There are signs outside that specifically tell you to â€œwait outsideâ€ but nobody came out. I don't see this as a â€œpeopleâ€ problem, just get rid of the signs.David Y.

Drove the truck 29 miles. Put $12 of gas before return. They charged my credit card an additional $10 for gas. Total BS. Take a picture of your gas gauge upon return so you don't get ripped off.Rod K.

Costumer service was very nice and they helped me even with a few complications. It is a very tedious process but it is worth it especially for safety and security reasons. I would highly recommend though… they looked out for me because I needed to get in after hours!dajah j. | First Impressions

I picked up the car hauler 17 minutes before my 6pm pick up. They charged me another full day rental. I used the hauler 1 full day and returned it by noon the following day. I had it reserved for two days but then charging me a full day because I was 17 minutes early on the pickup is ridiculous. Not sure I will use uhaul again.Nathan S.

While the location was fantastic UHAUL FAILED to provide the equipment that we reserved. It took an hour to figure out the MESS that was created by your system. I payed for a truck and a storage unit because there was a deal to get the first month free. It wasnt. I was then called by uhaul telling me the second month would be free. Im now being charged plus a late fee after confirming, and being told to my face right at this facility that the month of october would be free. Call me at 567-277-5856 or were gonna have some serious fuckin problems at this location (alexis and jackman) if i show up and my shit is missing after being told multiple times im receiving a free month. Hopefully this gets read. The checkin experience for returning the trailer was less than stellar. We went to uhaul.com/share and tried to return the trailer on the phone. GPS had been on all day for our trip yet the site said it was not on. Tried to call support and it was a 55 minute wait. I opted for the call back option and when i finally got the call, it said all reps were busy. I stayed on the line for a few minutes and no one ever answered. We solved the checkin by using another mobile phone.Steven V.

Checking in to get the uhaul was slow because there was only one worker and a lot of people trying to check in, and the ac didn't work in my truck so that made driving it a little miserable.alyssa K.
The client service was fine. My issues really had more to do with renting the truck online. The whole reason I did it that way was for ease, convenience, and simplicity but it was taking too long so I ended up going inside. The person authentication is nearly impossible to do on-site. I ended up listing my parents last minute and found out they were contacted. You're able to enter your passport info as an option but who carries that on them? Regarding the equipment, the trucks smelled entirely of smoke.Michael D.
I was Over charged the manager had to fix it and still haven't received the payment then when I moved out 9/30/21 I let them know I was moving out of the storage unit when I purchased the truck and on 10/3/21 received email about a payment. I called about the storage payment when I received email and the MANAGER same one who claimed to have returned my over payment for truck rental was RUDE. Remove the assist manager or get her some more training on customer service. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Shaqella and she doesn't need to be ant type of manager. When I walked in she totally ignored me, no hi hello or I'll be right with u just rude and beyond unprofessional! Typically this UHaul is the best in the city but the fay I met her changed my entire view. Sad that all the other employees are great, friendly and a joy to communicate with but that girl needs to work behind a desk with no customer contact! #RudeChevelle G.

The equipment broke down, and I had to get a tow truck to remove it. If you can't rent equipment that's more reliable and in better condition than I really can't return to U-Haul for another rental.Jamille S.
The first truck I got we get just about 4 MI and all of a sudden lights come on warning bells were ringing called you how they told us to bring it back couldn't take it over 10 miles an hour it took us an hour from the time I called him until I could get the truck back over to Reynolds road then they give us a rough way to go about getting a different truck but when we finally got the second truck it was very goodKathy L.

This was the absolute worst uhaul experience I've ever had. If your going to list rental equipment as guaranteed on the website, you need to back that up. I was scheduled to pick up a 5 x 8 trailer in Addison Michigan on Sunday 9/5, which I scheduled online because it said rental guaranteed. I was then called and told that this location was closed and did not have that equipment, my rental was changed to a 6 x 12 trailer in Jackson Michigan. When I called to say that I couldn't tow a 6 x 12 with my 2 wheel drive 2013 Honda Pilot, Trinity was extremely rude to me and argued with me that online it says my car can tow this. I had to explain to her that my car has a 2000 pound towing capacity and this trailers empty weight is listed 1960 pounds. So while technically my car could tow the empty trailer, I had plans to put things in it for towing which would have exceeded my tow capacity. This is a major safety concern if other costumers don't understand their towing capacity. I was transferred 3 different times, and yelled at because everywhere was closed and they didn't have my equipment. After almost an hour on the phone I was finally set up with a trailer in Toledo Ohio, over an hour drive for pick up from my location. The ladies at Reynolds road were helpful but very slow. I was there almost an hour because apparently when Trinity moved my reservation it changed my quotes price to double what it was when I booked online and no one seemed to be able to figure out how to change that. They initially suggested I pay that and then wait for a refund, which was unacceptable. They Reynolds road ladies finally made it right, but what was supposed to be an easy 20 minute drive for pick up, ended up costing me over 2 hours of extra gas and over 3 hours of my holiday time with my family that weekend. I have been a loyal uhaul costumer for years, but after this experience I will never use you again. You have some major website, inventory, and costumer service issues that need to be addressed.Laura S.

The check engine light was on, the vehicle would not go over 45 mph. None of the vents worked so we couldnt use the AC. The preexisting damage to the driver rocker panel caused the driver door to not shut properly. When we turned left it flew open. I had to strap it shut with a bungee cord I had.Dawn W.
