I was really impressed with my rental experience at this location. The truck was in immaculate condition, the dolly was very sturdy, and my pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient. The sales associate was very helpful and helped me choose the best location for drop off. My online reservation experience was so easy and everything was coordinated very well with the location. Everything was so easy and stress free. Great value.... Thank you!

My Uhaul reservation was planned and scheduled 1-2 months prior to pick up. We always updated immediately on any changes in the dates. The day of we called to confirm pick up and location. Which had switched from our original and preferred pick up location about 30-45 minutes away from us. We arrived to the new location and after an hour wait are informed that the person returning the truck called in before us and reserved an extra day. This was not relayed to us during our call that morning and could have saved us a trip and hour wait. We then had to wait to be rescheduled to a different pick up location later in the afternoon, causing us to lose valuable move time in the morning. In returned we received extra mileage and $50 credit.

The trailer was clean only because I asked that it be cleaned. It had a lot of mulch left from a previous renter. When the attendant told me “OK, you’re ready to go”, I asked that the trailer be cleaned so I would not be charged a cleaning fee.

You cannot trust Uhaul. Uhaul takes unauthorized , unethical payments from their clients accounts. When you have a issue, Uhaul is unclear, neglectful and gives you the runaround. I have already been in touch with my attorney as well ad my banking institution to get this handled. I currently have a 558.24 due to a 26 ft truck rental having battery and mechanical issues. A roadside assistance agent orchestrated for my truck to be towed due to the issues. Now I am being charged for the tow that I didn’t order. In addition, they have charged me for a auto car transport that could only be returned if the truck works. I have been in touch with Uhaul customer service throughout my entire experience and I was continuously assured that I wouldn’t be charged for any issues and precautions concerning the 26ft and auto car transport. Yet here I sit $558.24 stolen from my account.My experience with Uhaul has been incredibly horrible. I spoke with Rebecca Carrol and she hung up on me, avoided my calls and has acted incredibly unprofessional. I cannot believe I have gone through hell and back with this uhaul and then to go through this. I am ready to take legal action l, because I have yet to receive a response.

Management shouldn't shout at workers un front guess nor pass the buck on an other location for their error instead of taking care of customers needs and also check whether truck reserves 8days prior is in working condition before the day of expected pick up so customer can be informed in advance about availability. Wouldn't recommend to any one.

Made a reservation at a different location and received a confirmation number back. A day later I was contacted and told that the truck I reserved was not available at the location I chose, and the only one available was 45 minutes away (on the other side of Orlando (for a Friday 3 PM pick up). Apparently uhaul does not understand the concept of a reservation/conformation number. I was not allowed to drop the truck off at the location I chose when I made my reservation it had to be returned 45 minutes away. Now to the new location.. waited 45+ minutes to be helped, after spending the extra 45 minutes in travel. That's an 1hour and 30 minutes I will never get back. The truck was dirty and full of cigarette ashes definitely not the service that I have received from the winter park location or the Sanford location. I will never return to 3500 s orange ave location. Plan and simple, worst service I had ever received in my life (not yet location but uhaul as a whole). 5 Negative stars, 2 thumbs down, or however you want to rate terrible.

I understand I should read the contract more especially if I have to sign it but if the staff is going to explain that when I return the truck after hour where to park the truck and also tell me where to place the keys I feel they should also mention that I need to log one and mark the truck as returned... I was charged for a whole 2nd day when I only had the truck for a hour and a half... when staff returned in the morning the seen the truck and keys why charge me a second day that I am extremely pissed about..

The trailer came off the hitch fortunately nothing happened it was a new employee who hooked it on, he did not check if it was properly seated on the ball. Fortunately no one was hurt but as the driver very scary experience. I have lost count how many times I have rented at this location always a great experience customer service is top notch.They had a lot of issues that day systems down and seemed short staffed outside.

Not happy and I’m part to blame. Got the truck and the gas gauge was on 1/4 left did what I needed to do brought the truck back with actually more gas than what initially was in it when we got it. They inspected and said we owed for gas because the paperwork said it was on 1/2 tank which it was not... so I blame myself for not checking the paperwork before pulling off. They ended up not charging us after speaking to 2 people at the location which I’m thankful for but the paperwork should have been correct in the beginning.

