I rented a motorcycle trailer that was nothing like was shown online. It was small and not in very good shape. When I loaded the motorcycle it vibrated my hole truck the whole way back for over 4 hours.Christopher L.

I set up to get the truck picked up at 7pm and I got to the location at 6:50 to pick up the truck but it was closed early. So I then had to wait more than an hour to get help. And when I tried to drop off the truck the app wouldnt work and I got there at 9 and I was waiting until almost 10:30 on hold until the call dropped. Worst experience I have ever had. A girl named Sherrie on customer care had the worst customer service ever. She didn't even want to notate the experience that I had. The staff definitely needs to be retrained in customer service.Gustavo R.

Absolutely nothing to improve on. My husband and myself were moving for 3 straight days, hardly any rest, and when my husband locked his keys, plus the u-haul key in the back of the truck, I immediately called U-haul. Jasmine came and unlocked the lock. I will add that my husband never does things like that. He's just very careful, but we were both very tired. So a big shout out to her for coming to the rescue. The representatives rushed me through my process the truck somebody used armor All on the floorboards and the pedals the truck smelled like a cat inside had sprayed the vehicle leaked oil everywhere was low on coolant overheated the whole trip all the way here the tires are unsafe could not get over 65 miles an hour the truck should have been disabled and taken out of service and that truck should never been sent one way I've never had any problems like I have with this U-Haul trip out of all the years I've used them I used to work for a company of two companies that represented U-Haul and they both never let anything like that on the road my reservation was messed up I was throwing a day and a half behind schedule online that's why I had to stay overnight and places cuz your equipment did not have for adequate lights they did not work on the truck nor on the new trailer I was towingCarl A.

The crew here were friendly and professional. I was very impressed with their capabilities to help me with apparent ease. Uhaul's obstructive online and ineffective call/text/email systems transferred my reservation without notifying me - the location I requested informed me of the change when I arrived, on time, on site. In the end I'm super glad the 29th street crew were able to get everything sorted out for me.Jon L.

The facility was very good with good customer service (Bob, manager, was outstanding). Your sales personnel (the "home office"), I give a poor to worst than poor. It is as if they do not talk to the facilities. I.E. I made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed (after I received a call from Bob that everything was in). As soon as I got off the phone, I received a text message from UHaul that the equipment was not available. I.E. I asked the sales person if I could wait for the vehicle completion. She said it would only take 1 1/2 hours. I called Bob to question him about the text message I received from UHaul. I also mentioned that I would wait for the vehicle. He that it would probably take 3-4 hours to complete. Thank goodness I called. I will not trust your sales personnel!Patrick M.

I was ready to pick up the truck at my requested time. However, the application process required significantly more steps upon my arrival, which delayed my schedule. I would have happily done more ahead of time to reduce the time spent at the actual location, using the mobile pickup. I feel the process can be streamlined or optimized better.Oren P.

The experience was incredible. Bob is awsome. He was there all by himself and yet he took care of each customer in a timely fashion. I have been to other locations where they could not get the job done with three people when they weren't very busy. I have been places where it took over an hour just to talk to someone. But Bob was able to take care of everyone and everyone was quite happy with his service. Recommendation would be only on the following, DO NOT FAIL TO CHECK THE FUEL LEVEL AND MILEAGE AGAINST THE CONTRACT. My contract was marked half full tank when it only had less than 3/8s of a tank. The contract had recorded 125750.3 starting mileage. The actual mileage was 125760.4. These "mistakes" cost me a $10.90 overcharge. Additionally, the onboard dolly had a broken seal so they wanted to charge me a dolly rental fee, I had my own dolly and did not use theirs. Another $7.00 overcharge. After i complained and showed before and after photos of fuel and odometer, they refunded me $15.00. I will verify everything if i rent from them again.James C.
My experience at this location was above and beyond my expectations. I had a blown fuse in my truck that kept trailer lights from working. The uhaul rep replaced the fuse for me and got me on my way. You don't get customer service like that much anymore.Nathan H.

I am so pleased with my entire experience, wish I could give more ***stars*** This move was sudden and totally unexpected. Less than a week to be back to OKC after almost 3 yrs in illinois! Everything that could go wrong in a 13hr drive with a 87 lb dog, went WRONG!! I was exhausted stressed and running late. When I contacted them to let them know I was working fast as possible to unload and get it in , they nicely interrupted my explanation and gave me a 24hr extension with no late fee then told me I had free storage for a month since I was coming from out of state I could not believe after all my worrying that I could not only could just stop and rest awhile before unloadin but I would have a much more convenient and safe place to store my things while I figured out my next step in relocating.
