I wasn't aware of the after hours $20.00 drop off fee. It's ridiculous to charge just for wanting to give the truck back early. Uhaul should care more for the customer, and less about paying some one to hang the key back on the hook when they come to work.

My only issue stemmed from the fact I was not told in advance that I would be charged for mileage on my local rental. My most recent truck rental prior to this one included unlimited mileage. I should have asked, and it didn't amount to much anyway, I just think I should have been informed that there would be a mileage charge.

First, I was uncomfortable with the customer service agent who checked me in that used what appeared to be their personal phone to take a photo of my ID. Second, upon returning the truck I asked if I could get a refund on the blankets since they were still in the bag unused. I was told "no" by the guy that checked me in. If it is obvious that the item was unused you should be willing to refund the item.

After running my credit card and being approved I received a harassing email and text combo saying they had a promissory note saying I still owed the amount, it was going to collections, and late fees were pending. After checking with my credit card company and confirming it was indeed charged, 4 phone calls to Uhaul later and being on hold for over 20 minutes, they admitted they didn't know why it was marked down as a promissory note. They were semi-apologetic but I didn't appreciate the hassle. Could so easily be avoided by due diligence on their part rather than mine.

Mean fat lady at the front wouldn't explain to us how we were charged (they did multiple transactions for some reason) and was upset with us for even asking. It was disappointing that the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. I wasn't sure at first if I was going to have to fuel up twice. I'm accustomed to renting vehicles already fueled and just refueling when I'm done. I'm know I'm only responsible for returning it at the same gas level, but the only thing worst would have been if it was on Empty, and needed refueling out the gate.

I was charged an after hours charge even though I brought it back within business hours. There was just no one in the office to receive the truck. Must have been at lunch or something. Also, I had many issues with this reservation. For whatever reason they sent me to 3 different locations to get the truck I reserved in advance. No one could explain why. They also changed my drop off location without notifying me. And to top it all off I was sent an invoice for over a thousand dollars more than what I was told when booking. No one could explain it and I had to wait almost an hour on the phone while they figured it out and corrected it. We use truck rentals all the time at my company and we just opened a Uhaul corporate account. We will probably never use them again unless we absolutely have to. For such a reputable company, they don't seem organized at all and it has caused me a great deal of headache with this reservation.

I reserved my U-Haul three weeks before pick up date only to get a phone call the day before that no truck was available. Working with U-Haul I could pick this one up in Las Vegas that was an 8 hour round trip. No discount, no free dolly or blankets. In fact when I picked the truck up it reeked of weed. Thank goodness I didn't get pulled over in a different stare.

Having been a storage customer at this facility for quite some time, I have seen employees a come and employees go. Your employees inside seem generally rude, abrupt, overworked, harassed and impatient. My most recent experience with an employee at the desk was poor, at best. She was upset with me because I left my phone in my car "you don't even have a PHONE?" no, ma'am, I don't. "Can you go back and get it?" No, ma'am I am currently carrying a 50lb sleeping child and have NO desire to walk 50 yards back to my car in 108° heat. To be honest, the use of my phone to check in should be a convenient OPTION, not a necessity. She then said, "well I guess I'll have to use MY phone." Okay, please do, and I handed her my driver's license. She then used her pen to flick it back at me, through the air, in the most impatient way possible. I called her on her behavior, which I found exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The remainder of the interaction was how it should have started; at least she became semi professional instead of abrupt and rude. People are coming to your facility for a service. Instead of acting as if you are our last resort in times that can/could be turbulent, how about teaching your people how to act with even a modicum of compassion and human decency? Or, maybe you could hire people like that, instead of having to train it into them? I have repeatedly emailed the manager Dan Ferre regarding a credit that was supposed to happen two months ago. I've decided to file that credit under the "never do business with Uhaul again" and let it go. All that having been said, however, regardless of the half dozen unpleasant interactions I have had inside Uhaul over the years, I have literally NEVER had an unpleasant interaction with the people working outside. I don't know which way the ladder of success moves in your facility, but the people outside seem happier.

I was there for over a year. It was wonderful to have a beautiful facility with carts always available. Security alarms and air controlled and perfect! My record albums were safe and not melted.. The staff is honest and perfectly helpful.

I stored my belongings there for 5 years, I am very pleased that my things were safe and just as happy that they were very clean. Some had thought everything would be dusty and dirty, it's amazing how clean the boxes and furniture remained. This morning I began wiping things down with disinfectant because of the current Virus situation, some items leather and some wood also the boxes, there was only a little dust on the sofa and love seat, it's absolutely amazing. During my rental on several occasions, I had to call in for something and I would request to speak to Arick, I think he may be the Assistant Manager, he is a wonderful person, kind, helpful, professional with a smile that will keep Customers coming back. A couple of times I spoke with a young lady that was rude; I don't think she's there anymore, however, Arick's customer service skills made up for any diversity that did occur. I appreciate that all the staff kept my belongs safe.

Impossible to park with only 2 "useable" dock spaces to load & unload. 1st floor storage units cannot realistically be used for large items due to narrow halls! Too many uhaul trucks kept onsite!