I made a reservation 10 days in advance to have a hitch installed in my car. When I arrived the part was not there. General Manager Andrew Khan immediately apologized for the situation and offer me a discount for the inconvenience. He said he was going to make some calls and asured me the part was going to be there that same day. I rescheduled the appointment for the following day. A few hours before the appointment Mr. Khan called me to let me know that they had the hitch and to apologize again for the situation. It took them less than 30 minutes to install the hitch. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the situation. Mistakes happen, it’s how you fix them what counts the most.

I reserved the van the night before online, the one place called me early morning and said they didn't have it available but they said this location have it. Instead of letting me know ahead of time that they didn't have it either. I went there and that's when they told me it wasn't available. It was a waist of time. They guy was nice to offer a pickup truck but that didn't fit all of my things! This was the first time I had this problem and I'm super disappointed about paying for something that in the first place I knew it was not going to work but I was already stressed out. Now I still going to end up paying another company for their services. This was definitely a horrible experience.

We drove to 3 U-Haul places because we received a free month of storage we told the Gandy what area we needed in Orlando and when we arrived they didn’t have storage after 3 U-Haul places and 2.00 extra because we went over the 24 hr of having the truck ( wouldn’t have to pay extra if we didn’t have to drive all over gods creation looking for the storage unit ! Not happy we spent 2 hours doing this

After returing home with the vehicle, I was called and notified that they sent me with the wrong vehicle for a one way trip. I had already begun packing. They sent someone to the house with the correct vehicle to trade it out, and that person helped load a few items into the new truck. However, it was a critical error that wasted both the facility and the customer's time. This should be noted.

The guys that worked outside were absolutely fantastic and they are the only reason this location got any stars from me! The manager inside however, was extremely rude and if he didn't have such a great group of guys working outside, I would've left the trailer at U-Haul and gone elsewhere. I realize that renting out equipment may not be the most exciting job in the world, but as a MANAGER, I know that customer service is everything and the customer service I received from him was piss poor.

The service agent was not very friendly but she was efficient. The price for the truck was very reasonable, however $.99 a mile is a bit outrageous. I believe $.50 a mile is much more reasonable. But no the less. The after hours return site could have been better marked. It took us about 30 minutes to find the window to return the key in. However, over all I am a satisfied customer.

I never visited this place. The pod I dropped off in PCB Fla was to be delivered to the address I supplied. Was not & had to pay add to have it delivered. It came w/no ramp no trailer no canvas cover.

I didn't like the sneaky way the person took a picture of my drivers license with her phone. It was very uncomfortable. I called her out on it and she seemed surprised that I knew what she was doing. She said it was mandatory. Too, much ID theft going on, seems like there should be a privacy disclosure paper I should have been offered to sign and also, an explanation of the employees action prior to taking the pictures.

I pass 3 separate U-Haul locations just to come to this specific locale on Orange Avenue. The reason for this extensive trek is the management given & shown by Andrew Kahn and the professionalism of each and EVERY one of his customer service agents. I have EVERY intention to continue doing this in the near future; to me it makes an absolute difference when you know that somebody wants and appreciates you, goes out of their way to do everything they can for you, and consistently shows that your business is appreciated in each and every way. In addition, I mentioned to Andrew yesterday that, being that I have the Summers & weekends off due to that I've worked w/OCPS (for over 13 years), I would be both more than happy and proud to work at his location. He agreed and insisted that I fill out an application so - let's see where that goes!!! But, on a separate note, kudos to the management and corporate offices of U-Haul for hiring such a professional representative as you have in Andrew Kahn - you've got a customer in me for life (& hopefully a new employee!!!) The employee who helped us at the orange ave location where we picked up the uhaul was very nice. I want to say her name was Barbara. Anyways, it was very busy for a Saturday and Barbara was alone working the front desk while another employee was putting a tow hitch on a car and another one was literally running to get the vehicles and things for all the customers in the store. I didn't get his name but he was very nice as well. The two of them were working very hard to ensure each guest waiting was greeted and given an apology for the wait, and then poor Barbara had to bounce between two computers to multitask and help two people at a time. She mentioned they were trying to call someone in to work but were making do with what they had. They were very nice and as a general manager of a company myself I felt very bad for them being short staffed and I feel they did an amazing job considering the circumstances. I would recommend the GM to look into scheduling more people on a Saturday.

Communication was great with the Orlando, FL U-Box facility. Communication was poor with the Tempe, AZ U-Box facility.

My biggest issue with u-haul has been communication from one person- to another. I think I have addressed my concern speaking to one person, come to find out its 'not in the system'.
