I was extremely upset. I reserved a truck online and ordered a utility dolly, a furniture dolly, and an appliance dolly. None of the dollies were on my truck. I called the store and got the call center. Ms. Patty instructed me to go back to the store to get the dollies. I get to the store only to find that there weren't any dollies available. I had to burn up my milage to find a dolly. Then I was supposed to be given a refund for the dollies only to have my refund pay for the extra milage that I used to find a DOLLY!!!🤬🤬🤬 WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The first vehicle I was given had odd noise coming from the transmission as I drove away. I went around the block and returned it because I did not feel safe in the vehicle since I would be traveling a long distance. They gave me a second vehicle and the check engine light was on. I was assured that it was not an issue and they were waiting for a part for a bad sensor. Since I did not have a choice I did use the truck but was praying the entire way that nothing would go wrong. Upon returning, it took nearly 45 minutes to get checked in.

The truck was easy to work with...The young man was very friendly and told me up front the rules and went over everything with me. I was 30 min late getting the truck and he told me as long as I get it back before they close and it was on a full tank I'll only be charge for 1 day. So please don't be 1 min late or you will be charge for another day he said. I was on time because as a lady make sure you got help getting your stuff in and out upfront.

The manager was unfriendly with very poor customer service. I had to walk to the back and find my own truck. When I arrived, I explained that I had a reservation but she said she didn't see it and didn't have the truck I requested available. I went outside and checked my email for reservation number. I returned with the information and she finally gave me a truck. The truck did not run well(sounded like transmission). I paid for the truck but simply returned it the next day. I highly recommend customer service training and truck inspection

Our rental experience was not the best. The maintenance of the truck had not been well maintained at all. Driving on the interstate was a risk due to how bad the front end was shaking when you reached a speed of 60 to 70. I informed them upon returning the vehicle. I received a very poor response of "not my problem". Very unprofessional response. We had problems retrieving the key from the box due to the due app not working properly. Therefore we had to wait for the facility to open. Which put us behind schedule. The manager that arrived to open the store was not pleasant. Maybe it was too early for her and she did not want to be at work on a Saturday. But her professionalism was not good at all. No apology from either associate for the poor online situation that morning and the bad driving experience with the truck. However, we decided we would not rent from that location again if necessary.

The Associate who helped me upon rental Sunday Oct 11 was Awesome!!! She helped me tremendously and made it easy to check in and pick up. Because of her sweet nature and fun attitude I'd most definitely recommend this place. Upon Return The associate Ms Williams was very unpleasant to deal with. Her tone was curt very rude and very dismissive. Before I could finish a sentence she cut me off and her demeanor was very unprofessional. She needs a refresher in customer care before she becomes the reason you lose customers.

Customer service was poor. I was charged for 2 dolly's I didn't receive. I tried to call no one answered the phone. When I first went in to pick up the truck I greeted the representative and she didn't respond at all. I guess I'm big on the experience and she had her child at work and she was writing on the door with crayons- very unsafe environment for child and the representative did not wear or mask. The whole experience was unprofessional I wish I everything could have been done on the mobile device it was very easy on the return process.

The vehicles were dirty and had trash from prior renter still in the vehicle. They smelled like smoke and had cigarette packages and what appeared to be marijuana residue in the vehicle. The first truck had a check engine light on and the lady we returned the vehicle too had a bad attitude.

Work on your website. I had reserved a trailer on Tuesday for a Friday pick up. It was rented out from underneath me. And I had to drive an additional twenty miles to get another trailer. If it's reserved it should be reserved and not be allowed to be rented to anyone else.

No friendly smile from the manager Miss Lakesha Williams, I was overcharge for the Gas, I paid $124.63 to rent a truck to go to collierville , less than 30miles to and fro. I called the 1 800 Go UhaUL with no answer. I took a picture of my gas level in the truck at arrival compared to departure , no difference, because i just put gas in the truck, I showed it to her , she saw a different gas level . Then she disappears went to the back left me alone in the store. When I came initially, another person was there with his wife saying they overcharge him. Please my advice to U Haul truck renters here, Take a picture of your mileage and gas before and after, so that you have proof , something is wrong in this U Haul location.

The general manager attitude is extremely dry and not welcoming. Lakeshia is not one that I would prefer to do business with. She may be knowledgeable but her people skills are not welcoming. I don't know why i am even doing this review as I have expressed my opinion several years ago and nothing has changed. Idk why I even tried this location again. Nothing has changed.
