We had a pretty big move that required 8 Ubox's all being delivered and picked up at different days/times. Everything was going well until about half-way through when this location lost its UBox driver who did the dropoff & pickups. When an alternate driver/location did not show up for our next drop-off, Jeremiah Scoville the store manager for this location called me to reassure me that he would make sure the rest of our move went off without a hitch. He used his own personal vehicle to tow/transport UBox's to and from our home multiple times to make sure everything was done on time! He stayed in constant contact and communicated with us all along the way. Jeremiah went above and beyond on multiple occasions without complaint - as a matter of fact, he wouldn't even accept a cash tip for all his extra work. Jeremiah is an extraordinary representative for Uhaul that made sure what could have been a terrible experience was a phenomenal one! I cannot say enough good things about Jeremiah and his ownership and care of the customer experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage at South Lake in Morrow, GA. UHaul just secured lifelong customers due to Jeremiah and we have since already rented two additional storage units and a truck with UHaul, without even considering any other company to give our business to.

The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. I had my storage for a year and a half. I appreciate it for keeping the area clean. The only thing i didnt like is that they close the storage early, and some people come late from work and we cant get there on time to get something out of the storage. But besides that i love it there and the only reason i left is because i move to a different county. Thank you all for everything and this wonderful experience.

We had a flat on the way to our destination which was not fun being stranded on the side of the road over 100 miles away from home.

Mr Deboe was very patient and helpful. Even walked me to my unit and addressed how to access it, how the alarm works, the amount due each month and gave advanced notice of auto pay each month. Great customer service and you get what you pay for and for that I'm a happy customer.

Great service. However, I did use some loaders through U Haul and didn't know they broke several items until we unloaded, that was disappointing, I will be following up on that.

I moved in on Christmas day when the office was closed. Unfortunately, the unit that was set up for me still had a company lock on it when I arrived, which left it inaccessible. Therefore, I was extremely inconvenienced during move-in.

This Location never disappoints. They are always prepared every time I come. The entire transaction was smooth and the store manager was so helpful . I will tell all my family and friends to visit this location for fast friendly service!

I was given a price of $97 when leaving the lot with the truck. I had an estimated travel mileage of 80mi. I went 82mi. I brought the truck back with more gas than when I left. Did an overnight return and key drop. Checked my account the next day and see that I had been charged $150! Do NOT rent from here! They will tack on extra fees even with no damage and gas level on point! I did everything correct and still was hit with fees that were not mentioned upon leaving the lot. I opted for the $14 insurance; got charged $28 for it in the end. There was an extra rental fee tacked on of $39 on a $19.95 truck. For what is unclear. They charged for gas even tho I put more gas than what I was given. Avoid this place at all costs! They WILL rip you off!

Keep doing what y'all doing, because it's a good job that they are doing

The check/ change oil light came on. And the Cargo van wasn't as sturdy as it needed to be driving in the Mountains of Tennessee. It was an extremely ruff drive.

All staff was very professional, helpful and understanding. Always went the extra mile to make sure our things were safe , property was clean and all equipment for moving in and out was available. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I found the U-Haul facilities to be bright, clean and attractive. I felt confident leaving my belongings there. The staff was exceptional. They were personable and very accommodating.

Include a ramp on 10-footer trucks. Or at least off ramps for rental to load and off-load. Alsi, fix the answering service. The after hours answering service sucks. The message makes you think someone will answer, but no one does.

When you call on the phone to one store they send you to the nearest area that has the truck you want. How ever no tells you that it is not the store you called. I went to the place where the store told me after I got there and no one was at the store. This is why I ended up a the Mount Zion Store. Need better communication to the customer on changes .

I was overcharged for the mileage. I traveled less than 20 miles round trip but they charged me for 61.

No complaints about this location. I do have a lot to say regarding the location at Debbies Convenience Store in East Point, GA. When I arrived to that location at 12 pm just like it said on my "guaranteed" reservation the place was closed and the truck was not the correct time. I called Uhaul and was on the phone for over 20 mins trying to fix the situation. The first rep. I spoke to was nice but the connection was horrible. The second rep Michelle - I spoke to had the worst person to speak to regarding the situation. She clearly hates her job due to her tone of voice and the way she handled the call. She got me another reservation at a location in Morrow, GA and so I had to take an uber and pay over $20 dollars in order to get the rental. But when I arrived the reps from this location were very helpful and got me the truck I needed! They also explained and tried to help me with the $50 dollar guarantee. No complaints regarding this location. :)

Truck had a lot of roaches. Very unsanitary. Maybe you all should spray trucks with pesticides before & after you rent them out. Other than that my experience was ok.

