My reservations were originally at the Mendenhall location in Memphis TN which I made April the 5th for June 1st at 9 o'clock. Got a very rude call from this Mendenhall location at 8:58 that they didn't have a renter for me because they over booked. The service was awful and the people were very nasty and rude people.

I rented a uhaul from your 1364 E Shelby drive location on May 28 I drove to 4324 Briarberry from there too 3417 Fontaine Road back to 1364 E Shelby drive and was told I went 61 miles which is incorrect I only drove 14 to 15 miles at the most whoever did the mileage had to make a mistake from the previous driver on top of that my price was $90.69 but was charged on my card $104.29 so it was a disappointment all the way around

First my truck was given away then i was sent to 2 other locations saying trucks were available but when I make it to the location, NO TRUCKS! Finally receive a truck at 3pm and it had low tires. Refused to take that truck so i switched to a 15ft and today I find out I was charged for both trucks which put me in overdraft and have to wait 10 business days for a refund from my bank!! Very disappointed in Uhaul which I have always used to move.

Katina Morrow and Lams Greenwood is the bees knees. I had to drive all the way to Memphis to get the kind of service I am used to from being a long term customer of uhaul. As soon as I walked in I received a greeting, then they assisted me to get a car trailer and they hooked it up to my truck. They were awesome!!! I know they were just doing their job, but they did it well. Unlike another location in Georgia. A raise is requested or bonus please, keep the good folks around get rid of the lazy ones! 10 stars all the way. GOD bless.

When customers coming in to pick up her truck she shouuldn't have to wait also an hour and half to get a truck. Then they don't get the one you went on line for 22 long truck and get 16 truck. No discount or nothing. The Manager was nonchalant about the problem. Please treat your customers the way you want to be treated!!!!!

Based on my experience with the 15' truck, my opinion has little to do with the locations but rather the whole fleet. The truck is showing it's age. I once rented a similar Uhaul truck 30 years ago and it felt like the same truck. Your fleet needs to be updated. There was an extreme amount of play in the steering to the point it was dangerous. You can tell the bushings in the steering is worn and needs replacement.

The truck was in poor condition. It took forever for the lady to get the back door to let up. We almost had to go to another location. Upon returning, there was an even longer delay because one cashier was dealing with "personal issues."

I personally don't think there is nothing the improve. The rental process was seamless and easy. The counter representative was very knowledgeable and quick. She explained everything cleary and was very pleasant! Just get a bigger key drop sign, took me 10 minutes to figure out where to put the keys!!!

Good afternoon, I recently experienced a very inconvenient and ignorant reservation with U-Haul. With my reservation beginning in the state of Memphis Tennessee and ending in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, needless to say there were many complications. My drive normally consists of 11 hours but with rough weather conditions it extended to about 16 hours. I have already spoken with customer service in regards to the start of my reservation, however, once having arrived in Pittsburgh the gentleman at the Sleepyhollow Drive location informed me that the auto transport was not hooked up properly to the U-Haul truck. He instructed me to take photos, which I have done, and can send to corporate. Both gentleman at the Pittsburgh location were very friendly and made my final decent into Pittsburgh a smooth one. The gentleman that instructed me to take photos of the auto transport, did let me know that it was a miracle that I made the 16 hour drive home safely, without hurting myself or others on the road. The sleepy hollow drive representative is available to speak with you about how the auto transport was connected. This all begins with the Shelby Drive location in Memphis Tennessee with the manager and owner of the store, Lakresha. She seemed very “put out” and seems to be lacking in training on the equipment that she is renting to customers. When I arrived Wednesday 3/27/19, evening at 6:30pm, (this location closed @7pm central time) I explained that I needed to get the auto transport onto the U-Haul and then my car onto the auto transport. She then explained to me that U-Haul employees do not assist with the vehicle being hooked up to the auto transport. Once she realized I was on my own and did not have the help of anyone else, she then assisted me with my vehicle onto the auto transport. Once I drove the car onto the auto transport, she then strapped down the front tires to the auto transport. I then notified her that my driver side door was hitting the side of the auto transport and I was unable to get out of my vehicle. Her response was “I don’t know how you get out, you should probably try to crawl out of your window or your passenger side window.” Still appalled today by this response of someone working at a U-Haul location, she then walked away and left me in my vehicle to figure it out on my own! This clearly did not make sense to me, so once I exited the vehicle through my passenger side window then again back into the car and out of my driver side window, I had to stare at the auto transport to figure out how to unlatch the tire cover of the auto transport to open up my driver side door. Before I left, she had me hand write a note of release so that she was not responsible for my vehicle being attached to the auto transport. As previously stated, I have photos of all paperwork and vehicle attachment. I am more than happy to provide this evidence as needed. Leaving Memphis TN with frustration and continuous complications, was not

I picked up the truck on Saturday in Memphis for a trip to Elkhorn, NE I didn't notice until we had driven off the lot that the truck only had 3/4 of a tank of gas (I know I should have noticed). My location pickup was moved the day before to a location further away from my loading site which was a rural area just east of Memphis. I returned the truck the next day (Sunday) at the required location which was 20 miles from my house with numerous uhaul locations between my house and where I was instructed to drop off. Upon drop off I was informed that I had driven 20 miles further than I was allowed and was charged an additional $9.08. I don't think that it is reasonable to ask me to add 30 miles to my trip via location changes and then charging me for going over in miles. Overall the equipment performed well but the lack of a full tank of gas and the overage on miles leaves me less than satisfied. Thank you
