JARVISON ACustomer service was horrible, the older lady at the front didn’t acknowledge me for 15 minutes. I end up using mobile checkout, there was no gas in the truck, it didn’t look like it was wiped down, and when I came in after I did the mobile checkout she was sitting in the Bay Area with her shoes off.

Cecelia GThere was a SUPER long wait due to a glitch in the system. The truck millage was not correct . The unit I initially rented was tge wrong size due to the glitch so I say a available sign on one...only to get downstairs to say it was reserved. After 3 attempts I finally got a 10x10. Big inconvenience but tge staff was super friendly and professional.

Michael KShould be better communication on how the late fees are generated. The time frame on how month to month payment is post. A good suggestion give every customer their contract paperwork before they leave the counter with everything on it, would be a big help for the company and the customer. Thank you have a blessed day.

The employee wanted to call a reference after receiving my driver's license and had ti bother 5 people at work before someone finally answered which I was later told interrupted a very important meeting. Jerry GIf there’s a question about missing equipment, actually practice using customer service skills and verify/clarify with the customer before fraudulently charging the credit card used for the reservation. If the manager at the location speaks with a U-Haul representative and states that they have removed a mistaken charge, actually remove the charge. Have some integrity.

TRACY LThe employees were great, no complaints about them at all. I had my things in storage for 2 months. First off it seems we can reserve storage space online but guess it's only a request and storage is first come first serve you really need to update that online because I thought I had a space reserved for my move day but when I got there no space was available so I had to get to small spaces and pay more money which I don't find fare at all. Then when it came to moving out I had to pay for both storage spaces for the whole month and I moved out just 5 days after the due date which is just terrible. Why is there no prorated rent. Also when unloading we found roaches in the storage area which I ended up taking some with me and now I am fighting off roaches in my new living space. My daughter is highly allergic to roaches so I am very unpleased with this experience. I get it in a storage you can't control what other people bring in but maybe you should start bombing when new people move in to the space to stop bugs from transferring to other people things.

David SI paid my bill and did not receive a pro rated fee back when it was only 6 day after my payment. And I rented a dolly and was charge 3 time the amount after returning it because a customer service representative was made about my payment did go through then I put money on my card and it was complete but before the transaction. She called my phone hostile and a as her to calm down and she started going off more and was mad say calm down calm down your card had declined and I told her I'll add money then I did and the payment was completed. And when she got off the phone she added 3 more payments unknowingly and then when I went to rent a truck I had to call t he E payment line and found out she had .Ade me pay $153.00 because I told her to calm down days before and I almost missed my reservation. Then 8:00 came an U-Haul had to close and then I had to stand in the dark and cold park n lot on the phone until I paid the $153then I had to pay $92 for the truck. The money wasn't the problem it was how she was able to that as if I rented the dolly 3 more times and I don't think that is right if you was having a bad day you shouldn't have came to work. Cause your personal problems ain't my problem

I told the clerk about this and he was kind of dismissive as if I was lying. I only had one picture of the gas reader which was time stamped to prove I wasn’t. I have used this location before and never had any issues. I also was having trouble using the mobile check in app

BRIAN BAlthough an over all good experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter and I waited with another customer for 10 minutes before an employee came in. I happened to see the managers door and decided to knock just to see if anyone was in there. There was... the manager. I told her her we have been waiting and it seemed no one was in here. She expressed that the employee was checking in a truck and would be in in a minute.... she went back in to her office closed the door and back to what she was doing. I almost left but had a reserved trailer that I needed to pick up... the manager should have been out to help with the counter service. Actually I'm going back to change my rating to not as good due to the managers actions.
Kenneth JTruck was clean but during driving, transmission was slipping, losing horsepower and truck was difficult to keep in line, it kept swerving, like it was a forceful wind pushing against it. As a single female, it was scary and difficult. It felt unsafe to drive to my destination but with a loaded truck I had no choice. Do better U-HAUL.

aaliyah sI waited in line for 40 min just to receive the keys when I had already paid and checked in on my phone. I ordered a dolly but there was no dolly so I paid for that for no reason. I was charged for furniture pads that I didn’t order. The tire pressure was low in the truck from the very beginning. Awful experience.

