I am disputing an $825 tire and rim charge. I am being charged this amount because the general manager said I caused a flat tire and scratched the rim. I am not disputing the flat tire as that is clear but the rim scratch the general manager is referring to is nowhere near where the puncture of the tire is and I will not be paying hundreds of dollars for a new rim because the rim has a scratch on it that was not caused by me. With all of that said, the general manager was respectful and professional throughout the process.

Waited over 25 minutes on hold each of the three times I called Movinghelp.com for assistance. When I called UHaul,, I got a rude agent. I will no longer use UHaul for any rentals. I am a realtor, and I have referred you a lot of business. No More.

I was texted a link that I had to open on my phone. I had to photograph my license front and back. When the image wasn't clear enough, I had to do it again. What a pain! What if I had arrived without my phone? Then, rather than getting off her ass to walk me out to the truck, I got another link and had to locate the truck and do the walk around by myself. Customer service? NOT!

The first day the woman behind the counter text was extremely rude. She sat behind the counter doing nothing but drinking her giant soda for 3 minutes before she even acknowledged us. When she did, she acted like we were interrupting her day and was very irritated. After I returned the van I called because I had left a poster behind and wanted to make sure they had it. She was again very rude in the phone but said she had it. The next day I had to rent another van to pick up the art. I returned the van with MORE gas then was in it when I received it. The lady would not give me a receipt before I left, stating that she would email it to me. I left because that's what I did the day before and there was not an issue. When I got the receipt for the second van, it was double the amount of the first time even though I drove it fewer miles. When I called, she said that it was 6 gallons short of gas. I told her that was not true because I nearly filled it up on my way back. I didn't think to take a picture because they were honest about it the day before. She said there was nothing she could do, but she would let the manager know. By the way, the person who answered the phone at this location was extremely rude as well and kept insisting that I was wrong because “based in the receipt you returned it half fullâ€-likeI enjoy spending my Saturday morning arguing with rude UHaul workers. I kept telling her that the lady who took the van either misread the gauge or is lying and I didn't think to take a picture because I didn't have a problem the day before with their return process. This is the WORST UHaul experience I have ever had and the only problem I have ever had renting a UHaul. These people are dishonest scammers and really mean, too. I will never go back and plan to tell anyone I know looking for a UHaul to NOT go to the one on St. Claude.

That said, I've been to this location many times over the past two weeks for supplies and the employees are always very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this location. It's good to be busy, means business is good

Now I know why. I returned quarter full as asked, they confirmed, but didn't issue receipt on the spotâ€"said it would come by email. Again, now I know why: they lied about tank level, slashed credit by 2/3, basically stealing $23 from me on a $19 rental. Dishonest crooks! But I did take a picture of dash and called corporate who reissued credit. Thanks for that!

When things you put into a storage unit is not secured and employees allow other people to go in there when I was paying my storage myself is not COOL on all levels . My niece had the keys and key card before I got to New Orleans so she was able to do whatever before she gave me the keys to the lock and access card to get in. This is really not cool at all
