul truck I reserved was not available; she immediately gave options and we found another size truck that I was able to get. Then, she assisted me with changing storage units as the one I reserved was too small. I appreciate all of her assistance, courtesy and great customer service!!!

It was simple and fast to RENT. UHaul took and accepted my money VERY quickly. I am at the convenient Drop off location and have been sent now 3 places for over 1.5 hours. UHaul does NOT want to take back the trailer before they close. I can NOT do any of this next day work say and have many things to do. This is a major headache and inconvenience to drop of this trailer. Many phone calls and wasted time. This would be a zero rating if it had numbers.
supposedly had 24 hr access but we couldn't get into our unit. All of the doors were locked even tho my card worked. You need more than one person working the desk on weekends. Then we discovered a 2nd lock on our unit & had to wait again to get it off, no one knew why it was on there. The girl working that weekend was very nice and helpful.
It’s very expensive to rent a storage unit, and I feel as if the storage unit is not used an entire month there should be a pay differential. As customers we have to go back and make sure we did damage anything as well as clean it before returning the storage unit or truck. For example the unit I had was $104 a month with taxes, I turned my unit in maybe a week and a half earlier and just from doing my math if you all offered a pay differential I should had received at the most $40 back which like most people it could really be used. The GM at the location even gave me false information saying he could give me a price differential as well as the wrong instructions to check out the storage unit.

Extremely inconvenienced several times by rude staff. Was promised a refund for a lock due to an issue by Robert and never received a check in the mail.

Throughout my cross-country move, UHaul personnel wer friendly and helpful in both Phoenix and Charlotte. The customer service was extraordinary. I highly recommend the UBoxes for moving.

construction at the yard slowed up the time to obtain the u-box but overall things went well.
I used the U-Box service. It was by far the most reasonably priced option for my cross country move. Delivery to my new home was convenient and easy.

Didn't go to the facility, Tammy came to me. She dropped off my u-box and came and picked it up. She took the time to tell me what was going on, worked with me to schedule the pick-up. 10 out of 10
There is a nail sticking out of the counter and the nail cut my little girl's back while we were standing there to check out. I told the older man behind the counter and he was rude and didn't care

My boxes were left out in a large rainstorm upon their delivery from the origin point and the staff didn’t inform me for two weeks. Inadequate # of delivery drivers led to poor scheduling.

Rental of the truck was fine. Communication on the arrival of our UBox was terrible. Only my phone calls were able to make it available for us to access. You need to work on communications.
U Box ship from SD to NC. Horrible experience trying to get the box once it arrived in NC. Could not be delivered for 2 weeks after it got here. They are extremely unorganized. Will never use again
I’ve given the office a call with discernment of my experience and still haven’t received a call back. I’m very sadden with the service we’ve received being that I always use U-Haul for moving needs.
The only major complaint I had was with the lack of employees available. No matter what time of day I went up there, there were only 2 people working which makes the line dumb long and extremely slow

The guaranteed date of arrival was 4 days late. I was promised that my 2 U-boxes would be ready for pick in the AM, however my movers had to wait for an hour before they could load at 1PM

I rented Uhaul storage cubes. I would like to share that Lisa did a fantastic job throughout my storage period. She was always on time or early, and provided excellent customer service at every turn!
