Its located in a great location. Facilities are clean and processing my request was quick and efficient.
U-haul is attempting to overcharge me $12.22 for $2.89 in NYS tolls. No explanation of their charges and no response from their collections team. Its a big red flag when a NYS toll is normally $.22 and they charged $5.10.
Equipment was dirty, and staff member in office when I returned the truck on 2/4 at 7:30 pm was extremely rude. Absolutely NO customer service skills !
I used the touchless pickup experience and it would have been good to know that I needed to bring a passport or an alternate contact info, or the contract with me. If that was communicated at some point it wasn't noticeable to me. Overall though - it was a very good experience.
Everything was great! The girl who took care of the rental was kind and thorough in taking care the the paper work. She got the equipment I needed and brushed the snow off the truck and drive it to the office for me. She was great.

Check the truck before rd ring it. We got home and realized key didn't work in driver side door. Had to climb over from passenger side
the only minor problem was that we could not open the door of the u-box because it was placed to close to the next one. we had to move it forward abou 6 inches so the latch would clear

The service was excellent. Both employees that I worked with.. first with calling to make a reservation, change reservation and also at pick up where friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Pick up and drop off were quick. The only item that I will say was that the truck itself had an extremely strong unpleasant odor in it. Other than that we had a good experience.
Rep marked that gas tank was half full but when we started driving away we saw that it only had 5/16 or just above a quarter tank.
I was charged for 2 days and only had truck for 4 to 5 hrs. Waiting for response and refund. No one was in your lobby for a extended period of time to where I put keys in box around 6pm and left. Apparently no one checked to see what vehicles were returned that night so their trying to say I brought it back the following day. Look at your cameras. I was there. Also no one ever answers the phone
Gas tank was below Full during pick up but I was informed it was full. Returned the tank completely full. When I filled the tank full, by looking at the gauge I came to know that It wasn't completely full during pick up.

Very disappointed when I spoke to 3 different people regarding a pending charge and nobody could give explanation. Last action was leaving a message for Tiegen with no response back. Not sure I would use them again

The guy was very friendly but he was sneezing and coughing. You should offer paid sick leave during these terrible circumstances. Also getting the app to take my license was a pain.

Dealer at Climate storage in Webster could have helped me find my truck when they didn't have it but said he couldn't even help me do that. I went to Ridge Rd center and the employee was super helpful!! They didn't have a truck but found one for me. The pickup center on Ajax Rd was also fantastic. We found ourselves in urgent and your centers did the trick. The Webster dealer could use better customer skills.

U-Haul does not deliver loaded uboxes in South Carolina. The company engaged through Movinghelp, selected from the list posted on the U-Haul website, paid through U-Haul, was no longer in the business of delivering and unloading uboxes. It took eight hours on the phone over two days to discover that the delivery and unload company listed on the U-Haul website was no longer in the business. Had to delay delivery in order to contract with another, more expensive delivery company. Nobody at Uhaul seemed to know what was going on. So the final stage of delivering new boxes to my new address was an ordeal.
A great and convenient location to rent a truck from. Equipment is new and clean and front desk person was friendly and helpful. A++++
Add signage to indicate where to return trailers and trucks. I had to call the office from the rear lot. The worker who came out to assist was helpful - a forklift was needed to remove the trailer from my hitch.
Everyone I dealt with at this location has been very helpful. From organizing my pods' delivery and pickup to renting the small truck to finish up my move, they were knowledgeable and professional. It sure made a difficult move a whole lot easier.
Lower your rates. 99 cents per mile is ridiculous. Make it a flat rate plus gas instead.

The equipment was clean but not maintained well. Little things, such at the knob on the window roller not staying affixed to the roller and the constant squeaking echoing throughout the cab while in operation amount to an "Above Average" for U-Haul. I've had worse experiences with the U-Haul fleet and only a few better. Staff at this location are excellent; painless pick-up and return.
The female receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Fix your invoices. They're itemized incorrectly so it looks like you overcharge or charge duplicates. I would also work on the website and make it a lot more simple. Should be one continuous invoice showing all portions as they post. Otherwise it went off without a hitch and I'm very pleased

Returned trailer on off hours. No way to unhook from my truck.
The reservation process is poorly run and the phone wait time is much tooo long
Nothing really to say, I didn't have any employee interaction. Perhaps additional signage on where to park the truck would be helpful.

The vehicle wasn't very cleaned from the back, there were traces of random clumps of hair. But overall, the customer service was amazing and the vehicle was in good shape. I appreciated the employee who was incredibly helpful.
Overall the truck was fine; however, the sun visor clip was broken; therefore, it kept falling down and the ignition switch was not working properly, had to play with key to turn on.
Really great moving experience, I was able to get the rentable boxes and place them in the U-Box container for pick up so that I wouldn't have to drive them to the U-Haul location on my own. The staff in Rochester, NY were incredibly helpful, and the NYC location that picked up my U-Box were also super communicative. Definitely will recommend to others/use again in the future!
The only problem I experienced was with the truck itself. The air conditioning would only work for about an hour and then it would stop pumping out cold air. On a 12 hour drive in the middle of August this was not a comfortable situation. You need to get the air conditioning checked and fixed so that the next person to use that truck for a long haul does not sweat their brains out the way I did.
Your employee(female)and general manager are the best at there job and deserve a raise
Replace the worker. It gave me an attitude when I told that worker that I would like to have a different communication method (American Sign Language is my native language so I requested for that person to write down on the paper to communicate). That worker gave me an unpleasant attitude

I've been storing my Mustang here for the past few years and I haven't had one issue. Miguel is excellent and did a great job with helping me move and replace my car battery after the winter storage.
Two u-boxes were delivered after I confirmed with two people that I was going to pick them up. Customer service and the manager were rude and misinformed, and I still have not gotten my refund.
All online ad delivery service of Uhaul storage and shipping crate for a temporary storage space at home was all on time and very convenient. The driver was very professional. Thanks!!

We used the storage pods. So I never visited the facility. However, that process was great. Miguel the delivery driver was helpful and extremely nice!
The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were extremely efficient and bent over backwards to ensure that we were taken care of.
Although moving brings tears to my eyes the staff at Ajax Rd helped to relieve as much stress as possible by being accommodating to my needs and very friendly. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.

Delivery point did not want to honor weekend delivery. All my life in that box and delivery point wanted to tell me no, belittle me, and tell me how much they would cost me. Had to argue. Alot.

The large door was open. I worry about rodents (mice) getting into the building. If the someone isn't using the doors to go in or out, then please keep them closed. Staff is friendly.