Cashier was great but the process of checking in was too much

2 employees were very helpful and corrected the issues, the system went down which wasn't the associates fault I got call when them system came up one I got there the next morning is when the problem accured the associate that initially helped me was condescending , rude and dismissive, another associate stepped in he was direct, helpful, and responsive immediately resolved the issue with courtesy and apologized this associate helped me before with my storage unit and he was again helpful and courteous , but this guy who helped me to get this trailer was very rude and har a very non concerning attitude!

Fix the truck return on line system. It doesn't work well at all

Excellent service

This location accommodated a last minute change and saved me significant time. Additionally, they introduced me to the full product offerings of u-haul and I was impressed. While the drivers side mirror was cracked, the awesome u-haul rep that looked like princess Elsa from frozen was quick to point it out and make sure I took note of it so I was not held accountable. Explanations of everything were clear and the team was great. They'll be my go to for future hauling needs around the airport.

My bank account has been incorrectly drafted by U-Haul and is now overdrafts and in danger in be charged a 35.00 over draft fee by the bank. I have spoken to the manager at this location, he promised the charges would be reversed, nothing as of today, I need to hear back from someone quick.

My contact at U-Haul in Morrow, GA was Dominic. He was very helpful and accommodating. Our move from Gainesville was difficult and we had to move around the schedule of events that changed before our Friday. Considering we had some unknowns Dominic was able to take the stress away by giving our contents a place to land until things became clear restarting our move in date.

I actually made my reservation through the Lake City u haul location. They were really helpful with getting a cargo van and storage unit secured. I like that the security is top notch.

The employees were helpful and willing to assist to ensure customer satisfaction.

I was very pleased.

Very pleased with the professional and outgoing attitude of the team. Facility was always clean and secure. No safety concerns while visiting the facility and my storage when needing to go at night.

Was over charged for the unit. Was told it would be refunded upon moving out. They decided to leave it as a credit. Called the 800 #. Was told the facility has to refund it and someone would call me from there. Never happened. Went back there, was told GM will look into it and get back to you. A lot of run around, no resolution.

This is the first time my husband and I have used any storage facility so we have no other facility to compare it to, however, we can say the experience was smooth and exceeded our expectations. The quality customer service from EVERY team member was AWESOME! The bathroom spotless & smelled like my bathroom at home with pleasant scent. I would definitely recommend the storage in Morrow GA!

This has been my greatest experience with U-haul in 15+ years! Jeremiah and his staff are absolutely "AMAZING!!!" This is customer service at it's finest!!! They made sure that our every need was taken care of and helped my family and I during a very difficult transition process during COVID-19. This Uhaul location on Mt. The only thing I would say is to have more staff available on my move out day I had to wait in line 45 minutes because it was only one worker ... and sadly it was the same way on move in day there never enough staff present

The rental TRUCK was a absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Travelling from Atlanta to Biloxi in a truck where transmission went out on me...ONLY by the GRACE of GOD did this truck break down in front of my new apar

I would recommend the service at the Southlake location. Justin was great and helped when the people at the Hwy 85 location would. The hwy 85 location is trash!

Assigned the wrong unit, promised a return call & didn't receive it. Went in person to move to correct unit, was advised to remain in current unit. I was billed for a larger unit. Decided to cancel.

I love the new Uhaul Location. There's an outstanding team of storage agent that work there. They were very professional and knowledgeable when I came in to rent my storage unit.

Had the worst move out experience. I reserved a truck at the location for move out and asked for 24 hrs access on the 18th. Neither was done. My move out was horrible, to say the least. Unprofessional

I placed a reservation for a U-Haul truck and storage. I was able to ren and check out my truck but when I came to get my storage it was the wrong size so a rep help change it but it was on the 2nd

This location was by far the most helpful U-Haul location I’ve ever used. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and very professional. The GM Jeremiah helped me with drop-off location switch.

Fuzzy the rep was rude when asking different questions about the different sizes of trucks and storage. He lack patience and it shows in his customer service. Also the wait is very long inside .

We had a ubox at my house so we never were at the facility but it made me answer the questions. Reserving the box, drop off and pick up was easy

Discounting the dead roaches littered around on the floor, I'd say it's quite a neat storage facility. The only issue I have, is that I was not told of the lack of temperature control.

I was very unsatisfied with the U-Haul. I was missed lead it I was given the wrong instructions and then I got charge for extra mileage that was not post to be taking off

It was very frustrating and time consuming trying to arrange to get the pods delivered to my house. The staff was not knowledgeable of pricing for delivery and unloading and was very unhelpful
