Yes I would recommend this location. I was having problems trying to use the APP to rent my 20’ vehicle 7am 2 hours before they opened and there happened to be a U-Hall employee was in there and saw I was having problems the employee come out and asked if I was having problem and I said yes he helped me get my rental and sent me on my way. I beleave his last name is Carr and he went above helping me before the store was even open.

While the location and truck were great, the app and truck share/online check in process were HORRIBLE. It took almost 30 minutes to approve me and I was asked for 2 alternate contacts to verify my identity. I had to do that because I did not have the other items that could have been presented, such as a passport... since I was moving and all the other options were packed in a box somewhere. The app also timed out or failed on me multiple times. The whole point of an app is to help your customers be more self sufficient allow them to self serve. We were lucky that an associate at this location named Jason completely redeemed my U-Haul experience by providing amazing customer service. Please look into how you can make the app easier and the approval process shorter. Otherwise, your customers may as well just go stand in line.

Your criteria for determining the size of truck was off. My one bedroom apartment did not fit into the 15’ truck. If not for having two vehicles to load items into as well, I would not have made it.

We were told to drop off here at 8:15am but location didn’t open till 9:00. Dropped off and put key in key drop after getting someone on the phone to advise.

Jason, who assisted us at this location, is the reason for the poor review. He was rude, moronic, judgmental, and he even made a comment about Jesus Christ to us that was uncalled for. If he is at this location when it’s time to move again in a few years, I will not be returning. I have used U-Haul many times throughout my life, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Service was excellent. I had reserved at one location in the evening, next morning UHaul called to give us a new location for our pick up as there wasn't a truck at there location. We didn't have to make a trip for them to tell us to go to the new location. I would rate the service for this move a 10. I would definitely use them again.

Employee Brandon Combs needs lessons on customer service. Denton (didn't catch his last name) is a credit to your company, hire more like him. Truck wasn't clean on the outside, so checking for previous damage was not easy. In summary; I was able to complete the moving task to my boss's satisfaction. Daniel

Nothing. This is our favorite U-Haul location in the Springs. My wife even said we need to make this one our exclusive location, every time we need a truck. Which, with the number of friends of ours who move every year, it's quite frequently.

Interior of cabin and truck were clean but exterior was very dirty. The staff were very good but I was extremely frustrated that they needed to contact 2 people by phone before releasing the vehicle to me. It cost me 30 minutes as I tried to contact people. If I had been given advance notice of this I would have come prepared. This is a crazy policy and if it is still in place next time I need a truck, I will be looking elsewhere. The staff were very patient and professional with me as I expressed my frustrations. It was not their problem but they were left to deal with this ludicrous requirement that your management have imposed. Very unhappy about this and I will be going elsewhere if this policy remains in place

The two gentleman working at this location when we came in on 11/17/2019 were great to work with. They walked us through the check-in process and were kind, courteous, and professional! We had issues doing the check-out process the night before, and when we woke up this morning they fixed our issue. All locations could take an example from this location because they truly are doing something right!

We looked online to see that the location closed at 7:00 pm. We arrived at 6:45 pm and were told we could not check-in because they stopped doing that at a quarter to close. He instructed me to go on the app and check-out. I could not get my account to pull up. In the end the young man was very nice and told us he would take care of it. However, the policy in place was very irritating and poorly communicated.

Your mobile process is cumbersome, time-consuming and not very user friendly. You are essentially making the customer be an employee just to save U-Haul money. It's aggravating and I will get rentals elsewhere if that is going to be your standard method.

The check-out and check-in procedures are much too onerous.

Stress the importance of taking the time to check the vehicle in after hours; otherwise, there is a $20 fee. I explained on several occasions that I didn’t have my reading glasses and I did not know there would be a fee if I didn’t take a picture of the fuel gauge before turning in the keys. I knew there was a fee for not putting gas in the tank, so I made sure to replace the fuel before turning in the truck.

I didn't care for the manager's customer service skills. The check out process took longer than I expected. I received some pictures to review of the wrong vehicle, a F150 when I was renting a Chevrolet truck. I told the check out person about it and they told me to keep scrolling. I lost my cool at that point. Poor check out with owner/mgr and then not listening during the long process to review and agree to pictures on my phone. I will not go back to this location. I doubt I will ever rent a regular size truck from UHaul. I can get a truck from The Home Depot with out the hassle and the attitude.

Your website check-in experience does not work. Would've been happy to do the quickest and easiest option, but ended up going inside anyway because it doesn't read the phone location so you can't proceed doing anything online. Secondly, I was upset that Uhaul trucks automatically put the moving blankets and dolly cart in the back of the truck instead of letting the customer decide ahead of time if they wish to have those items. They were in my way and I could've gotten 3-4 more totes in the truck but couldn't since they were taking up space. Thank you!
