The service was great!!! The two gentleman who checked me out are really helpful and nice. Also, I called on the phone late concerned that I would not make it in time to drop off the rental before the store closed and the lady I spoke with was really helpful and explained the after hours drop off services, which was a LIFE SAVER. thank you to that woman! My only real issue of concern was that when I dropped off the keys I was looking for an orange box like in the picture. At the store, there's a noticeable sign that has an arrow pointing to the left that says â€œKey Dropâ€, and another small white paper sign pointing to the right saying â€œKey Dropâ€ also, with a small hole insert where you can drop the key in between both. After a few laps back and forth I finally figured it out, but I can admit that at night in the dark and after a long day day of moving, it can be very easy to miss. I recommend either making the white paper sign more noticeable, or getting the orange drop box like they have in the photo. Aside from that everything was great, very easy convenient, nicely priced, and overall I am a happily satisfied customer! ¡Gracias!JENNIFER M.
The drop off is on an extremely busy street. I left the truck where I could safely leave it. I informed the person inside where I parked the truck. She didn't check it in until days later. I just noticed I have a two day extra charge. She was too busy and not paying attention.Anthony P.

We rent a Uhaul along with Utility dolly the person that help was rushing to go help other customers she did not put the Utility Dolly in the back of the truck and the truck she gave us have item on the back, so therefore we have to drove back to get the dolly, which put more mile on the truck; she didn't apologize because she did not put the Dolly on the back of the truck therefore I am not using that Uhaul location again, she get our Is she she didn't hand it to Us on our hand she just put it in the counter. When I showed up to move my items into storage, the unit I reserved almost 2 weeks prior wasn't available and they didn't have anything else. The manager tried to tell me to go to another storage facility that wasn't affiliated with Uhaul. I then needed to drive 20 plus minutes away to another Uhaul storage to get the unit I needed. Once again, wasting my morning drive around, wasting gas, and racking up miles due to no communication! Worst experience ever. I will never do business with Uhaul again. They don't give a shit about their customers! Why make a reservation when you won't honor it? Doesn't make sense to me!Martina G.

The most difficult part of the process is not being able to talk directly to the location. Going through central station is annoying. :( that is my only complaint. The staff at the facility were amazing but when I booked this on the phone to your main phone number. I said I wanted to store a washer and dryer and flooring. I was not told it would be a second level 5 feet off the ground. The representative Shaquille was great however the experience with the storage rental was horrible. I reserved a storage on 10/26/21 to get there with all of my things on 12/01/21 to not having the reserved storage available and no other storage units available. The representative found me a storage unit after 30 minutes of searching that was smaller than the space I needed. All of my things didn't fit so I have things I have to find some other place to put them. The store unit looks horrible patched up and it doesn't even have a net to cover the top and protect my things. This was a inconvenience to me and my movers.Ebony C. | First Impressions

The staff did not seem to care about the customers at all. All the equipment I reserved and paid for was unavailable when I went to pick up the truck and they basically said "too bad so sad". Also the trucks gas was on empty when I received it as well as the right brake/turning light was out. And this is all on top of the fact that they switched my CONFIRMED reservation of a 15' truck to a 20' truck without telling me. It had just been changed when I went to check in, and I was in able to change back because they didn't have any more available. The staff seemed to be annoyed that I asked for a refund of the dollies (that I had reserved and paid for) since they didn't have any to give me and further annoyed that I asked for something in writing stating I didn't receive them so the dropoff location wouldn't think I stole them. To make the customer experience better, this location needs better customer service and to fix their reservation methods so customers actually receive what they reserved and paid for.Darius M.

At first inspection, the trailer appeared clean. The floor of the trailer was covered in a fine black power like a printer or copier toner powder. It stuck the bottoms of our shoes and tracked into the house before we realized what was happening. We had to spot clean several rooms in the house and hose out and wipe out the trailer before we could load it. This added several hours to our move and was a disappointing activityJEANNIE V.

Upon checking in a few months ago the person who stated he was a manager was so rude to me. I had already filled out everything online and when I Arrived was told I need the name of another person. I don't have one. I'm 100% solo in my life. He was such a jerk about it and yep old me I can't rent here which would have left me stranded with a few belongings. So I made up a name and he said see that's no so hard is it? There's a lot more to it but I'm sure I'm running out of space. To be honest i was a lil upset because online the way you guys label your storage. I had a 1st floor storage Upper level its says not understanding that it meant 2nd floor UPSTAIRS. I had already had a rough day with the Uhaul drinking up so much gas for a 3 1/2 Hour drive spending $110 just in gas and receiving the truck on Empty and all the credit me for gas was $46 something wrong. I reserved a unit online. When I arrived I was informed I needed to add additional names and phone numbers to my reservation per unsullied policy. I didn't have a name so the person checking me in said well that's fine we can just cancel this reservation then. I kept telling him I don't have anyone and he said come on everyone has someone. A mom a dad? My parents are deceased and I have no siblings. I do not have anyone that I can put down: your website needs to be clear that you need this info. I ended up making up a name and phone number just to get this guy to back off. It literally almost left me stranded with no where to store my stuff.
