Store employees Alfredo and yenessa were very helpful, however the manager Taylor and employee that worked on the ubox site were rude and not willing to help. It took two hours to get rental track trailer and ubox loaded to take home and ubox worker refused to hookup trailer and secure ubox to trailer. Store employee assisted to ensure trailer was connected and secured properly. When spoke with manager about situation the following day she showed now concern of the situation. Very poor customer experience at the us location glad we will not have to return to that location.LUCIA C.

I don't have any complaints about the staff they were both professional and helpful. When I went to the location to retrieve the truck I was given to drive, it was boxed in by several others so I told one of the staff and they immediately went to that location and managed to get it out and bring it to me. I thought it was quite nice. I was so grateful. Even though the truck ran fine and the cab area inside was clean, the outside doesn't appear to have been washed from the last time it was rented. It was muddy. I realize the staff can be very busy at times and are doing their best but someone should have taken a little more time to clean it off better. Otherwise, I don't have any other complaints.Elizabeth W.

Start vehicles with more than half a tank as a general rule as a rental service. That way a customer can do their move and then fill up afterward. I picked it up with a quarter tank of gas and was told to return it with a quarter tank of gas which is hard to calculate and annoying as all hell.Samuel S.

I've used a couple different services and Uhaul was by far the best. Other services made me get public parking permits and literally stand in spots so their truck had enough space to get in and pick up the box. Uhaul took care of the permit, helped me figure out where it could go, and could pick the container up from the side.Heidi P.

Over the past year or so, I have rented trucks from this location. I have found the staff to be pleasant and professional. The employees seem to work hard whether it's getting the trucks ready for the next customer outside or dealing with those who are inside of their building. I cannot really think of anything that can be done to improve things for the next U-Haul customer.ELIZABETH W.

Incredibly happy with the UBox experience. Less expensive than other POD options. Arrived on time to pack. Arrived as scheduled for a move across the country. We didn't use half of the blankets so did have to drive them back to the facility as we didn't have room in our boxes for the extra blankets....but good if you need lots of them!Taylor J.
I got a call letting me know where my box was in s. Havana st in Aurora co., I went to pay the shipping and have access to my box I was then told it was at s Buckley and s. Buckley said they hadn't read no shipments but it was showing up in s Havana. I went back to talk to the asst manager of the night shift and he said there's nothing in the system and to call the 800 # which I did as well and told him they advised it's here and his response was well your not getting a u box today. Instead of saying we are closing for the day and I was more than welcome to call when they open or him call me back to let me know and verify the information the 800 # gave me. I called the next morning and gave them the info and they couldn't find it then all a sudden it just arrived. At this point the Manager Taylor -who was great ! Took over then everything worked itself out. The night asst Mnger at the s Havana Needs to work on better customer service / friendly not grouchy and unconcerning like it's not his problem. The day Manager Taylor was great and others should follow her example. I made her aware of her assistant night Mngr and she was going to speak with him. All agents should have better training from sales to customer ServiceJanet I.

I rented a truck to go one way from Kentucky to Denver. I then rented a storage unit in Denver. Literally every single part of the trip that involved U-Haul was seamless, easy, and a great experience overall. Review summary: In-person experience with U-Haul: 5 stars Use of U-Haul app: 1 star The onsite U-Haul experience was very good; the equipment was in good condition and pickup was easy. The after-hours equipment drop-off process was not nearly as good solely due to the U-Haul mobile app. Basic features of the app were not functional for me. Specifically, the process of taking a photo of the fuel levels and mileage at time of return would not work in the app. I was able to take the picture, but app would not allow me to progress to the next step after uploading the photo. I have an Android phone and have seen many similar reviews about the app from other users having the same problem. I ended up struggling with the app past my scheduled drop-off time (despite arriving early). Thankfully, after calling customer service, the late drop-off fee was waived. The Ubox was not shipped until AFTER the arrival date, no one realized it hadn't shipped yet. I had to speak to 9 different representatives, hours on hold, transferred to agents in 4 different states who had zero means to help me. One rep actually laughed at me when I explained the situation and how upset I was?? This was the worst experience I've had with a company to date, and this was my small business packed into the ubox and weeks late right before Black Friday costing me my holiday income. I'm never risking Ubox again.meg K.

The key drop is not easily identified from where we leave the vehicles. There was a line of trucks filling up the return area. The UHaul app was buggy and could not complete check-out or check-in on it due to errors with pictures not attaching, or pages not loading. The only complaint I have is that I walked into the U-Haul office on November 1st (the day my rent was paid through auto pay) and asked the following… "if I rent a truck from U-Haul today and clear out my storage today, will I get any money back on my rent that had just been paid for the entire month of November?" I was EXTREMELY disappointed to find out that I would not get anything back. I think that is ridiculous and unacceptable. At a minimum, I should have been given at least 1/2 a month back, knowing that you will likely re-rent that unit w/in 2 weeks. I was beyond disappointed in U-Haul as a company as a result. My family has spent quite a bit of money at U-Haul over the past year, and this situation will cause me/us to think twice and find alternate options the next time I need a truck or storage. Andrea is a very pleasant and helpful manager. The others team members were attentive and friendly. The young man that explained and showed me how things work was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The facility was clean. There were not enough rolling carts to go around and luckily the person next to us was just finishing up with his cart. The elevator stopped working and should be checked.
