Staff was friendly. Issue was latch on 5 x 8 trailer. The latch came open while en route and I could not reach Roadside Assistance and the store could not send anyone to help me. I had to travel back to the store with the door stuck in open position and the trailer loaded. The store staff corrected the matter but obviously did not understand the issue as it happened again. Roadside assistance was able to help and to explain the why and how to avoid the issue. I obviously made it to my destination and returned the trailer.MYRA H.

It wasn't busy and I was taken care of right away. Whole process of renting the truck took less than ten minutes. I returned the truck before closing the same day and was greeted by the same person who handled the rental. He asked "how did it go etc." and told me to just leave the keys in the truck. He wished me a good evening. A very pleasant experience all the way around; I couldn't be happier.DAVID C.

I was told there was 1/4 of a Tank of Gas in the Van I rented, it was dead empty. Shame on me for not checking this as I got in the van. I barely made it to a Gas station. They got their free 1/4 of a tank on me and then some.Bevin C.

Staff need to be retrained or replaced because they are very curt, and don't know how to speak to customers in a respectful or welcoming manner. The wait at the counter was two long in both instances and they kept walking away without acknowledging me or explaining why I was left standing there. I was assigned a unit with a used/smeared sticky trap in it, which made me very concerned about rodents. To enter the loading dock I have to enter my code on both keypads but consistently there's a problem; my code works perfectly on the first keypad, then I'm denied access on the second one. The parking at the loading dock there is a disaster; it's frustrating, chaotic and dangerous. I'm glad about the air conditioning; that's it. Negative experience overall.Anita A. | Overall Experience

After I refilled a fuel before returning a vehicle back to the location, you send me an invoice electronically where you charged me $40 indicating completely wrong level of gas. That's a very cheap rip off and unacceptable treatment of your customers. I will look for other company next time.Martin S.

It wasn't clear which dollies were available. I didn't get what I reserved but it worked out. Upon returning the vehicle, I had to wait several minutes for someone to tell me what to do.Kim B.
When I person calls to make reservations the reservations needs to be ready the following day. My reservation was 7:30 but I didn't get out of the place until 8:00am. The gas gage was wrong which was corrected. Everything else was good.JOHNALVIN C.

For management to understand that just because a person rents online, they may be sent to this location as a back up option not their first and work with customers around the parking situation and not telling them the building has been there so many years and you've been there for 10 years.Antonio W.

I could rarely find a parking space in the back of the building where you load in and unload things from storage. Al the spaces where often used to park large U.-Haul trucks which made it very difficult to particularly load or unload heavy boxes or larger items. Parking on the loading and unloading docks should be reserved for your customers who use your storage. That problem was very often very frustrating.LARRY S. | Overall Experience

Friendly staff. But this location don't allow customer to park their car there. We booked the truck in a different location, which is 23 miles away. Looks very close on map. 15 to 20 min drive. Which is not too bad. But people from calling center didn't know that with local traffic. At least need an hour each way. We spent more than 2 and half hours to get the truck. I used U-Haul few time. Love it! But this time no.Zhi M.

Easy access. Excellent in person customer service. QUICK. General Mgr working on a Saturday afternoon. Very impressive. He was helping a couple pick box sizes and very patient then helped me at the cashier station. That really spoke to me. Humility, patience, bilingual.. Staff was great. The ONLY issue I had was in paying the moving help. Firstly, Movinghelp.com debted our account well before the actual leasing date. That didn't sit well primarily because the Uhaul site states no charges to be made until after or day of move. Then, No where did I see that the payment code had to be sent via cell phone to them. With everything online I assumed just pressing the "pay helper" button accomplished this, but no, apparently not. So, summation, please make it clearer for the customer the process of paying the movers. Who, also, were fantastic. Thank you for the overall great experience Uhaul..Joseph B.

I was told that their was no long term parking at this U Haul Facility. However, they did inform me there was a parking lot across the street where I could park my personal vehicle for a couple of hours. I never was able to find that Parking area. The storage facility across the street allowed me to park there for a couple of hours. when I asked one of U Haul's Lot attendants he had no idea what I was talking about. I used the self check in option when booking the truck (about a month in advance). Based on the instructions you're supposed to just show up, scan something, and the truck is already ready for you with the stuff inside. But this was not the experience. The self check in was not working on the app (even after updating it). It was not working when using a browser (even chrome). So then they made me wait in line because everyone else was also waiting for a truck and I wasn't special. They sent me back and forth between the front and the back and nothing was working. Eventually they agreed to do this the regular way and had to enter all my information manually all over again. They were out of dollies, even though I had reserved one. And then their payment point of sale machine wasn't working so they had to enter the credit cart info manually. I asked the guy at the counter if the self check in system had ever worked with anyone, just to get more context. He said he can't think of a time where it has worked. I was very disappointed that a national company couldn't get its digital stuff to work. This was a total joke.COUROCHE K.

If staffing is available, have more than 1 person checking out trucks on weekend mornings. There was quite a line. The person who was working was great and working quickly, but definitely could have used a coworker to help.MELISSA M.
