The staff ( Manager , and associate Amanda ) Were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!! A+++++

Andrea Russell and Sam were great, Knowledgeable, and friendly. Andrea went above and beyond her duties. She came out of the office to show us how to properly use the ramp. She is a shining star!
They even got me one closer to the door so i would not have to use stairs. Great service
Would have given 5 stars. There were as many as four employees behind the counter, two just talking with each other while one waited on/checked out customers. Not a game changer but I waited five plus minutes to be checked out.

Last 8 months became real challenge between late fees and lien fees it seemed like no matter what id never catch up paying for space. Now my apartment has wall to wall boxes even on my table and sofa ! But its better then paying you $100 month !
Back in 2009 I rented a large truck from. Uhaul in Tilton, NH. and the UHaul Staff was Excellent. In 2018 I rented a storage unit from UHaul in Concord, NH and they were also excellent. Today Thursday October 15, 2020 I rented a storage unit from Arielle Vargas at your Manchester NH. Branch. Just when I thought the Customer Service at UHaul couldn't get any better Arielle and all the Employees at UHaul in Manchester NH. proved me wrong. Areille Vargas and all your Employees that took care of me were truly the very Best and provided Excellent Customer Service. Thank you! Sincerely, Bob Lozeau
Initially, the storage unit was a good value. But over the four years, the price increases caused us to look elsewhere.
a drop box for drop off payments would be helpful, more regular customer parking. Great Staff.
I wouldn’t want to use any other storage place and recommend you guys to anyone who will listen!
U-Haul/NH has always been good to me. It's a pristine shop,professional and knowledgeable staff, and the feeling that I matter as a customer with both the move and the storage situation. I've run into some very dificult times with my health (and in turn, my finances), and U-Haul has been kind and as understanding as a business can be--never once making me feel bad but rather doing all they can to see me to the other side of this thing. I will always have good things to say about U-Haul as a result. Thank you all very much.
So simple - easy instructions and the staff was incredibly helpful when I realized I needed more room. I was moving from out of state, which was incredibly stressful and this was the one thing that was easy and calm. Thank you!
Very clean facility!
The roof caved in from water damage. I lost everything and the insurance company did nothing to help and uhaul kept charging me for almost 2 years.
We needed to upgrade our storage room to a larger one, we had to walk around the place 5x and wait like 10 additional minutes to find someone to help us. Then, not her fault, but she was new and did not know anything. They saw us pull in with the 27foot truck, we told them it was completely full, and the room that we were upgraded to did not even fit our stuff. we had to bring more stuff back to where we are staying, which is definately not the point of having a storage unit. I cannot even walk in there, so there is NO way of me finding anything ever until we move it all out. They should be knowledgeable of what size rooms will fit the trucks that people pull in with. If they knew they did not have a unit large enough to accommodate, I would expect them to get on the phone with a different uhaul in manchester or close by and find one that would be sufficient. If that is not possible, youre better off letting the customer know that rather than having an unhappy customer, because now my finace said he will never use uhaul again. and i really am not happy that i cannot go there to look for stuff when i want it. just saying- not completely her fault, she was new, but she should not have been left in that situation, there should have been someone knowledgeable with her until she was sufficiently trained.
The staff are very helpful and funny!! From the moment you walk in everyone was great even the people’s standing outside!
To many miscommunications about payments
Sliding the card as one leaves takes some getting used to, but I eventually did. It also helps that you can go back hours later when you remember and slide it then LOL. Also, yesterday. I received a final auto pay reminder for July after I checked out of the unit last week. I know it's probably because the two systems aren't linked, but it still could be slightly worrisome to some people. However, a terrific experience overall, especially with the first free month after my move here from Texas and with the ability to get settled into my apartment more gradually and in an organized way. Finally, I get a lot of these kinds of auto-surveys including one for recent service to my Hyundai, and this was the easiest one to use. Too many of these things are attached to some kind of Google or social-media thing that my phone doesn't like. Thanks.
Was quoted $79.+ change when returning uhaul truck. They took 2 payments totaling over $149. Not impressed for an in town 24gr rental.
Sam need a raise the manager there at South Willow in manchester has been a blessing in very hard times for me
Uhaul staff went above and beyond any and all expectations to help with our needs. Very kind and courteous. Uhaul has the most tidiest storage units I've ever seen. Your the Best, Lee Follansbee
I especially like the recycle area at the facility. I think it’s a great idea to give people the opportunity to recycle the unused unwanted items
It was quick and easy to rent the unit.
The only complaint I have is you pay in advance and if you empty your storage early you dont get a prorated refund

Although the process takes too long, the customer service was outstanding. The “storage manager” was informative, friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone at this location was always extremely helpful and willing to accommodate as much as possible. Moving can be one of the most stressful times in your life, but I'd say they made it easier.

Building very clean climate control and secure
The sales and service very good. I do wish the customer service area was handicap accessible. The steep stairway is very difficult to maneuver for those of us with walking disabilities.
She was very friendly and have us a month free!
Uhaul left me stranded in Tampa 12:am after you took my money. Pd taxi from airport $35, then $50 more to Wesley Chapel. In the future I will use Penske or Budget rentals NEVER again will I use Uhaul
after having a negative experiance with uhaul as a company, this location was understanding and made my needs feel attended to and my day was much easier! i think this location deserves an award!

quick and easy
We were very impressed with the service and care we received upon returning our truck, trailer, and blankets. Everyone was overly accommodating and went out of their way to help us at every turn.

Our storage unit c-7 was blocked by trucks multipletimes could access and our items had water damage to all of our property destroying our stuff they are terrible never get U-Haul storage !!!!!!!!

Everyone was SOOOO nice and I was happy with my time there....it just became so expensive that I could no longer afford my unit....otherwise I would not have left! :)
Great experience! Kate great on the phone. Rich a gentleman at the desk. Willie cared, directing the loading of my furniture pickup. John and Max carried the furniture carefully and skillfully. BEST!
The service at the site was excellent but the U-Haul system's inability to recognize and process my USAA Visa credit card either via the phone reservation or in-person is unacceptable.

You failed to pick up my U-Box on the agreed upon day, then charged me for an extra month rental due to your mistake. Your customer service is terribly broken. I will never use U-Haul again.

Great customer service
The only thing I had a problem with his you have to pay extra for 24-hour access. In the past you always had 24-hour access with no extra charge.
Good storage location, easy access, and staff were knowledgeable.
