Been there once before and they remembered me. Nice and friendly folk. Very helpful. Awesome experience checking out and back in. I've been to four other locations in Colorado Springs and this one is the best by far.

I didn't care for the manager's customer service skills. The check out process took longer than I expected. I received some pictures to review of the wrong vehicle, a F150 when I was renting a Chevrolet truck. I told the check out person about it and they told me to keep scrolling. I lost my cool at that point. Poor check out with owner/mgr and then not listening during the long process to review and agree to pictures on my phone. I will not go back to this location. I doubt I will ever rent a regular size truck from UHaul. I can get a truck from The Home Depot with out the hassle and the attitude.

Your website check-in experience does not work. Would've been happy to do the quickest and easiest option, but ended up going inside anyway because it doesn't read the phone location so you can't proceed doing anything online. Secondly, I was upset that Uhaul trucks automatically put the moving blankets and dolly cart in the back of the truck instead of letting the customer decide ahead of time if they wish to have those items. They were in my way and I could've gotten 3-4 more totes in the truck but couldn't since they were taking up space. Thank you!

The express check in is not at all Express - it took 35 minutes to get the truck and we were one of two people in the place. The online checkin took forever to get replies from and put the in-person representatives in a very uncomfortable situation with customers

The location and people are great. The process needs a lot of work. I will not rent from Uhaul again. I had to create an account and put all my information in, including my license number. I get there and show my "Time to pick up" message. The employee takes a pic of my license. I get out to start the process and I had to take another pic of my license. I didn't like having to take a selfie at all. I wouldn't have, but needed the truck. I will know better next time. This process could be great, but it needs a lot of work.

It would be nice to have a small vehicle with a ramp. We only chose this size because of the ramp, and it was rather too large for our needs. Also, the mileage fee is pretty high, but it did cost approximately what was estimated. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The person at the location was extremely helpful. My phone did not have location services turned on and he helped me get it set up for the rental via my phone. I did not like that process. Too much to do with no human interaction.

The vehicle was clean but the vehicle gas was low. The transmission was terrible. There were times I wondered if I was going to stall. It was extremely nerve racking. I drive a Ram 2500 so I know how a transmission is suppose to run. When I made the reservation, they never told me I was suppose to fill out all of the info online. I was in a time crunch this morning and cost me a lot of time. I was 25 minutes to my appointment because of the long and impersonal service for checking in and checking out on my cell phone. This cause me to not be able to stop for gas and you charge me $60 for the 5 gallons of gas I used?!?! Terrible customer service. U-Haul needs to rectify this charge or you will loose a customer to Penske. I have been using U-Haul for 30 years, please do not loose a customer. If I am not reimbursed for the $60 gas charge I will be continuing this topic on social media.

Location and employees were exceptional. However, the UHaul process to walk in and rent a vehicle for a few hours took way too long because of the UHaul on-line system. It look over an hour to get through the process online.

Two days after I stored my property at this facility my storage unit was burglarized. Everything inside was taken. The bottom line is that this facility is not secure.