When I arrived after a 10 hr drive I was unable to check into my storage unit all because I arrived at 7:01 pm. Now how would you feel after being on the road for 10 hours and a company couldn’t even accommodate you for being 60 seconds late. Absolutely ridiculous. From the customer service to the neglectful acts they have committed since day one. I paid 750.00 for a U-Haul truck and was offered one month free for storage. Did not receive that. I gave them another chance and rented a U-Haul truck for 4 hours to move my things out of storage into my new apartment here in Georgia. The customer service I received while trying to reserve the truck was something I’ve never experienced in life. I even had to get the manager involved due to a young man telling me he couldn’t rent me the truck. All because I asked could I return the truck closer to my apartment. He then walked away and said he couldn’t assist me. Then to make matters worse I look on my account today and was charged 162.00 for a “missing utility dolly” that I never received. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment ever again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I wanted to let you know that Levi one of your workers has been in the bathroom the entire time while seven or eight people were waiting in line to be checked out. I waited 40 minutes and I have proof that I was in your office for that long. I believe that the gentleman is still in there. Just thought you should know what kind of work he's doing. This was a text that I tried to send, per the business card that was at the U-Haul location but it did not go thru. All other staff was good.

Total miscommunication. And not only did I RECIEVED false info. I asked about all of my personal items i.d photos etc. Front desk mentioned I'm not allowed to get all of personal belongings. Which is Unheard of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS TAKEN PLACE AND IF MY PERSONAL INFO IS USED. I WILL BE SUING THIS LOCATION AND THE INDIVIDUALS NAMES I WROTE DOWN THAT I CANE IN CONTACT WITH.

Vicky P | Overall ExperienceI would like to give Tommy a special thank you for his consistent professional manner from the time I called needing help trying to the move-in online to remembering me when I arrived to the location. I want to bring special attention that I used Move & Go through U-haul's moving help to help unload the truck, which did not work at all. I had to tell him to leave, would strongly advise not using them Move & Go was terrible. Tommy let me know moving help are 3rd party and not connected directly with U-haul and how I needed to contact to put in a complaint. If it weren't for Tommy's helpfulness and foresight move in would have been a complete disaster. Again, thank you Tommy for your help I really appreciate it.

I went in a requested a storage room which the next day when I came back to put my stuff in my storage I thought to get a bigger unit which was a extra $72.75 Well I end up having to go back to the original storage because the one they try to transfer me to was the last one up a size but it was already taking just not in the system. So I was told my money will go back to my card which did not happen. My next bill came up which I was already out the unit I didn’t keep it for the next month I already moved. So I called them the day the bill me and advise them hey miscommunication I’m not in that unit anymore and you guys just billed me. They agreed to refund me my fee that was charged which was the 58.00 and I ask them about my $72.75. He told me because it was a credit . When it was a payment off my card they can not refund me back my money which I was told it would be. Then he got out of character with me because of the question I was asking (Jeremiah Scoville) which made me angry because I tried to be as nice as I could but you want to make me the issue because I ask for a manager and ask you to get him on the phone and you tell me that’s not your job! Then proceeded to tell me you don’t have a button that will refund me my money it’s just in the system as a credit and the amount will just stay with uhal and I can use it at all. That’s do not even make Any sense!!! At all. You guys need to do a audit on the money they have brought in at that location as well as have unit occupy but not in your system because I went to a different Uhal and was told that was not correct and to reach out to cooperate. I file a disput with my credit company but I will not ever go back there !

The Forest Park location was a totally different feel. I had reserved a storage unit but the young lady at the Tara blvd location put in the wrong date in(7/21 instead of (7/25). She advised me to call and change the date or go on line. After MANY attempts to call with no answer the location closed. I then changed it on line. When I went in on (7/22) I was informed the unit was rented YESTERDAY!! He said it was because I didn't call (which they don't answer the phone) plus (7/21) was not even over! Justice at the Morrow location was so friendly and helpful and changed my experience from the totally chaos I experienced at a whole other location. She deserves a raise!!!

We spoke in-person on Monday, July 12th about dropping and accessing the boxes. When I arrived to UHaul on Mt. Zion the boxes had not been dropped for access. I was informed by Justice that the boxes wouldn’t be dropped that day. The Caucasian employee stated that Jacob was only an assistant manager and couldn’t schedule for a U-box to be dropped. After two hours of Justice making phone calls, she said that they could be dropped on Sunday, July 18th by 9am. On Sunday, July 18th I arrived at the location at 9:05am to my surprise employees in the back and a line of customers in front. It is 9:23am and the location is closed. Their opening hours on Sunday are 9am. DO NOT use this location.

Upon my arrival to my location of choice, I was told the storage unit was not available and booked a unit at another location. Once I got the other storage location to check in and get my access card, the unit that was given to me was apparently a “ghost” unit and had a lock on it. So I then had to get another storage unit which was very inconvenient and too timely due to internal systems that were of no fault of the employees working. I encourage uhaul to examine the booking system used so that experiences such as mine do not occur.
